It was a sudden realization. After spending an entire evening chasing little critters, laughing at the sight of pure terror on their faces and gleefully jumping in the puddles of blood that they left behind, Selene spent much of the twilight hours cleaning after herself, just as she promised. She made sure not to leave a trace of her behind, even cleaning up her clothes once she sat down and thought about it. The cleaning up always sobered her up in a way. The scenes weren't nearly as enjoyable if Selene had to rub a portion of it away to make sure it wasn't pointed back to her. In a way, it almost made her more irritable. The aurors wouldn't have a full vision of what she saw, and it seemed a little cruel to prevent them from seeing it. Of course, Rhea always said that wouldn't stop them from going after the sisters anyway, but the witch would like to think so.
Ah well, that was simply something her sister would have to worry about. At the very least, Selene was being a good girl. After getting her clothing all clean of blood (though a little scruffed up from one particular struggle), she finally heard the grumbling of her stomach. Immediately, her thoughts went to sugar. Though it could easily be said her first and second loves were murder and fish, Selene had a surprisingly strong sweet tooth. During her time in Hogwarts and out, the former slytherin had just about any sort of candy and brand on could think of, and there were very few candies that Selene genuinely disliked. So long as they were cavity-inducing, Selene would make sure to have her stomach filled with the substance.
After such a long (but fun) night, she found herself staggering up to Honeydukes early in the morning. She kept an almost manic stare on the store as she crossed the threshold inside, searching the shelves with a careful eye. She wasn't entirely sure what she wanted just yet; maybe just grab a random assortment to snack on as she went back to Rhea and Phishy. With that in mind, she began to grab random bars from the shelves, dragging her hand across and knocking a few candies off the shelf. After picking up about six of Honeydukes finest assortments, she then stepped over to the cash register without much consideration to the mess she left behind in her search. "I WOULD LIKE TO BUY THESE," Selene announced with her usual splendor, before fishing for her coin purse. For the most part, she ignored her rather vagrant like appearance with her scruffy clothes and messy hair.
