BIOGRAPHY: Ron was the sixth son and child born to Arthur and Molly Weasley. Being the youngest boy he feels a lot more pressure of having to outstand his brothers since every wants him to excel as well. He lived all of his child life pretty poor and was used to getting second hand items all of the time, even his first wand had originally belonged to his older brother, Charlie. Even before Ron went to school he had been the main subject of his twin brothers, Fred and George’s teasing. They had once transfigured his teddy bear into a giant spider and another time they had almost got him to do an Unbreakable Vow, which was when they had seen their father the most furious he’s ever been.

FIRST YEAR
Ron began attending Hogwarts when he was eleven. It was on the Hogwarts Express that he had met Harry and just from Harry buying him sweets made it set that they would be lifelong friends. He had me Hermione on the train as well, but at this time he did not particularly like her for the way she showed off her magic. He had been sorted into Gryffindor house with the rest of his family as well.

It wasn’t until Halloween that Ron began to get along with Hermione and that was because him and Harry had saved her from a troll. It wasn’t long after this that the three of them had learned of the sorcerer’s stone and that someone was after it, whom they believed at the time to be their potions professor, Severus Snape. Towards the end of the year the three of them had gone after “Snape” and went through all of the traps the teachers had laid. He particularly excelled at the Chess match and was later rewarded 50 points for Gryffindor for the best played chess game that Hogwarts has seen these many years.

SECOND YEAR:
Since he had not heard from Harry at all during the summer before his second year he and his twin brothers had gone to rescue Harry from his aunt and uncles by flying their father’s car. At the start of term he ended up flying the car again since he and Harry had missed the Hogwarts Express. They ended up hitting the Whomping Willow causing Ron’s Wand to snap, which he used spellotape to fix. They ended up with detention, and he missed seeing his little sister, Ginny, get sorted into Grffindor.

In his second year the Chamber of Secrets had happened to be open again. He worked with Harry and Hermione to find the person behind the attacks. He had also once tried casting a curse on Malfoy which backfired on him and caused him to throw up slugs. Later on in an attempt to see if it was Malfoy causing the attacks he took polyjuice potion and impersonated Vincent Crabbe. They had found out that it wasn’t Malfoy in the end.

It wasn’t until Hermione was attacked that they found out what was behind all the attacks at the school. It was during a Quidditch match where Hermione had ran off saying she needed to go to the library and then during the match Ron and Harry found out that Hermione was attacked with Professor McGonagall had stopped the match. But before they had found out who it was they had ventured into the Forbidden Forest to talk to some spiders that Hagrid had mentioned to them. If it wasn’t for his father’s car they would’ve never made it out of there.

It was when the potion to heal the attacked students had be revealed to be almost ready that they had decided to visit Hermione in the Hospital Wing. It was in there that they found a piece of paper in Hermione’s hand that revealed that it was a Basilisk that had been attacking the students. Eager to let the teachers know right away they had ran to the Staff Room just as it was found out that Ron’s sister had been brought down to the Chamber of Secrets.

However, they never got a chance to tell the teachers instead they confronted Professor Lockhart to tell him about it and found out he planned on running. They ended up disarming him and taking him to the Chamber of Secrets. It was down there they had found some skin the Basilisk had shed and the Professor tried to use Ron’s wand on them which backfired and caused him to lose his memory. He had told Harry to go on ahead of him and as he waited for Harry to come back he worked on moving the pile of rocks that had be caused by the explosion. He was relieved when Harry had come back with his little sister and they all escaped the Chamber of Secrets.

Ron was honoured with a Special Award for Services to the School, as well as earning two hundred House points for Gryffindor for his work concerning re-sealing the Chamber of Secrets.

