Lately Dæmon’s mind hasn’t been anywhere around him in a while… His parents were mad at him for ruining the “Yule ball date” that he never wanted to go to in the first place. With his inheritance hanging in thin air, he knew he had to be on his best behavior. But it was so hard with his parents putting him in an arrange marriage with a mudblood! They may have come to terms and realize that Blood Purity isn’t everything, but Dæmon still believe Blood Purity was everything! It wasn’t like he wasn’t trying to hide the fact that he was a half-vampire for the hell of it. No, he wanted to hide the fact that he was half-vampire because he was disgusted by it. He wished he was a normal pureblood wizard, not a disgusting half breed. So what did Dæmon do? He tried his best to stay away from anything that would bring out the vampire inside of him. Especially blood… The young Slytherin boy shivered at that thought.
He continued his fuming inside of himself as he walked along the corridor, completely oblivious to anything that was going on or the fact that someone else was probably in that very same corridor as well. Not that he cared… But perhaps the other person should. For you probably don’t want to be running into this angry half-vampire today. Not unless you want something bad to happen to you…

she wasn't really paying attention to were she was walking today, she just felt like walking. she didn't have class for another hour yet, and annoyingly hugo and her other friend's were all busy - either in lessons of quidditch practising. if jez liked flying a little more she would have gone to watch, or maybe even joined in considering it wasn't an actual team practise, just for fun. but she didn't. she didn't exactly despise the sport, she was more than happy to go and cheer her friend's along in matches, but flying had never gotten on with her - she didn't like the height. the sensation of flying was okay, but if she happened to open her eyes properly she saw the drop, got dizzy, clung to her broom and got too scared to do anything.
she remembered her first quidditch lesson, how they hadn't even gone high and she'd thought it was fun, gone a little higher, a little too high, freaked out and fallen. she hadn't been too hurt, a broken wrist, which was nothing really after the injuries her brother had caused her with the 'accidents' over the years, but when you're in your first year in your first lesson and that happens? well it doesn't half put you off. oh she'd tried a couple more times over the years, if only because she was a determined little ravenclaw at the best of times, and she hadn't wanted to admit it was a weakness of hers...but it was. she just didn't like heights, and therefore she just didn't like quidditch. end of.
so with nobody to hang out with for now, she'd found herself wandering the corridors alone. she didn't mind it, sometimes she liked having the time to herself, but maybe she should have been paying a little more attention to where she was going, maybe then it wouldn't have happened. but either way, suddenly she was bumping into someone, rather hard in fact, and she stumbled back a few steps. "hey, watch it!" she half snapped, having been shocked out of her thoughts by what had happened and looked up into the face of someone she didn't know, a slytherin from the looks of his uniform. oh great.

Just as Dæmon was trying to push the stupid Mudblood fiancé of his out of his mind he felt someone smack right on into him, quite hard actually. He had stumbled slightly, but managed to catch his balance just as a female called out to him. “hey, watch it!” watch it? Watch it? Who did this person think she was? He turned around to face the person whom had ran right into him. “No I rather think that you should watch it,
” he said as he pulled out his want and pointed at her. He wasn’t going to use a spell at least not just yet. He looked the girl up and down, no one he knew but he did recognize her as one of the people that hung around a certain filthy blood traitor whom was attacked earlier in the year. She seemed rather small compared to him, and he was pretty sure she was at least a couple years younger than him. There really wasn’t any doubt there. He narrowed his eyes at her, rather pissed that she ran right into him. Even if there was a chance it was the other way around, in Dæmon’s eyes, it was her fault. “ I’d start watching where you’re going,” he hissed at her. she was surprised at how much that had hurt but she refused to show it, catching her balance quickly and turning to glance at who she'd stumbled into. damn slytherins, they always walked around acting as if they owned the place. someone needed to teach them a damn lesson. sure, some slytherin's weren't too bad, she'd met a couple of nice one's here or there but the odds were that if they were wearing a snake they weren't all that pleasant to bump into. jez had found that the girl's tended to be bitches, whereas the guy's just tended to be violent, neither of which she liked very much.
she hoped this guy wasn't going to get violent, she didn't have the patience to endure it today. she couldn't help snapping at him, whether he wore green or not, whether he looked older than her or not, whether he was male or not she didn't give a damn, he wasn't going to make her feel small. sometimes her distrust for guys came in handy - like now, it made her that bit more fierce and on edge, enough to be good at dueling if it came down to it. she watched him turn around and she frowned. here we go, she thought. they could never walk away or wave it off. arrogant idiots. “No I rather think that you should watch it,” she narrowed her eyes and looked at him, folding her arms in challenge. "or what." she snapped. she wasn't in the mood to play, and even if she was younger she was still a ravenclaw, and she wasn't stupid.
she saw him draw his wand and she unfolded her arms and quickly grasped her own, not holding it out like he did, but holding it in front of herself, the tip in his direction, tensed and ready. she saw him look her up and down and bristled. even if he was only doing it to see who she was not checking her out, she still disliked it immensely and she frowned. “I’d start watching where you’re going,” she narrowed her eyes right back and gripped her wand a little tighter, ready just in case he started anything. "yeah ? why'd you figure that? you're the one who walked into me, so get your head out your ass you arrogant jerk and use your eyes next time."

“yeah ? why'd you figure that? you're the one who walked into me, so get your head out your ass you arrogant jerk and use your eyes next time. Dæmon’s eyebrow twitched. Who did this girl think she was! Seriously, she was a completely nuisance, and really wasn’t worth his time. But he was quite annoyed right now. “Hmph, as if I’d run into the likes of you on accident. If I wanted to run into you it’d be to hurt you, you filthy mudblood.” whether or not she really was a mudblood, he wasn’t sure. But he had a good feeling that she was seeing as she didn’t resemble any of the wizarding families that he knew of. And if she wasn’t a mudblood, there was a good chance she was a blood traitor anyways, especially with the way she was acting towards a pureblood like him.
Quite frankly he didn’t want anything else to do with this girl, but if she were to put up a scene, well he would show her. He knew he was older than her and he knew quite a few curses he could cast as the girl. He wasn’t afraid of the likes of her, and if all else fails, he could always show her the darker side of him, that being the vampire part in him. Sure he hated the vampire inside of him, but it did come in handy once in a while.
