Rhea was here to browse the many dark items they had on sale, and what more than to attract a dark wizard than forbidden objects meant to induce harm upon those that she wanted to cause immense pain to. Smirking as that smile approached her full lips, making them curve upwards as her sultry body walked slowly towards the entrance. Hips swaying hypnotically on their own without meaning to, but she did have a certain aura of grace about her that no other women could usually match besides her sisters. Although, Selene really could care less if she looked pretty or not, but Rhea was certain that her sister was indeed beautiful in every way. Luscious dark-brown hair cascading to her waist, and her lips parted ever so slightly in a thoughtful smile.
Soon it left her lips as he saw other people there, an emotionless stare as she looked forward not bothering to disguise herself as her presence was in itself a rather grace for the shop. Having one of the Terrifying Terrible Three in the shop was something to boast about for days to come until finally there would be the final threat to burn down the place. Surely she was amused that it would happen to this quaint place, even as dark as it seemed. Amusing to her, she wasn't going to even bother considering the possibilities of this place closing down as another one would just quickly take it's place. The buyers were usually warned before their purchase about the consequences of the items.
Wearing her usual black attire and having adorned leather gloves today instead of her usual glove-less slender hands. The curves on her were enough to knock any one out, but she didn't like flaunting them at all as most guys were trash to her. Flipping her long hair over her should as she glanced at the dark store, before her slender fingers grasped the door handle. Slowly pulling it open, her sultry walk continued it's strutting as she finally reached the desired dark items she had been wanting. Or was there another reason she was here? Who knew what went on in her mind as it always seemed to have an emotionless stare currently at the moment.

Victoire wasn't entirely sure why she was in Knockturn Alley right now. She knew that there were many people here who wanted her head served on a silver platter. But it wasn't stopping her from wandering aimlessly through the alleyways. Approaching Borgin and Burkes, she hesitated at the door. But feeling brave and ballsy, she pushed through the dingy door, wiping her hand on her jeans after. Nobody was in here. Well, almost nobody. It was the shop keeper and another woman. She slowly walked around and perused the items, grimacing in how horrible some of them were. Pulling her button up sweater closer around her shoulders, she kept walking.
It was after passing a few choice items that Vic realized she was following the woman in the shop. It was intentional. She had just started drafting her and found herself right up on the woman's tail. Turning, she started walking the other way, not feeling the need to get into a scuffle with the other woman. She was pretty familiar to Victoire, but she wasn't entirely sure why. Something shiny and black caught her eye, and she looked down at what seemed to be a broken amulet. It shook a little on the table as her hand neared it, and she quickly jerked it back. Clearly it was not as broken as it's appearance made it seem.
Turning, she looked out the window, watching the sky darken with the imminent threat of rain. People outside the shop walked lazily by, dirty and grimy, not one of them looking like they'd had a good shower in days, if not weeks. She scrunched her face up in disgust. How could people live like that? Vic put her hand on the door knob and turned it, getting ready to leave. She was all set. She hadn't planned on buying any wares from this shop anyways, so it didn't make a difference to her if she left. But someone closing in behind her made her stop and turn, her long blond curls bouncing around as her head whipped towards the sound of the approaching person.

Rhea was certainly not one to lay low, but she recognized the Ministry official as soon as she came waltzing in like she owned the place. A little calm for the place she was in, and obviously was unaware of the dangers coming into a shop unaided, and Rhea was tempted to dig through that pretty little head of hers. It was so tempting as she fingered her wand for a moment, wondering if she could create a ruckus here without learning the entire Ministry itself. Even this soddy cow wasn't going to stop her from getting what she wanted, but right now all she had to do was keep her face away from facing her direction.
A Weasley no doubt, and she could easily tell thanks to the hair giving it away, but that was not a hard one for anyone to tell. Weasley's and Potters, the one bane upon this world she was going to wipe out of existence if she could, but not the way dumb-ass Voldemort had. Yes, Rhea had a vulgar tongue even in her mind, and those prats that didn't know half the thing about the last war needed to learn that you shouldn't come back with seven pieces of your soul within an artifact. It was amusing to hear of the Dark Lord Voldemort's fall, even though he was an inspiration for Rhea as much as Fenrir Greyback.
Not really wanting to choose sides, but she had ended up doing so when she saw how many muggle-borns had been holed up at Hogwarts. That place needed purification, and he wasn't about to let that go wasted, focusing her efforts on wiping out real muggles that decided to rebel against her. Taking them down to the level of servant wasn't enough and she killed muggle-borns without relent too. It amused her that any authority like the Ministry even cared about that, what they were doing to dark wizards was basically the same thing and just as inhumane. At least in Rhea's eyes, and that left her flickering her gaze hatefully at Victoire....staring at her like she was trying to burn her soul open a million times over.
Rhea was sure that she'd feel the heated, hateful look upon Victoire, and then that's when she would make her move. Right now, she was being cautious to avoid any lights that would give away her face even as her dark-brown hair covered her seductive face for a moment or two as she then decided to brush her hair out of the way to get a better view through the columns of the store.