Third Year:
Before his third year at Hogwarts Ron’s family had won some money and went to visit his older brother Bill in Egypt. During his time in Egypt a mass murder named Sirius Black had escaped from Azkaban. He had also gotten a new wand since his old one doesn’t work at all anymore. Before going back to Hogwarts his family had stayed at the Leak Cauldron when they had heard that Harry ran away from his Aunt’s and Uncle’s place. It had seemed that his pet rat Scabbers had become quite ill and so him, Harry and Hermione had gone to the pet shop to get it some tonic. There Hermione had bought a Ginger cat named Crookshanks that seemed to attack Scabbers instantly which made Ron a bit angry as Hermione said it’s just a cat’s instincts to go after rats.

Upon the ride to Hogwarts on the Hogwarts Express they ended up sharing a compartment with a new professor named Lupin. During the train ride it had been stopped and Dementors had boarded the train and Ron watched as his best friend Harry feinted. Because of Harry Feinting and Hermione taking so many classes Ron was left to go by himself to the Sorting Ceremony where he wasn’t joined by his two best friends until after the ceremony was over.

During the feast they had all received their new schedules where Harry and Ron had two new classes added to their list, Divination and Care of Magical Creatures and the both were confused as to how Hermione was able to have all of the extra classes when several were taken at the same time. Throughout the year him and Hermione argued quite a bit since Crookshanks kept going after Scabbers.

In his first Care of Magical Creatures class Hagrid had decided to show the class some Hippogriffs where Draco Malfoy had made it so one of them attacked him. After that it seemed that the three of them of them would need to help prove that Buckbeak was innocent.

On Halloween Hermione and Ron and gone to Hogsmead together since Harry couldn’t go with them, they had brought Harry back loads of treats and told him all about it. Later that night there was an attack on the fat Lady and all students were brought to the Great Hall as it was Sirius Black who attacked her.

On Christmas Harry had received a Firebolt from some unknown person, when Hermione had turned the Firebolt in Ron had stopped talking to Hermione due to the constant arguing and to him that was the last straw. And then a few weeks later Scabbers had disappeared and appeared to have been eaten which only caused Hermione and Ron to argue even more.

Later on one night after a Ravenclaw versus Gryffindor Quidditch game it Sirius Black had snuck into the castle again and Ron woke up with him standing above him holding a knife. This caused him to scream and after the night was over Ron had become temporarily famous within Hogwarts. However, Hagrid had brought him back down to earth when he scolded him and Harry for the way they have been treating Hermione. Soon the trio had made up and Ron worked even harder on the case for Buckbeak.

Unfortunately on the last day of their exams Buckbeak had been sentenced to death. The trio had gone to Hagrid’s hut that evening to comfort him and there they had found scabbers hiding away in one of Hagrid’s teapots. Because the people from the Ministry were about to show up the trio had to leave through the back door. On the way to the Castle Scabbers had started freaking out just as a Black dog came and dragged Ron down through the trunk in the Whomping Willow.

From this incident Ron’s leg had ended up getting broken and Harry and Hermione had followed him down the Whomping Willow. While they were down there they found out that Scabbers was really Petter Petigrew and the real person who turned in Harry’s parents to Lord Voldemort. Snape had tried to bust them but they ended up knocking them out and Lupin had gone down there as well and they found out that he was a werewolf. Once they were all done talking they headed out and Lupin ended up turning into a werewolf causing Pettigrew to flee as the others ran for their lived. Ron didn’t remember much of what happened as he was knocked out and the next thing he knew he was in the Hospital wing after Hermione had Harry had gone back in time.

He found out later that they had rescued both Buckbeak and Sirius and he was glad that they were able to and amazed that Hermione had been using the time turner all year. He had received and owl from Sirius and named it Pidewidgeon.

FOURTH YEAR
Before the start of Ron’s Fourth year he had invited Harry to go to Quidditch World Cup with him and his family, Hermione had went along as well. After the match was over they had all gone back to the tent and later that night a bunch of old Death Eaters had started terriozing the camp. Ron, His family, Harry and Hermione had all ran into the forest and later on were caught on the scene right where the Dark Mark was displayed causing all of the Death Eaters to run. They had almost been accused but then they had been revealed to be innocent.

