Final!

that pretty little thing up there is joy ___ ___, a pureblood sixth year student in either hufflepuff or ravenclaw, an amazing active vocalist, an aspiring journalist, and the eventual final for fred weasley. i've been trying to think of plots for fred for a long time, seeing as i love the hell out of him, but just haven't been able to get the muse to use him because of a lack of things going on for him... perhaps this shall help? actually, i know it will.

joy is a year younger than fred, yes, but poor freddie has liked her since she first came to hogwarts, though they're not in the same house. the thing is... until recently, he didn't really know her. she was always kind of this linegring attraction in the back of his mind, but they didn't have much opportunity to interact other than a 'hi' here or there. peps' character, lucy, will kind of tie into this, too... joy and lucy are very, very good friends, and it's through lucy that fred and joy started to talk in the middle of last year. over the summer they exchanged owls, but then this year they've kind of fallen apart a bit and really not spoken at all one on one, unfortunately enough.

when they see each other when, for instance, lucy and joy are hanging out and fred comes over to 'talk to lucy', he's openly flirty to joy, but he has such a playful personality that she doesn't really take him seriously. besides, she can't take him seriously, because i would love for her to have a boyfriend. this boyfriend doesn't have to be an actual character for the amount of time he is relevant, unless you'd love some drama later in which case details on the boyfriend would be entirely up to you... anyways, she and this boyfriend started dating shortly before the school year began. but he's not exactly a nice guy, in fact he's a bit of a player, and when she attends the yule ball with him he's openly flirting with other girls, which obviously doesn't make joy too happy... so she flees the ball, rather distressed, which is the point where fred finds and comforts her, and they go from there.

fred'll probably break up with joy at the end of the year because he's graduated and she has a year left of schooling to go, but that won't last long. i'm not exactly sure how long, but definitely by the time school's started up again he'll want her back, and... yeah, we can plot from there. ^^ in case you forgot by now, they are finals in the end.