Vic turned around and looked for the person who was staring daggers at her. She couldn't see exactly who it was, but she could tell it was a woman. Too bad she was in the shadows and couldn't be seen clearly. Vic kept her hands in her coat pocket and fingered her wand. She wasn't sure what this woman wanted, but she was going to keep her guard up. Turning, as if she hadn't seen the woman in the shadows, Victoire opened the door to the shop and stepped outside. It was still raining, pouring now, and so she drew her wand and cast a spell to repel the rain. Now she wouldn't be wet, for as long as she kept the spell going.
Still holding her wand in her hand, she started to go back down an alley way to get out of Knockturn Alley when she realized she'd left something back in that god awful store. Groaning, she tilted her head back, watching the rain bubble and trickle away from her face. Walking back to the store, she ignored the people that were watching her walk back and forth. She noticed the closed sign on the window of the door now though, and thought it odd that right after she left, the store closed. Had someone recognized her as a Ministry Official? Not that it was bad, but she had wanted to keep some discretion.
Sticking her hand in her coat pocket, she fingered the little black orbs there. A gift from her uncle George. Those little black balls were filled with Instant Darkness Powder, imported all the way from Peru. If she were to be attacked, not only would she throw those to the ground, but she would apparate away with speed, leaving her attacker in the dark. She wasn't one to run from a fight, but at night, in the rain, and in Knockturn Alley, there was surely someone who wouldn't mind picking a fight with the Senior Undersecretary...
Her thoughts flitted back to that woman in the shop, and how she'd been staring at Vic with such a heated fury. Who was she? And why did it seem like she hated Vic? She'd never done anything to wrong someone before, so it couldn't possibly be an enemy, right? Sure, her family was part of the blood traitor category, but that didn't mean people attacked her all willy nilly. Still, her hand gripped her wand tightly, in cause someone were to come up on her while she thought about what to do now that the shop was closed.

Rhea was certainly in no mood to deal with the goody two-shoes Victoire Weasley and without her sisters, she was sure it would just escalate to the point where she'd have to reveal her where-a-bouts. Rhea really wanted to pick at her brain, and make her relive her worst memories just like Dementor's did. In this case it was worse, because Rhea would use those memories against her, bringing them up to make her angry. Knowing fully well that emotions clouded judgment and whilst Rhea could hide them, it was hard for others to actually control them. That was one thing she was proud to have cut herself from, as she knew no fear, and knew fully well that a life-less stare was all that would meet anyone willing to cross her path.
The young Weasley girl might have to be taught a lesson sooner or later, and Rhea was indeed willing to teach her that lesson. Amused as she was at the prosperous fact she had waltzed into Borgin and Burkes like it was nothing. As if she'd get away with out a scratch on her precious face, and then Rhea licked her lips softly in the ecstasy she felt from the thought of roaming through her mind. Gripping her wand, with it's chimera scale, and it incited the power into her form. Gripping her mind with it's powerful tendencies for destruction. Mainly Rhea's tendency for destruction and as soon as she found the item she wanted. It wasn't long before she gripped her wand again.
Deciding to follow Victoire for a while, but deciding to conceal herself this time. Then again, she would easily use her wand to route through her memories if she wanted to resist, she was welcome to. Rhea loved playing with her prey, which she was about to do as she quickly paid for whatever she had, and then eagerly trailed after Victoire. That glint in her eyes showed she wasn't going to be wary at all, and then cooed out towards her when she was sure to corner her in an alley way. Just enough so that she couldn't escape Knockturn alley as she seemed to move quickly. Looking at the girl with her gleaming brown eyes that seemed to bore into her soul.
"So, going somewhere, are we?" she said in a rather monotone voice that insinuated nothing, but the light on Rhea's face would instantly show who Victoire was dealing with. Obviously one of the Terrifying Terrible Three, and Rhea already had her wand pointed in her direction too.