Soon they were on the train to Hogwarts to start their fourth year at Hogwarts. During the Welcome feast it was revealed that Hogwarts would be holding a Tri Wizard Tournament. Ron was excited about this and dreamt of being the Hogwarts Champion even though he wasn’t old enough to be.

When it was time for the names to be put in the Goblet of Fire they had joked around about finding ways to enter their names even though they weren’t old enough. And then when Harry’s name was drawn, Ron was furious and believed he did it on purpose to get more attention. Ron had then stopped talking to Harry and hung around his brothers more. It wasn’t until after the first task that the two reconciled when Ron realized just how tough the tasks were and congratulated Harry with Hermione.

It was then announced that there would be a Yule ball that year and Ron had trouble finding a date. He ended up embarrassing himself the way he asked Fleur and then got turned down. In the end he ended up going with Padama Patil and she became embarrassed after seeing the dress robes he had. He was also jealous at the fact that Hermione had gone with Victor Krum to the ball. During the ball Ron and Harry had learned that Madame Maximine was a half-giant as well.

During the second task Ron was taken as hostage as Harry’s thing he would miss most. After the task was over even though he really hadn’t done anything Fleur had made him out to be a hero and Ron was famous at Hogwarts for a while once again, constantly changing the story of how it all went down underwater.

In the weeks leading up to the final task, Ron and Hermione helped Harry prepare by researching and trying out jinxes and other helpful spells. Ron and Hermione watched Harry together from the sidelines. They were shocked when Harry returned with Cedric Diggory's body. They rushed to the hospital wing after the chaos, but they did not find Harry there. Ron was relieved to see Harry when he was brought to the infirmary by Dumbledore, eagerly wanted to question Harry, but he was told off by his mother who, along with his brother Bill, had come to watch Harry. Ron was furious with the Minister for Magic, Cornelius Fudge, when he refused to believe Harry and Dumbledore, and calmed his mother when she was shocked by Sirius Black's appearance in the room. Ron did not doubt Harry's story when he finally heard it, sticking by his best friend.

FIFTH YEAR
During the summer before Ron’s fifth year he had spent it at Grimuald Place, where the Order of the Pheonix was located. He felt bad that he couldn’t tell Harry about it and was always keeping an ear out for any news on Harry. Unfortunatley the news that got brought to him was that Harry and his cousin had been attacked by Dementors. Before they went to start their fifth year at Hogwarts Ron and Hermione both received Prefect Badges. He got his mother to get him a new broom for a gift for becoming one.

Because of his prefect duties Ron could not join Harry on the Hogwarts Express. That evening, Ron was worried when Hagrid was not at the welcoming feast and disconcerted by the new Defence Against the Dark Arts professor, Dolores Umbridge, who Harry reported worked for Fudge.

Ron's fears were quickly realised when Professor Umbridge refused to teach the class practical defensive magic. That first week of school, Ron also tried out to be the Gryffindor Quidditch team's Keeper. He won the position, but he would also need improvement. Soon, news of Ron's prefecture reached his estranged brother, Percy Weasley, and Percy sent Ron a letter advising him to "sever ties" with Harry, whom he accused of being a mad delinquent. This letter greatly upset Ron and his friends, even though Harry tried to pass it off as a joke.
Eventually Ron and Hermione had suggested that Harry should teach a group of students Defense Against the Dark art. Together the three of them had formed Dumbledore’s Army.

Soon Quidditch had come and unfortunately Ron hadn’t done so well at the match due to the Slytherin’s taunting. He was going to resign until he had learned that Harry and his brothers were now banned from the Gryffindor Team.

During Christmas Ron’s father had been attacked and Harry had learned of it through his dream because of his connection with Voldemort. Ron and his family were really glad that Harry was able to find out about it in time to save Arthur.

Ron continued to learn Defesive magic from Harry but eventually the DA was founded out and even though he managed to escape when Umbridge and some of the Slytherins went after them he still felt bad for Dumbledore. Then not too long later Ron managed to win the Quidditch Cup for the Gryffindor team.

