Jared had been waiting for a while to get out of the lab and finally decided that knockturn alley was actually calling out his name again with the many illegal trades still going on there. Jared would have to be careful to not get caught by any authorities, but with all of the aurors running around right now he'd have a slim chance of escaping if he was cornered. Luckily he had a disguise on using some poly-juice potion he had conjured up using one of the dead bodies he had. The hair was at least an hour old when his drag-drake had wanted to feast within his lab, and he had to admit that since the beast would have surely killed him if he didn't.. Funny as that sounded, Jared was becoming more aware of how dangerous Morty was becoming. Shrugging that side, he figured that he should have learned to live with the consequences by now scolding himself for caring about any sentient animal either.
Jared had pissed off many people many times for his ignorance of human nature, and here he was to meet a secret man in the shadows which he had gotten a dragon egg from a while ago. There would be no one to stand in his way this time unless some nosy Potter got it in their right minds to track him down. Jared had gotten incredible at covering his tracks since that last fluke of running into that damned Harry Potter. Having escaped with his life just barely, he was sure that he must have suffered a humiliating defeat since the memory was rather foggy. Emmett had told him many times about Hermione Granger who would love to see him put away. Jared was probably not a different case at all. Shutting the brief case he was pretending to carry as he handed the man in black some coins.
Stubbornly nodding his head upwards, he pointed towards Borgin and Burkes where the trade would take place this time. Pulling up the hood to make sure no one saw his face as he moved down the alley towards the dark shop not wanting to seem as if he was wanting to draw attention to him at all. There was the feeling of eyes on his back as he made his way secretly towards the shop to acquire the precious item he needed to enhance the hatching process of the illegal eggs he had acquired...then entered the shop looking around curiously.

Aurora really hated those foul little beasts that were called the students of Hogwarts sometimes. If it wasn’t for the fact that she loved Hogwarts and it’s library she probably would have left already. Still Hogwarts was her home and she was the librarian, and those books would be destroyed by the careless students if she left. Instead of being in the castle she had to come to London to visit Ollivander’s for a new wand. Some silly second years had somehow managed to snatch her wand and break it beyond repair. The little brats had gotten detention but she was still wandless. Next time she was going to sneak a hex in on them but for that she needed a wand.
It had been difficult to find a wand that suited her as much as her old one but she had finally done so and paid the shop keeper. Deciding not to waste the time she had outside of the castle she pikced up a few things she had been needing and had been putting off collecting. Pulling the hood of her cloak over her face she looked around before deciding to go to her next destination, Knockturn Alley, or more specifically Borgin and Burkes. It just wouldn’t do for someone who knew she worked at Hogwarts to see her going into such a shady place. But there was some business she had to attend to, and some items she just wanted that you could only find in a place like his.
Inside there was already a man and she was sure that she didn’t know him, although by glancing a glimpse of his face she was sure she had seen him somewhere. Shrugging she looked around the shop minding her own business. He would surely do the same for her and neither one would care what the other was up to. She wasn’t finding anything she had hoped for and saw him standing in front of a section she needed. Now she would have to ask him to move. “Excuse me could I slip by you for a moment?”

Jared peered over his shoulder and still had the polyjuice potion in effect as he decided to play this out for a bit wondering how he should go about this. Even if he was standing in the entrance blocking this person's way, he had to consider his words carefully otherwise he would blow his cover. Appearing friendly would be the best course of action, and he noted that she was working at Hogwarts as his eyes flared instantly with hatred. Something about his scowl on his face would tell that he was almost instantly hostile, however, he moved aside for the nuisance that was going to prick in his side the whole time he was here to ask for the special object he needed. Having to wait until she left to acquire what he wanted, and soon moved to look like he was browsing objects.
Perhaps he could sneak a charm Aurora's way without her even noticing, but he didn't know the woman's name just her face for now. It was rather familiar, but he knew the effects of the polyjuice potion well enough to be cautious how much of his new face she saw. In fact he had chosen quite a handsome fellow to replicate right now, and he wasn't going to have anyone ruining his plans. Having come too far to mess up, so he soon just spoke to her, "Sorry, miss, if you'll excuse me," was all he said to her in a raspy voice that obviously didn't suit him right. Perhaps this man had been a gentleman in his life, but he had glimpsed over Aurora just once.
Sure she had the features of a woman that he'd perhaps consider having, although he had no time for silly emotions such as that. Only his creatures deserved his love more than anyone, but perhaps a little comment would be needed here to save his grace. Although, pretending to be someone else would end up with this woman's affections, which he was sure would be hell for the other person. Still a little repulsed he had even greeted her and moved out of the way...for her...a Hogwarts employee. Rage shook his core, but he gritted his teeth again as he forced a smile on his lips soon wandering towards a crippled hand resembling a monkey's paw.
Picking up the object, he examined it carefully but put it back before he made any wishes since he knew the consequences of such an item.

Almost as soon as the man had turned around Aurora was sorry she had done so. It seemed as if he had instantly gone hostile at the sight of her. Still she was sure she was imagining things as she had never seen the man before in her life. Maybe she should have left her visit for knock turn alley for another day but now that she was here there was nothing she could do about it. Besides there was never anyone pleasant that frequented the shop. It should have been no surprise to her that she would run into someone less than nice. Still he had said nothing else at first as he stepped aside to allow her access to just the shelves she needed.
”Sorry, miss, if you’ll excuse me.” Finally the man spoke and she nodded once without another thought. Perhaps she could finish her business quickly and move on to other parts of the alley. She didn’t want to be in the same prescence of this man more than necessary to complete what she had in mind. ”Thank you sir.” Many might question why the Hogwarts librarian would be in such a shop but she could safely say there were very few people who knew the real Aurora. The truth was she hated most of the people within the Hogwarts walls but she had been too attached to leave. Besides there were no other jobs that really interested her. But what she hated more were the muggleborns and blood traitors that were crawling within the walls. And today with the breaking of her wand well it had been the proverbial last straw so to speak.
It had been at the back of her mind since the students had started irritating her even more than usual but her wand has been her first and she was rather attached to the thing. So after carefully thinking she had decided to get back at the students and this shop was the perfect way. Of course she could have always went to that blood traitor Weasley’s shop but she wanted this to be a little on the dangerous side but still enough to be considered just a prank gone wrong. There was another quid ditch match coming up in the future and she would strike right before that. Finally finding the item she needed she pulled it off the shelf. It was the perfect thing to put those little brats in their place. ”Stupid little brats won’t know what hit them.” she mumbled to herself.
Now she could only hope that this man wouldn’t recognize her as a Hogwarts worker and turn her into the headmaster.