Vic could tell that someone was following her the whole time she moved throughout the alleyway. She also had a feeling that things might start to take a turn for the worse, so she shielded her mind tight against intruders. She knew that many dark and powerful wizards roamed these streets, so she focused on something to make her mind a steel trap: Teddy. A smile was brought to her face at that thought, just as she spun on her heal, her own wand stretched out pointing into the face of one of the Terrible Three. She laughed a little, watching the woman in front of her. She knew who she was, oh yes.
"Well I was just biding my time until you decided to buck up and come after me Thornwallow," she said, her smile still there. While Rhea wore the blank mask, Vic showed her smile. She knew alllll about Rhea. She was a Terrible Three, one of the Darkest Wizards out there. She was a legilimens, and could see into people's minds, so it was a good thing that Vic had her own ways of keeping people out. Like focusing on one memory, for her a really great one. Like the night she'd gotten back together with Teddy. The feel of the warm firelight on her skin, the touch of his hand, her heart pounding nervously in her chest....
Vic kept her wand arm straight out, aimed for Rhea's chest. She wasn't playing around. She knew that Rhea would maim her, or kill her, at the first chance she got. Who wouldn't want to take out a blood traitor? The rain starting pouring a little harder, but she stayed dry, thanks to her spell. Her hand that had been holding the instant darkness balls was out of her pocket now, free of them, fingers twitching in excited anticipation. Rhea's eyes seemed to bore into Vic's, and she smiled even wider. Good luck with that, she thought, knowing that Rhea would try to read her mind and use her memories against her. She couldn't do that if she couldn't get in. And if she succeeded in gaining access to Vic's mind, she would find that all of her memories were pleasant ones.

Rhea was amused that this young wisp of a girl even thought she had it in her to deny her access, but Rhea had been torturing minds even during her time at Hogwarts. No one even found out, not even the ones that were learning occlumency, and she was quite good at tearing people's memories apart. Steel traps, as soon as she found one happy memory, she could alter to become horrible by killing someone in that certain memory just to change them all to nightmares. Rhea was quite skilled, but she knew she was dealing with the under-secretary which meant she was mostly well-trained against the dark arts. Victoire Weasley, that named deserved to be removed from the ministry in general, but her own dark orbs looked into her own.
"Would you like to see a new spell I've been working on?" she asked vaguely, and when she smiled, it wasn't out of amusement, in fact it was cause she was going to find it immensely enjoyable when she used it on Victoire. One that could turn her own patronus against her even with her happy memories, and cause her to despair as if she lost everything. Then Rhea would gladly rip out her heart for her, but no, she had to keep a low profile. Even a duel was out of the question, so if she kept up this charade there wouldn't be much time left for either of them to decide what to make out.
Rhea had no mask on, just the dark hood holding her piercing brown eyes that were now like swords pointed directly at Victoire and tempted to just apparate behind her, but that would have given her location away. Moving closer within the shadows, she managed to keep her cloak trailing behind her in a fluid motion making her almost invisible to the eye. Finally, she emerged to Victoire's left and whispered past her ear as she moved back around her not blocking her path anymore. "Go ahead, run, and fight me another day, but be warned...I won't be holding back at all next time. Of course, I doubt you'd be brave enough to live through my spell anyways," and it wasn't with confidence she said that. It was more or less a teasing gesture to see how brave this foolish Weasley was.
If she lived through the anti-patronus, it would leave her vulnerable to whatever desires she had to do with her right there. Rhea was still testing the spell, but her sisters had almost perfected it, yet she was only boasting to get this Victoire Weasley out of her hair. Peh, just her name irritated Rhea, and was tempted to just kick her in the shins without the use of magic, but her wand was singing to her to cause destruction. A fair duel was not what she had in mind, but anything that would drain her of her blood would have made Rhea immensely happy. Now, a very dangerous glint crossed Rhea's eyes, one that she got whenever she started getting destructive thoughts when all reason left her being. Now was the time to be afraid when she no longer had any smile on, or any emotions, just a mask of solemn calm.