Soon, their Ordinary Wizarding Level examinations were upon them. Ron managed to do well, but he made a few mistakes. During their final examination, Harry dozed off and had another vision. This time, he saw his godfather being tortured by Lord Voldemort in the Department of Mysteries. When Harry told Ron and Hermione of this they were wary, and Hermione prudently suggested that Harry try to contact Sirius first. Ron ran off to distract Umbridge, but the plan was foiled, and Ron and his friends were rounded up and taken to Umbridge's office. There, Ron, Ginny, Neville, and Luna Lovegood managed to fight off the Inquisitorial Squad and escape to find Harry and Hermione.

Ron insisted that he join Harry in rescuing Sirius, but also insisted that the rest remain behind, but relented when many Thestrals appeared. When Harry led them into the Department of Mysteries, Ron stuck with him into the deepest recesses of the Department. There, the six D.A. members were ambushed by twelve Death Eaters, led by Lucius Malfoy, and Ron helped defend the prophecy Harry took from the shelf, but his fight was soon over as a Death Eater had scrambled his brains. Ron was so confused that he summoned a tentacled-brain from a vat in the Thought Chamber and was attacked by it. Ron soon recovered. Ron was saddened by Sirius's death, but Hermione made sure that the subject was not discussed around Harry.

SIXTH YEAR:
During the summer before his sixth year, Ron learned he had received seven O.W.L.s, only failing Divination and History of Magic. Ron explained he did not mind, as he wasn't planning to take those in his sixth year, regardless. Also during that summer, Ron learned that his brother Bill was engaged to Fleur Delacour.

At the start of term Ron had once again tried out to be Keeper for the Quidditch team and managed to keep his position since Hermione had put a charm on Cormac. He had became jealous at both Hermione and Harry because they got to be part of Horace’s Slug Club while he was ignored.

He also became worried about Ginny and her involvement with boys. He had even exploded at her when he caught her snogging Dean Thomas. In retaliation, Ginny belittled him for his complete inexperience with the opposite gender, declaring that Harry and Hermione had also snogged people. The siblings treated each other coldly afterwards, and Ron was so bothered by this — and by the revelation that Hermione had kissed Viktor Krum almost two years earlier — that he began to perform poorly in Quidditch. He also began to treat Hermione with a cold indifference. Harry had pretended to slop Felix Felicis into Ron’s pumpkin juice at Breakfast and this had cause Ron to think he had an edge in the game. Later on when he found out it was just a trick he had rounded on Hermione and accused her of having no faith in his abilities.

Soon after the match Ron had begun to have a relationship with Lavender Brown. Hermione had become quite angry at Ron for this and had even conjured a flock of canaries to attack him and because of how badly Ron was scratched the two of them stopped talking to each other. Hermione attended the Christmas party she had originally wanted to attend with Ron with his hated rival, Cormac McLaggen, while Ron snogged Lavender in public and made fun of Hermione's behaviour in Transfiguration class, reducing her to tears. By Christmas break, however, Ron was becoming disenchanted with his relationship with Lavender, who had become increasingly possessive, annoyed him with the nickname "Won-Won," and gave him a gift of a necklace that said "My Sweetheart." Hermione did not come to the the Burrow for the holidays, as she usually did, and Ron made an attempt to speak to her after returning to school, but she ignored him.

In March Ron ended up eating some chocolate that he believed to be from his birthday presents, but was in fact a gift from Romilda Vane to Harry spiked with a Love Potion. Upon ingesting the chocolate, Ron became maddened with an obsessive need to see and be with Romilda. When he was taken to Slughorn's office to get an antidote, he was nearly killed by poisoned mead intended for Albus Dumbledore. Harry managed to save Ron with a bezoar.

