BIOGRAPHY: Frank was born seven years after the end of the second wizarding war, named after his grandfather and great-uncle who had given his father his beloved toad, Trevor. He was a pretty happy baby, giggly, smiley, etc. He rarely gave his parents much trouble until he hit his terrible twos, where the small child would wreak havoc wherever he went. At first it was typical kids stuff: finger paint on the walls, knocking over everything in sight... his parents put up protective charms on their valuable possessions to protect them from destruction. Then, one day, little Frank discovered his mother's wand carelessly left within his reach while a babysitter who was looking after him and his baby sister had fallen asleep on the house. His parents returned home twenty minutes later to a disaster zone. China broken, couches scorched, and bubbles everywhere. Yes, bubbles. Of course, with magic the house was quickly fixed up, but Hannah learned her lesson to not leave her wand where little fingers could snatch it.

As a child Frank hung on to every word his father said. He idolized the man and his tales of his life as a student at Hogwarts, specifically those of Neville's seventh year at the school and all of drama that unfolded. His dad was Frank's ultimate hero, and he still of course is very loyal to his father.

Frank had, and has, two younger siblings. Poppy, his younger sister by one year, and August, a younger brother by two years. Being the oldest brother he always felt it was his duty to look after them, especially Poppy who he still thinks of as his 'baby sister', though she's only younger than him by a year and not the youngest in the family. Once he ended up at Hogwarts, proudly sorted into his father's house of Gryffindor, he returned home at the end of the year boasting to his siblings, especially his sister, of what he learned, almost trying to coach them into the world they'd be entering in the next few years.

It was a bit of a disappointment for him, at the beginning of his second year, when his sister joined him at Hogwarts but was sorted into a different house from him. At first he was upset that he was separated from her when he had been so happy about her coming to Hogwarts with him, but within the month he cheered up and just enjoyed himself, speaking to his sister in the halls whenever he could. He did, however, befriend a Gryffindor girl his little sister's age, Aubrey McNeal. Something about the other girl's personality just clicked with his, and despite the age difference he quickly counted her among one of his close friends. The same family disappointment happened when his brother came to Hogwarts and again was put in a different house from him, but by that point he had firm friendships with all of his Gryffindor pals and students his own age, and was no longer the twelve year old boy so dependant on his family.

Halfway through his fourth year, the 'lovely' hormones that cause attractions to those of the opposite gender really kicked in for Frank, focusing on someone close to him. Aubrey McNeal became the focus of more than friendly attention for him, though he could never get up the courage to tell her. Something of her personality just drew him to her, but she was a good friend and he didn't want to ruin their relationship with feelings that he was sure would wear off with time, so he kept his mouth shut and continued his happy little existence. But, annoyingly enough to him at times, his feelings for the younger girl didn't fade in time. They stuck stubbornly. He dated other girls though the years, sure, but no relationship lasted too long and he ended up single most of that time. He made up his mind toward the end of last year to tell her how he felt and hopefully finally get into a relationship with the girl he'd been in love with for years, but his timing was pathetic. It seemed like the very next day after he made up his mind to tell her she entered a relationship with Scorpius Malfoy, and Frank was stuck as nothing more than the friend.

So he entered the seventh and final year of his schooling single, in love, and completely freaked out over what direction his life would take. He'd basically been taking classes that interested him without worrying about a career path, and when it came to think about what he wanted to do he was stuck. Eventually his love for magical creatures has prompted him to try and pursue a dragon tamer career, and he's hoping that he'll be able to get the grades in his N.E.W.T.S, get the career he wants, and get through this year without murdering Scorpius.