Victoire chuckled. This witch, one of the Terrible Three honestly thought that Vic was scared of her? In all honesty, she was just annoyed with her. Honestly, don't mess with a Veela, even if she is half blooded. Vic narrowed her eyes at the other witch, her wand arm still extended, pointing to the girl's chest. This could end badly. They could duel each other till their arms fell off, and Rhea could probably enter her mind, but Vic wasn't about to let that happen. As for this special new spell that she supposedly knew, Vic shrugged it off. For years that family had been boasting of a new spell, one that nobody had ever heard of or thought to make.
As the other witch disappeared from view, Vic tensed, ready for an onslaught of attacks. But all that came was a whispering voice in her ear and she twitched away from her. She really thought that Vic would just run and hide like a coward? No no no, she had too much french blood coursing through her veins for that! Plus she had too much pride. Laughing, she kept pace with Rhea and watched her every move, her own body disappearing in and out of the shadows. "You honestly think that the threat of a spell you have been working on for year is going to deter me? Come now, I'm a Weasley, aren't we always full of pride? Isn't it our own undoing?" She laughed again, her blue eyes now golden, watching the other witch move about the shadows like there were none at all. Oh the joys of being an animagus.
Finally having enough, she spun on the spot and disappeared in a twirl of dust, then landed back behind Rhea, her wand tip almost touching the back of her neck. A smile played on her lips. "Go ahead Thornwallow, try me. You'll find I'm not an easy one to break. Guess you could call it a French thing." Before she could let Rhea shoot off a spell, Victoire was already forming a defensive spell on her lips, followed by her own offensive spell. She knew this fight was coming.

Rhea really had no interest in dueling right now and just shrugged her shoulders as she smiled slightly towards her giving her that eerie one that said she knew a lot more than she seemed to show. "So that's exactly why I should take you off this Earth and let you join your ancestors, it's a fitting end I believe," she said to her watching her jump away like a frog...or a bunny. "I might have to stop you from hopping around though," she said to her. Of course, dark wizards weren't going to be resisted all over, but she could have Imperio'd her or even cast Crucio on her as Rhea was going to avoid the killing curse. Victoire was undeserving of the killing curse.
"Actually I changed my mind, you don't deserve to have any nasty spells cast on you, you're not worth tainting my magic on," she said rather rudely holding out her own wand, forming her own defensive spell, but it was quite powerful now as she raised her wand. A light flaring at the end of it as the room seemed to shake a little and then the alleyway with the power between the two flaring up. The chimera scale was finally starting to give it's owner a challenge by trying to help her hold on to her own sanity. That was the only downside to having a wand with a large potential, but even so Rhea would easily win this if she played it right. Getting into a duel in knock turn alley was not a wise idea.
Standing her ground, she wasn't going to be the first one to attack, and for all Rhea cared they could be at a stand still forever...although Rhea had nowhere to be so that made it easier on her to make Victoire stay later than usual would be evil. So she would indeed do that, and needed to find some way to immobilize her without casting a curse at all. The main thought of using Imperio on her still happened to be the key ingredient to her success or something like it.

Victoire sniffed, still holding her wand at the ready. Rain poured down around them, but didn't hit her due to her deflection spell. She watched the woman with narrowed eyes, waiting for her next move. "In case you've forgotten, the Weasley's helped win the war against Voldemort. None of them willingly died at the hands of a Dark Wizard, what makes you think I will be any different?" Vic's voice was level and calm, not betraying any emotions. If Rhea wanted to play that game, then so could she. She lowered her wand just a little, shrugging her shoulders.
"I should have known. How could I have thought that you were so scary? As one of the Terrible Three I'm surprised you haven't tried cursing me into oblivion. Ah well, just as well. I would have won anyways." Turning her back, Victoire twirled her wand in between her fingers and walked away, whistling a light tune. She kept her wand out though, because she knew the Terrible Three could anger quickly, but she wasn't sure which one it was.
"Well have a good night then Thornwallow," she mused, walking down an alley and turning a corner. She dipped into the shadows, using them to hide her as she had a feeling that Rhea might follow her. Smiling to herself, she thought about using her wand to send a patronus to the aurors, to send someone down here to pick up the witch. She was a wanted woman after all. Victoire heard footsteps come around the corner and her body shifted down until it became a cat, sitting primly in the shadows.