A panic-stricken Hermione arrived at the hospital wing, forgetting her anger with him. Ron said Hermione's name in his sleep upon hearing her speak for the first time all day, and the two quietly reconciled after his near-death experience. Ron also took to feigning sleep whenever Lavender tried to visit him. His subsequent avoidance of Lavender and simultaneous spending more time with Hermione made Lavender suspicious; after she spotted him and Hermione leaving the boys' dormitories, seemingly alone (Harry was with them, but under his Cloak of Invisibility), Lavender ended the relationship, much to Ron's relief.
On the night of the Battle of the Astronomy Tower, Ron took Felix Felicis on Harry's instructions, along with Hermione and Ginny. Those three were joined by Neville and Luna, whom Hermione had summoned using the D.A. coins. While Hermione and Luna monitored Professor Snape's office, Ron and the others watched the Room of Requirement. Ron fought in the battle and survived without any major injuries, thanks to the Felix Felicis. He was shaken by his oldest brother Bill's scarring at the hands of the vicious werewolf Fenrir Greyback. Shortly afterward, Ron attended the funeral of Albus Dumbledore, where he comforted a sobbing Hermione. He and Hermione informed Harry of their intention to accompany him on a quest to locate and destroy the Horcruxes of Lord Voldemort, forgoing their seventh year of school.

SEVENTH YEAR:
Ron didn’t attend Hogwarts for his seventh year and instead he joined Harry and Hermione in search for Voldemort’s Horcruxes. But before that they had to get Harry from his Aunt and Uncle’s to the Burrow. He ended up taking polyjuice potion so that he looked just like Harry. From there they got ambushed by Death Eaters and lost Mad-Eye Moody while his brother George had gotten his ear cursed off.

Once Ron, Harry, and Hermione were all convened at the Burrow, they made plans to leave, much to the displeasure of Ron's worried mother. During the preparations for Bill's wedding, Mrs. Weasley set Ron, Harry, and Hermione to separate tasks to prevent them from planning. On Harry's seventeenth birthday, Ron gave Harry a copy of Twelve Fail-Safe Ways to Charm Witches. Later that evening, Minister for Magic Rufus Scrimgeour visited the Burrow to dispense the contents of Dumbledore's will. He questioned the trio, and Ron let slip that they had no idea why Dumbledore would bequeath anything to him. Ron received Dumbledore's Deluminator.

During Bill and Fleur’s wedding there was news given to them that the Minsitry of Magic had fallen and that they Death Eaters were on their way. Ron, Harry and Hermione had quickly apparated from the place and soon ended up at a café before being ambushed by a couple of Death Eaters. Then they ended up at Grimmauld Place that was left to Harry from Sirius Black.

Having learned that Umbridge had one of the Horcruxes the trio had decided to infiltrate the Ministry to get it. They managed to, but barely made it out and were not able to take Refuge at Grimmuald Place anymore.

Afterward, weeks passed with no further progress. This, as well as the locket's negative influence, caused great tension and animosity amongst the group of friends. When he wore the locket, Ron was sullen and suspicious, lashing out at his friends and continuously complaining. Ron abruptly abandoned his friends one evening after getting into a fight with Harry over the additional task of locating Godric Gryffindor's Sword in order to destroy the locket. He accused Harry of having no plan and of not being very concerned about Ginny, whom they had learned was punished back at Hogwarts. When Ron asked if Hermione was going with him and she told him that she was staying, he accused her of choosing Harry over him, and left, despite Hermione screaming and crying for him to come back.

However soon after he had the locket off he realized the mistake he had made but he ended up running into snatchers and by the time he got away Harry and Hermione were gone. He tried looking for them for a while but then he want to stay with Bill and Fleur at Shell Cottage. Soon after Christmas, Ron used the Deluminator Dumbledore bequeathed him to locate his friends.

Ron ended up in the Forest of Dean just as Harry had doved into a semi-frozen pond. Ron dived in after him to save him and then he used Godric Gryffindor’s Sword to destroy the locket. He got forgiveness from Harry right away but it took some time before Hermione forgave him.

Not too long after Ron’s return the trio decided to pay Mr. Lovegood a visit to find out about a symbol that Hermione keeps seeing. They soon learn of the Deathly Hallows as well as the fact that Luna had been taken because Mr. Lovegood sided with him. Mr. Lovegood had tried to turn them in, but they managed to escape just in time.