"Yeah," was all he said wavering her off as if she were just some other floozy. Jared had been giving his gaze a hard cold stare at her as he recognized her as a Hogwarts staff employee all too easily, but he wasn't going to reveal that he was there to actually perhaps kill her. In a way, he imagined one of his creatures ripping out her heart as that insane smile crossed his face, but he knew he had little time to dawdle in here since the polyjuice potion would only last for so long before it would reveal him to this woman. In a way she had a powerful authority about her, but it was rare for her to pick up such a dangerous object without a reason. Wondering if she taught a certain class like Defense against the dark arts or was something more than just that. It normally took a lot for Jared to become intrigued but he had been lured by the sway of her hips in a way.
Funny as that seemed, there was really no way he could be seen working with such a stuffy little prissy girl that thought she was evil just for coming into this store. Perhaps he should teach her a lesson for crossing into boundaries that she needed to understand weren't simple games. Jared honestly didn't care, but he thought it would be amusing to pass the time to see where her allegiances lied. Even if she was a Hogwarts professor he could easily risk showing himself to her, but was that a risk he was willing to take? This was Jared Derril, the infamous wizard that had abandoned his old identity to pursue evil creatures to demolish muggleborns in general.
Maybe it would lead to his down fall but at least he would go down with some sentient knowledge that he had been the one to cause a damaging blow to Hogwarts itself. Gripping his wand lightly he soon let it go and then decided to just continue about his business moving further back into the store. Nowhere to be seen, he soon pulled a secret lever that would lead him to a room where the dealer he was planning on meeting would be. The wall made a slow dragging sound as he soon made his way inside, looking back to make sure no one followed him. Jared was normally good at covering his tracks but he supposed he had forgot to close the door not that it mattered. All he was here for was to discuss another arrangement for another rare egg that was hard to come by.

"Yeah," Aurora may have been offended he had brushed her off if she hadn’t been intent on getting what she needed. It was still strange to her that as much as she hated the students of Hogwarts she had decided to stay at Hogwarts to work. She should have gone on to a position at the ministry where she could have worked her way up but she was content where she was, daily mishaps with the students or not. And there was also the fact that she loved giving preference to Slytherins for whatever they needed, even if it was just a book that they needed for a class. She would always choose to give it to the Slytherin student over the Gryffindor or Ravenclaw. So intent on her item before her she didn’t notice that he’d walked away.
Only when she turned to thank him yet again for moving did she realize that she was alone in the shop. Dropping some coins onto the shop counter she paid for her item and looked around the shop once again. Aurora may have been intent but surely she would have noticed the shop door opening. After all she couldn’t’ be seen by just anyone here, or there would be inquiries as to why a Hogwarts employee was in the shop most considered evil. Not knowing where he had gone was a bit problematic for her. She didn’t know who he was and as stupid as it probably was she was going to find out. The self preserving part of her must have taken a vacation this day.
Moving towards the back of the store she noticed a tiny door she had never seen in the shop before. And that door was open. It was probably going to turn out to not be a good idea but Aurora didn’t care. Perhaps there were more dangerous items through this door that she could use. Being only twenty didn’t mean she was stupid. She knew that hidden things led to even better things. Making sure her new wand was readily within reach Aurora took a step through the doorway and looked behind her once to make sure no one had seen her enter. Pulling the door shut she was left in partial darkness and thought that she had bumped into someone…or something. Keeping quiet she decided to wait to see if she heard anything before moving forward.

Jared honestly hated being followed and he almost could instantly tell when the door behind him was left open far down the hallway but he had gotten the answer he wanted by now. The man didn't have the required item he was asking for, the chimera egg was indeed going to be hard to find. What else could he possibly do with a useless pixie egg, those things were annoying as all hell and last time he remembered dealing with those they were just another nuisance to get out of the way. Sighing softly he would have to head back until he heard someone breathing further down the hall way and had drew his wand now. Walking closer towards whoever it was, he hid in the shadows.
"Oh so it's you from earlier, you shouldn't stick your nose into places it doesn't belong, you could get hurt," he threatened her as he held his wand at her still, making sure she didn't see what he had out . Not that she'd enjoy being threatened like that, but it was obvious he was going to say it otherwise someone else would have definitely beaten him to the punch line instead of just going outright for her. Soon he put the wand away realizing how frivolous she was acting for someone intrigued in matters that didn't concern her, but he was determined to figure out why she was down here instead of minding her own business.
Jared obviously needed to go to anger management if he had to punish nosy little girls like her, but at the same time something felt vaguely familiar about her as if she were intrigued by him. No, he wasn't going to let fool emotions get in his way, but her pretty face did have a certain charm to it and there was probably a mask on top of it. " I suggest turning around and heading out, there's nothing here for you.." he warned her one last time until he approached her..his face rather visible as Jared Derril, one of the wanted wizards with his wand still held in his hand just in case she tried anything funny.
