James was tired after the Ceremony and the meeting with Kingsley it was just a good time to relax, and set up something fun. Nothing could bring him down seeing as how he had been one of the chosen ones along with Alaya. There was no reason to worry since he knew they were both working on it as a team, just like this party he was setting up. Trying to get things worked out as he knew the tapestry for the main banner was driving him nut right now seeing as he was unable to get it to fit right. Wondering if there would ever be another time to celebrate an event such as this one, while finishing off the final touches. Oh yes, this would be more magnificent than any of the other house parties, since he put a lot of effort into it.
Brushing back his brown hair, he was just wearing a common brown muggle t-shirt with blue jeans today since he didn't feel like dressing up much. After all it was a party and there was going to be lots of drinking. Well, the under-age years wouldn't be drinking, but he did manage to carry a few drinks along with the help of some other Gryffindors for everyone to have. It was a party, he had even gotten berty bott's every flavored beans for everyone to throw at each other in glorious fun. There was even plans for a sock hop race from one end of the common room to the other on just one foot. Sure, it was a lively day, but he knew that after the quarrel with his brother Albus, he needed this.
The rivalry was getting worse he figured, but why had he thought that Albus would attack Hugo? Just for a quidditch match, it was in the past now, and it was the day after the ceremony as well as the talk that Kingsley had with them. Finally getting the last few things set up, he was ready to begin the party wearing a regular brown t-shirt and blue jeans since he didn't want to tarnish the Gryffindor vest he had gotten from his parents, and finally nodded after he noticed how well things were set up.

Yuki didn’t feel like partying, instead she wanted to lie down, throw her pillow over her head and sleep. She had stayed up most of the night before, in the girl's toilets, throwing the content of her stomach back up. It had taken her up until an hour ago to go to the hospital wing to find there was absolutely nothing wrong with her. Just all the excitement of the goblet ceremony had gotten to her.
Sighing as she sat on her bed, she wondered if making a five minute appearance before disappearing would make anyone suspicious. Well she thought, might as well see what the party was like, although she wanted to remain in the dorms, she didn’t like being left out either. Throwing her white hair over her shoulders, she stood and made her way slowly out of the dorm, descending the stairs and into the common room.
"Someone went all out," she replied, looking around the lavishly decorated room. When Gryffindors party, they really knew how to throw one. Looking around, she smiled at a few people before spotting James. Her smile still on her face as she approached him. "Hey, I never got the chance to congratulate you, so congrats, you'll do awesome in the tournament," she beamed. Gryffindor couldn’t have asked for a better champion other than James and even Alaya was alright too.

The goblet of fire ceremony had been a thing that Charmian had been excited about for awhile. Now that it was over and Gryffindor had it's champions it was time to party. The ceremony had been the night before but by the time everyone had gotten back from the great hall, the excitement of it all had been too much for Charmian and she had gone right to her dorms to sleep.
Today was a new day and the day that James had decided to throw a party for the Gryffindors. Charmian was always ready to help. When she got up she dressed into a pair of jeans and a plain pink top. Her dirty school robes were wrinkled on the floor next to her bed but she stepped over them and headed down to the kitchens. She had found the passage into the kitchen late last year, and it proved to be useful. Grabbing as much food and drinks as she could carry, she hurried back to the common room to see both Yuki and James inside.
The common room was nicely decorated and Charmian looked around in wonder. She had never seen the common room look so nice for a party. "The decorations are definately awesome." Smiling and glancing over at Yuki she set the drinks and food down on the table. "Congratulations James! You're going to do great!

Rose had been at the Goblet of Fire Ceremony most of the night. At some point during the ceremony she had noticed her brother hadn't shown up. It was after the ceremony and the naming of the champions that she found out her brother had been attacked. Of course she had tried to go up right away to see him but she had been turned away at the door by the nurse. All the nurse would say was that Hugo needed his rest and Rose had to walk back to the Gryffindor tower wondering how badly he had been hurt. She should have been happy after the ceremony, after all Gryffindor got two pretty great champions, but she couldn't care less about the tournement. She had returned to her dorm and waited until morning finally came.
Rose hadn't slept all that well through the night and took the first chance she got the next morning to go see how Hugo was doing. This time the nurse had let her in and she was able to see him for a few minutes. He seemed okay although she could tell he had been attacked. She was then shooed off to breakfast and returned to the tower afterwards. Knowing that Hugo was going to be alright was enough to get her to be cheerful towards the tournement again. Besides they were playing Slytherin first and Rose hoped to beat them bad.
Entering the common room she already saw Yuki, Charmian, and of course James, her cousin and one of the champions. Grabbing a drink off one of the tables she looked around. It was nicely done. "Congratulations James! When's the first task?

It was funny, James had planned all of this along with Alaya, and it was obvious that she deserved half the credit he did. Especially since she helped organize most of the decorations, which he didn't know she had in her. So somewhere deep within her shy exterior she was actually quite the planner, and here he was making sure it all went according to plan. Even as the other Gryffindors greeted him, he nodded his head in return. "Oh, thanks it was nothing really, I guess it was just lucky I was the only male that entered apparently," he said to them, having figured out the mechanism to the goblet of fire by the time the ceremony was over.
Sure, he was a little on edge, especially with what he had planned for his brother later on, but he wasn't going to concern himself with this. After all, it was going to be a pain in the ass to tell everyone why he even flipped out on his younger brother. James normally didn't need a reason, but when it came to him with his friends traveling all over the place there wasn't going to be a need to group up. Sighing softly, he soon stretched his back, and beamed, glad he was accomplishing something. Now that he thought about it, his father had become the champion of the Tri-wizard tournament by some means of magic due to being entered by an imposter.
It was all a trap to have him meet Lord Voldemort, unfortunately he got along with his dad, but they sometimes didn't see eye to eye especially when it came to his friends. Always usually choosing the more obnoxious ones and causing pranks just like his grandfather. Sooner or later, he was boudnt o come to his senses as he raised a glass in cheers to his championship, and to Alaya as well of course. "TO GRYFFINDOR AND THE CHAMPIONS! Oh, and they said the first task, me and Alaya will be working together on that one. In a month or two I think they're going to reveal the first task," he spoke to whoever had talked to him.

However, after the whole thing with Hugo then Albus and James' fight there was much needed joy in the Gryffindor common room. She applied the last form of decoration to the wall near the stairs leading to the dorms. She took a look around making sure everything was in its place. If there was one thing she prided herself on, was her knack of getting things done. She needed a plan and then she would execute it.
She walked over to where James was making the toast. She took a drink, knowing that she would not really drink that much of it. She did not need any alcohol, or that much in her system. She did not want to find out just yet what would happen but she knew it wouldn't be very good. Her mind drifted back to Hugo and the fight between James and Albus. It was really heating up at the school and Alaya was not sure how to take it all in. She joined the toast with a smile. This was a celebration, there was no need for contemplation.
She shook her head. "Yes James, it was a huge surprise that you were chosen" She teased, not hiding the extreme sarcasm in her voice. she raised her glass. "To Gryffindor" This time her voice was almost a whisper. When James mentioned the first task, Alaya's mind started going through possibilities. She knew that it was going to be alright working with James, there was no worry there. It was just there was still nothing on the first task, not yet anyway.