Soon the trio was captured by a gang of Snatchers led by Fenrir Greyback after Harry broke the Taboo curse on Voldemort's name. Harry, Hermione, and Ron quickly lied and gave fake names; Harry being Vernon Dudley, Hermione being Penelope Clearwater, and Ron being Stan Shunpike. Ron was beaten, his mouth bleeding horribly, and was then forced to use another name, Barny Weasley. They were then brought to Malfoy Manor, where Ron tried to persuade Bellatrix Lestrange to take him for questioning instead of Hermione, but was forced into the dungeon with Harry, Dean Thomas, and Griphook, where they found Luna and Mr. Ollivander, who had been captured at an earlier time. Hermione was kept upstairs and tortured by Bellatrix, her screams reducing Ron to sobs. The group was saved by Dobby, who was sent by Aberforth Dumbledore. He freed Harry and Ron to run upstairs to save Hermione, who managed to lie under torture about where they had obtained Godric Gryffindor's Sword. Ron disarmed Bellatrix after she avoided a chandelier dropped by Dobby, and pulled Hermione from the wreckage of the fallen chandelier, Disapparating them both to Shell Cottage.

At the Shell cottage the trio began making plans to break into Bellatrix’s Gringots Vault where one of the horcruxes were. They made a deal with Griphook and Ron was disguised as a traveler while Hermione was disguised as Bellatrix using the polyjuice potion again. They managed to break in and had to escape on a dragon, but unfortunately Griphook had taken the Gryffindor Sword.

From there the trio ended up apparating into Hogsmeade after finding out that the last Horocrux laid in Hogwarts. Aberforth Dumbledore took the trio inside of the Hogs Head and then showed them a way to get inside of Hogwarts straight into the Room of Requirement where they met up with Neville and other members of the DA. Soon other people started showing up in the Room of Requirement and Harry went on a search for the Ravenclaw Diadem which was one of the horocruxes. Ron and Hermione ended up going down to the Chamber of Secrets where Ron managed to make some snake sounds to open it and they used the Basilisk’s tooth to destroy the Hufflepuff Horocrux and they then reunited with Harry. When Ron expressed desire to evacuate the house-elves from the Hogwarts Kitchens, Hermione, who had always been concerned for creatures so often mistreated by society, was so touched that she kissed him, much to Ron's delight. However, their kiss was interrupted by Harry, who pointed out that there was a war going on.

Harry, Ron, and Hermione entered the Room of Requirement to find Ravenclaw's diadem, but were ambushed by Malfoy, Crabbe, and Goyle. When Crabbe unleashed a cursed fire, the trio escaped by means of broomsticks; Harry saved Draco, and Ron and Hermione saved Goyle. They then witnessed the death of Ron's brother Fred in combat, which devastated Ron, who wanted revenge. Hermione managed to calm him by reminding him that they would have to fight on their way to finding Nagini, Voldemort's final Horcrux. The trio made their way to the Shrieking Shack, and witnessed the snake kill Severus Snape on Voldemort's orders.

During the pause in the Battle of Hogwarts, Ron went to the Great Hall, where Bill comforted him over Fred's death and Hermione comforted Ginny. Harry made use of their distraction to slip out and confront Voldemort. Following his alleged death, the battle resumed, and Ron and Neville Longbottom brought Fenrir Greyback down together. Ron was devastated when he thought that Harry was dead, but then relieved when he found out that he wasn’t and then watched Harry take down Lord Voldemort once and for all.

ADULT YEARS
Ron never received his seventh year at Hogwarts and instead went on to become an Auror as well as help out his brother George and his shop. He married Hermione and the two of them had two children, Hugo and Rose. Ron is also the godfather and uncle of Harry and Ginny's oldest son. At some point, Ron, Harry and Hermione were all featured on Chocolate Frog Cards for their accomplishments, which Ron considered his "finest hour".

He is now continuing to raise his family and continue his work as and Auror and helping out his brother George at WWW.
