James really wasn't sure if he was wanting to believe what had just happened, and he would have to consider that Natalia probably was drunk during that fact. After all, he wanted to make this rather special in his own words, and after asking her out at the Halloween party, he had been hoping for a chance in hell she'd say yes. Considering she was incredibly beautiful, but he probably knew it was to due her Veela nature. Even her voice had a sight sound to it that lured him in, and he was infatuated with Natalia at every given moment. Instead he decided to head towards Madam Puddifoot's just in case she wanted to meet there, but after all he -had- told her to meet him there, not in the front of Hogwarts.
Of course, he wouldn't consider what they were doing now an actual date, but he had to consider taking her some place nice befitting of a queen at least. James was getting that feelings as he had put on a nice dark blue button-up long-sleeve shirt. A brown coat covering his upper half, and black jeans covering his feat. Giving him the appearance of actually going out on a date as his brown hair was parted to the left side, looking like it had been actually combed for a change instead of the usual messy look. Blue eyes stared out into the distance as he soon walked towards the edge of Hogwarts, awaiting his date. Yes, this evening would be one to be remembered, and if he moved far enough he could probably apparate to Hogsmeade. Instead, he'd walk as he put on a stocking cap and gloves to keep himself warm. Pursing his lips he looked around, but he supposed there could have been an easier way to go out on a date.
Arriving in Hogsmeade, he stood outside while he had sent Natalia an invitation to Madam Puddifoot's tea shop. Wondering if she'd actually show up and do the honor of really being his date. James had beens stood up before, so it wouldn't surprise him if she did...not that he was expecting her to.

"Are you crazy?!"
Those were the repeated words her friends were to say if she had told them that she was going to meet up with James, especially at Madame Puddifoot's Tea Shop. Of course, Natalia wasn't dumb enough to tell anyone that she was indeed going to spend the afternoon with James. Instead, she made up a lie about going to lunch with Dominic and since Dom seemed to not have much of a life, no one would ever have to know.
Natalia was pretty convinced that she would not be seen today, she had a plan. Her plan was in motion as she and Dominic made their way to Hogsmeade together, her brother had no intention of asking her what she was up to and was willing to be used for the time being. She excused herself and left him at the other Quidditch Supplies store their grandfather owned.
As Nat made her way to their meeting place, she pulled the hat of her jacket over her head and avoided eye contact with anyone. Her outfit would surely give her identity away though. Natalia was wearing a grayish, loose top, fitted jeans, a gray jacket and high heel boots. Anyone could tell by her appearance that this girl came from a wealthy household. She had tried her best to hide it this day, but failed, none of her outfits were cheap looking.
Her pace was fast and when she was nearing the shop, she could make out the figure standing outside. It was James, looking a bit nervous, which amused her a bit. Boys were always after her and she would never give them a chance, but there was something about James and she couldn't say no to his offer. "Hey," her soft voice raised a bit in order for him to hear her. "Don't you look handsome today."

James was just standing there and he finally heard a voice call his name. Lo and behold it was actually his date for a change, and he was surprised she had shown up. In fact he was surprised he had even considered going on this date himself. Funny enough, he realized there would be time for these thoughts later as he finally straightened his collar as if it was off whack just a little. Even though he had heard her compliment, James wasn't sure how to react to that simple gesture so he passed it off as what it was. Waving a hand towards her as he let a smile creep across his face realizing how much shit trouble they'd be in if her brother found out about their encounter.
Having to stay on the down-low would be easy for him, but he'd have to not show up to a few parties to avoid Demetrius in the long run. Funny as that sounded, he probably had a better time avoiding crows than he did her brother, due to the fact he wasn't too outspoken at times unless he was partying. Sighing softly, he tried to remember why he was here now, and focused on Natalia again. Ah yes, a date, something simple, but instead he had gone with Madam Puddifoot's hoping she had some class. Luckily she had, but he noticed her rather plain clothes were befitting of her. Suddenly he couldn't stop the words leaving his lips.
"Well, you look rather ravishing if I do say so myself, Natalia. I'm sure that we'll both enjoy tonight's dinner, and I don't mean to impose, I'd say -anything- looks beautiful on you anyways," just to cover his ass in case she was going to say something about her looks in general. James finally moved to open the door graciously for her, and what was he doing, acting like a gentlemen? Ah, whatever, "Ladies first," was all he said to her, smiling politely.

Natalia smiled at his compliment, acknowledging that she had heard him, but said nothing more about it. The truth was that, while people did consider her to be self-centered, arrogant, conceited and just a plain superficial bitch, she didn't think much of her looks. Well, she knew she had inherited great genes, heck even freaking Claire looked good sometimes, thanks to the good old Quinn blood running in their veins, but it wasn't running through her mind all day.
The other girls of Hogwarts, however, liked to cause trouble with her and it had been them who spread the rumors through the schools. Did she look in the mirror every morning for an hour? No, but she didn't care if they thought she did. They could talk about her all they wanted, in the end, they would end up looking like a stupid fool and she would go on her merry way.
"Thanks," she said, walking through the door after he opened it for her. Natalia felt so out of place here. Most of the boys she had been on dates with were Slytherins. They would take her to much upscale places for dinner, especially during vacation breaks. Hell, Demetrius had taken her to freaking Paris once. Speaking of... if he ever found out that she was here with James Potter, he would break the boy's legs off and use them to beat him. And she wouldn't even get started on what Dominic would do. He liked James, but if he found out they were going on a date behind his back.. well, his opinion on James would certainly change.

James didn't know what he was doing honestly and dating Natalia almost seemed like a joke in itself, especially since no one would think he would go after a Slytherin at all. Especially with how divided he was amongst the masses, but he wasn't about to keep to himself at all. In fact, right now, he was more or less on the verge of just running out on his date. The butterflies in his stomach normally weren't there as he remained cool and chaste as if he were such a god given gift to this Earth. In a few ways he had been, after all, the son of Harry Potter obviously had to uphold his reputation. That part irked him, living in his father's shadow wasn't always fun, but he seemed to act more like his grandfather than his actual father.
The quarreling would have to put to a stop if he wanted to just get along with his brother and sister. Not that he really had much of a problem with Lily to begin with, but she seemed to give him a disgruntled look at times. That was really nothing to think about right now as he turned his attention back to Natalia again focusing on his date since that was what this was all about. Madam Puddifoot's was certainly nothing fancy and then he moved within finding a table then pulling her chair out for her. Soon he was sitting opposite of her and then spoke to her, after making sure she had sat down first.
"You're welcome, anytime. So, Natalia, how are you?" he asked her softly, not taking his eyes off of her own but blinked respectfully so he wouldn't give her the impression he was staring. James was sure that people were staring at the two of them like they were crazy but he ignored every gaze coming his way except for the waiter that had walked up to ask them what they would like to drink. "Ah, a butter beer please, and for you Natalia?" he asked politely.
