It was a slow day for Josh. His prefect duties were almost over, and there wasn't one thing that went wrong. Even though it made for a boring night, Josh seemed to like it because that meant he didn't have to get anybody in trouble. It was pretty late, and Josh just had one last place to check - the dungeons. It was so dark in the dungeons, for some reason a bunch of the torches were out. Josh took out his wand, "Lumos," and holding up his wand he looked around.
Nothing seemed to be wrong, nobody seemed to be out of bed, and so, Josh just continued on. As he walked, he thought of what he was going to do tonight. While it was late, Josh wasn't really tired, and he figured he might be able to get some studying done. He still had some reading to do for muggle studies, so that's what Josh decided to do. While his mind was on Muggle Studies, he started to wonder why the castle didn't use some of their technology, electricity for example. "Why don't they just invest in some lights," Josh muttered out loud. It was so different coming from a muggle house, and sometimes the adjustments between the two worlds just seemed pointless. Both worlds had their advantages, so, by taking both, it just made everything a lot easier.
Josh turned the corner and jumped a bit in surprise. He wasn't expecting to see anybody, and the person he saw left an uneasy feeling in his stomach. It was Lucian Jaxon. Lucian had always given Josh a hard time, mostly because he was a muggle-born, but also because Josh was just quiet. Josh didn't really want to confront Lucian, so he just continued on, walking past him, not saying anything, and hoping that Lucian wouldn't recognize him.

His life revolved around the darkness now, since he had been bitten all those years ago. He remembered a time before; he was young, carefree and well happy. Yes Lucian had once been a happy and bubbly child. Of course he never expected to be bitten and to wake up in a strange hospital with nurses waving wooden sticks over him. However that hadn’t been the first time he had encountered a witch, his ex best friend had been one, although he didn’t know at the time.
He heard footsteps and wondered if a prefect was heading this way. Let them, he thought with a smirk on his face as he took his wand out, laying it flat against his leg as he shuffled around the corner. Perhaps whoever it was, was simply walking back to the Slytherin common room. He knew the place was around here somewhere and he honestly thought he would have been better off in that house. But no, he got stuck with the 'leftovers'. The nice friendly cream puffs as he liked to call them. Ugh they were pathetic along with the majority of this school's population.
The change had not only altered him on the inside, but it had enhanced his senses. So even in the dark, he knew exactly who was coming by their scent. Joshua Scitz, mudblood Ravenclaw. He scowled before smirking. He was going to have fun tonight.
Either Josh hadn’t seen him or he was pretending not to, which annoyed Lucian greatly. How dare he not notice a werewolf, better yet, how dare he not tremble in his presence. His hand shot out, snaring Josh's arm in his. "What? No hello?" he asked in a tone that would intimidate anyone.

Josh thought it was going to work. He thought that tonight was going to be different than all of his past experiences with Lucian. Lucian hadn't really been the friendliest with Josh since Lucian came here. Josh knew it was because he was a muggle-born, but he just didn't understand why. The interesting thing was, Josh heard that Lucian was a muggle-born as well. But still, some Wizards just hated Josh's kind, and there was really no reason to hate them. The reason why people were Wizards was because of a mutation in their genes, so that means that Josh's genetic make-up was the same as theirs. This of course was the logical explanation, but in the Wizarding world, logic hardly ever seems to be the case.
As Josh felt a hand grasp around his arm, his mind started racing quickly. Now was not the time for a confrontation. It was late, there was nobody around, and it was dark. Options raced through Josh's mind, so that he could decide what action he wanted to take. Josh knew that taking Lucian on in a duel was just a bad idea, Josh could put up a fight and maybe run away, but trying to strong-arm him just wasn't a good idea. Still, Josh thought that this might be his opportunity to have the upper hand, if only for a second.
As Lucian's strength turned Josh to face him, Josh had his wand ready for action. Lashing his wand toward Lucian, Josh said "Flipendo," knowing it was a weaker curse, but at close quarters, he didn't want to risk either of their safety. Flipendo caused the victim to be pushed back, and Josh only wanted some distance between him and Lucian. While the flash of red light erupted from Josh's wand, he managed to wriggle his arm free and take a few steps back, with his wand at the ready once again.
"Back off Lucian, I am in no mood tonight."
(OOC: Sorry, I was confused on the set-up for a bit here...haha)
Josh is attempting to hit Lucian with the Push-Back curse Flipendo