Rhea wasn't about to let her off that easily and then her smile showed up, a very disheartening smile that was meant to scare in general. Whenever Rhea was happy, then that was when she was thinking something incredibly devious, which meant that it wasn't good for Victoire as she rounded the corner. Then she looked down at the cat on the ground, frowning slightly as she slightly smirked at her for a moment wand pointed towards the cat. Such great target practice as she was already realizing how much her sister would have loved to make this cat explode into a million pieces. No instead she waved her wand around and looked at her new target instantly forgetting about Victoire as her eyes widened a little.
"My my, what lovely cat...I used to have one, until my magic disintegrated it since I never want one ever again. I despise cats so much I just...-kill- them on sight now," she said already aiming her wand at the cat, ready to cast a curse. This time she wasn't joking as her eyes flared with an intensity of a thousand suns, and now her voice echoed her words as she managed to keep her form stead. Perhaps making the little creature suffer would suit her purposes better and changed her stance so that she could indeed wreak much more pain upon the little creature's body after wards. "Imperio", were the only words she uttered as the curse headed straight for it's victim.
A different curse than what she normally would have used, but killing her would have been against their goals as Rhea needed to keep Victoire alive for their plan to succeed. Although, she didn't even know it was Victoire as she thought she had just run off somewhere, no idea who she was messing with anymore. "Oh, I plan on tearing you limb from limb," she said to the cat, a smirk grinning on her lips as she kept the spell up and put all her force behind it to make it hit.

Victoire saw Rhea's shadow come around the corner of the alleyway. She was smooched back behind a trashcan, a place that she found to be very useful for hiding. She kept absolutely still as she watched the Dark Witch slowly step into the alleyway, her wand out and her eyes searching. Victoire slunk further back into the shadows, but Rhea found her anyways. At first she was just interested in taunting her, telling her stories of killing cats. She rolled her eyes and jumped from the shadows to avoid the imperio curse. Mid jump Victoire shifted back and shot a defensive spell out so that any other spells Rhea shot at her would be deflected.
Rolling to a stop, she raised her head, her wand arm still out. She was a Weasley. She knew how to fight dirty with the best of them. One hand held her wand, the other grasped an object in her coat pocket. A sly grin overcame her face and she stood up, her wand pointed right at Rhea's heart. "Come now, you can tear apart what you can't find," she said coyly, and withdrew her hand from her pocket, slamming a small black sphere into the cobblestones. Instant darkness erupted in the alleyway, shrouding them from each other's view. There were no spells that could make it go away, no spells that could dissipate the thick darkness.
In other words, neither of them held the advantage. "You can try all you want Thornwallow, but I'm a Weasley! I fight dirty, Senior Undersecretary or not!" In that same pocket was a decoy detonator and a portable swamp. She honestly knew that to defeat Rhea she would need those few items that her Uncle had given her. She stood with her back to the brick wall, listening intently for any sound from her enemy.

Rhea wasn't sure what Victoire's angle was with all of this but she had a certain feeling that things were going to get more intense from now on. Whatever she had planned, well it wasn't going to work until the darkness powder hit the air and she was curious as to how she couldn't have seen this coming. Yet, Rhea really didn't need to see to destroy anyone and it was fun just to have the challenge of being in the dark. Being on even ground wasn't her thing, but if her sisters were here, then at least Victoire wouldn't be able to see her running away. The idea came to her at the last second and as she spun around to turn it was easy to tell she was disoriented a little as she soon had her wand out. Closing her eyes and letting her instincts guide her now.
Soon enough she was pointing her wand at where she heard some of the movement on the ground and then followed it to where she thought she knew where she was headed. Instantly Rhea was already following right after her, or she thought she was when suddenly she hit one of the barrels but maintained her balance like a swan. It was so easy to get lost in your train of thought when in battle and also due to the fact she had used such a trick on her. Now was the part she'd been wanting to test, using this darkness Rhea attempted to use her wand to at least harness some of it.
Then turned her attention to where she last heard Victoire's footsteps and suddenly cast her spell outwards, using the shadows as a binding material to attempt to wrap around her. This was a vague attempt at least capturing her prey, but it would be to no avail if it missed. Otherwise Rhea would have to conjure up another plan after deflecting the spell she tried aiming at her next and was eagerly aware that she wasn't going to hit her if she kept blindly guessing. Following her instincts she let the spell loose and one just had to hope for the best even as she had tossed the monkeys paw at Victoire earlier when she picked it up.
One could make wishes with it, but once the wishes were used up then it strangled the owner after they were all fulfilled. Of course, the wishes were also fulfilled in a very disturbing way, where the saying be careful what you wish for comes in.