Lucian wished he could change at will instead of relying on the full moon, although he hated the pain associated with the change, he enjoyed the power, the ability to rip things to shreds and how he would have loved to shred the filthy mudblood Ravenclaw. How could someone like Josh ever get into the smart house, how was it that mudbloods could know more about the wizarding world than the purebloods and such. Well it didn’t particular care really, they were all the same, smart or not.
Lucian smiled, showing his teeth at Josh as his hand gripped his wand tighter. What he didn’t expect was the Ravenclaw to actually use his wand on him. Well that was certainly a novelty for the Ravenclaw, getting the first spell in, well no matter what, Lucian didn’t care. He was a wolf and a beater, nothing was stronger than him. Yet at the same time as Josh spot a spell at him he had wriggled out of his grip. Damn Lucian thought, but remained calm as he raised his own wand slightly, he whispered the incarcerous spell, hoping the ropes would actually hold the boy. "Oh but I am, I’m in the mood to shred something...someone and you've provided the perfect target, my fun for the night," he replied, chuckling.
Lucian is attempting to use the rope binding spell (incarcerous) on Joshua

Josh saw that his spell missed his target, but he wasn't too worried. He didn't really want to go after Lucian, it just seemed like a dumb idea. He performed his spell as more of a reaction, so that he could get away from his bully. Josh saw the spell coming, but didn't react fast enough, and thus was surrounded by ropes. Josh wasn't really sure what was going to happen next, being tied up in the dungeons with a vicious guy. Josh noticed that ropes were loose on him, but still, he couldn't really do much. With his wand tied at his side, Josh's mind raced for the counter curse, but it wouldn't come to his mind.
As the ropes started tightening, Josh rustled to get his wand hand free, but it was no use. His left hand was free, and with it, he tugged at the ropes, but to no avail. They were around him, and didn't seem like they were going anywhere. He wondered what Lucian was going to do, but it was times like these that Josh was glad that he knew how to perform wandless magic, because without that skill, he'd be a sitting duck right now.
"Why don't you just take your business elsewhere?" Josh questioned sarcastically, "It isn't like you're actually wanted here."

Ah poor Ravenclaw thought he could take on the big bad wolf, well get away from him anyways. Ha, Lucian could just about laugh at that thought. The spell Josh had casted missed, whether it was poor judgement or what, Lucian didn’t really care. All he cared about was his reaction spell hitting the Ravenclaw, and low and behold it did. And people say Ravenclaws were meant to be smart. Oh how delightful it was, watching ropes twist their way around the poor pathetic boy. This time he did chuckle, low and deep in his throat. The boy was attempting to free his wand hand. "Squirm all you want boy, they will only tighten with your struggle," his face was lit with a smirk.
He had Josh all bound up and nowhere to go and Lucian had all night to do whatever he wanted to do with him. But what exactly did he want to do with the Ravenclaw, having him bound was humorous but it was slowly loosing the fun and thrill. The hufflepuff's eyes glanced down at Josh's wand, would the boy protest if he took it from his grasp, not that he cared.
Dark eyes shot back up with Josh's face when he heard the boy speak. Take his business elsewhere, well he would, it would just mean he'd have to take the Ravenclaw with him, no one would notice one little boy gone right? The forbidden forest sounded like a good place to take him and be done with him once and for all, no one would find him or hear him scream. Josh would be all alone with no one. Not actually wanted here, well yea he kinda figured that but then he also didn’t want to be there either. "Like you're wanted here either, mudblood," he spat the demeaning name at the Ravenclaw. There were insults for muggleborns but none for werewolves, well not ones that he had heard anyways. "Shall we take a little trip to the forbidden forest shall we?" he asked, almost in a singsong voice, "After all you are my business and if you insist on me taking it elsewhere, I’m sure the heart of the forest will do wonderfully." He laughed as he tapped his wand against the palm of his other hand. "Now what shall I do with you?" he asked out loud, "maim you, terrorise you...oh I know, I’ll keep you until the full moon," oh he had thought about that last one many times, change and then bite Josh, turn him into a werewolf and they he would be just like him, having to feel the terrorising pain of the transformation every month, it was a very satisfying thought. So many options and all of them he wanted to do.
