Lena couldn't sleep at all that night for some odd reason. She just wishes that she could. She laid there looking at the top of her canopy and wondered how she was able to go to sleep. And she knew she had to sleep tonight. It was important for her to do so. She knows that she has a long day ahead of her. She wishes though that she could fall asleep. "This is crazy why should I even try to fall asleep?" she asked herself as she threw the curtains back from her bed and slipped on her slippers. She figured she may as well dance for the fun of it.
She made her way to Common Room and out into the dungeons with her wand a book from the library. She took her time and went up to the Great Hall on the Ground floor and walked inside. She took her wand out and the book she had checked out and found out how to make it sound like a radio was playing inside the Great Hall. She loved dancing and she started dancing to the tune. She loved dancing because it was a great way to bring her stress levels down a bit. She really enjoys dancing and a the moment she was dancing to 'Do the Hippogriff' by the Weird Sisters. She knows they are old but she loves them. Her feet was dancing quite fast.

It was one of those nights. One of those no matter how hard Ryan tried to fall asleep, he still couldn't nights. Ryan had spent the last hour and a half just staring at the wall. He had tried forcing himself to go to sleep, but to no avail. His mom had told him it never worked when the person tried forcing them self. The Hufflepuff blinked, watching the shadows move across the wall... so painfully slow. Soon, his stomach started hurting. It oddly did that if he was awake but wasn't moving around. The fifteen year old exhaled in slight frustration. He had no idea what time it was; he just knew that it was late. Finally caving into his restlessness, Ryan got up and got dressed. Forget sleeping tonight.
He creeped out of his dorm and into the common room. There was only a slight glow from the dying embers. The fifteen year old debated sitting down in the armchairs to go to sleep, but started feeling to agitated to sit down. Pacing soon got just as irritating. He needed something to do. Finally, he decided the heck with rule breaking. Ryan didn't exactly want to go down in Hogwarts History as a goody-goody two-shoes. He quietly climbed out of the passage to his Common Room and into a basement corridor. Ryan was debating on whether go down into the kitchens when he heard something. It was very, very faint, but he heard music. Intrigued, Ryan started following the sound; soon, he pinpointed it to the Great Hall. Apparently he wasn't the only one who couldn't sleep.
The Hufflepuff peaked around the door of the entrance and saw a girl dancing in fast tune with the music. He grinned and edged himself into the room. Even though there was a person (now two) the Great Hall did seem a bit creepy with nearly no one in it. As the song ended, Ryan lightly clapped. "Bravo," he chuckled, a light smile on his face.

Lena continued to dance around the hall. She couldn't believe that she couldn't sleep at all. And since she couldn't sleep she may as well just have fun and dance and be crazy while no one else was awake. She just enjoyed loved the that time to dance and she knew it too. She loved the song she had picked. She enjoyed the way it moved her and it showed in her face as she continued to dance. She was just having fun and well it was being herself and it she loved to dance and always will.
She stopped when she heard someone say bravo and a slight clapped and looked at the guy. "Thank you." she said as she just stood there. Now not so sure if she wanted to continue or not. And right now she wasn't being very Slytherin like. Heck she didn't know which house he was even in. "My name is Lena." she said with a small name. "What's yours?" she asked him for a moment with a small smile on her face. She had seen him around the school but she didn't know his name but he did look cute.
She liked his blonde hair and his eye color. He had a good smile as well. And a good build for a boy. She looked down and saw that sh was in her pajamas still but didn't care. As it looked all right no holes or anything. And she liked how long it was. It went down to her knees but it did look like a dress at the same time. Why she picked one that looked like a dress she had no idea. She loved it though and it showed. She looked at the kid again with a small smile on her face. He did look handsome and he did seem like a nice preson to get to know. She also well looked like about her age that was for sure. "How old are you anyways?" she asked him with a small smile. "I'm fourteen going on Fifteen." she said with a smile.
OOC: I don't mind. I'm actually glad to reply to something.

Ryan had never been much of a dancer. Not at parties, or dances, or anything. The closest he had ever come to dancing, was carrying his baby sister and going around the room in a melodic way to music. Of course he had seen dances with his family, ballets; he had been invited to some non-magical parties where they would have a dance floor. Ryan had always volunteered to stay sitting with Lila. Edmund was more of the outgoing, person to dance at parties type. As he watched the lone girl waltz around the hall, he noticed how gigantic the place looked when nearly no one was it in. It was great that this girl could dance so easily, it took skill... from the point of a view of a person that didn't dance, that was.
The fifteen year old laughed. "No problem. You looked good," he smiled. "Cheers to any of you guys brave enough to even do that," he laughed. It was safe to say that Ryan had kind of avoided all the school dances. Either avoided them, or just watched from the sidelines. "Nice to meet you, Lena," Ryan grinned, sticking out his hand. Like nearly half the school, he had surely seen her around, but had never talked to her, despite probably being in the same year. "I'm Ryan," he replied in turn. "Simons," he added as an afterthought. A lot of people seemed to be on a last name basis around here, so maybe that'd help some. "Ryan... Simons...or anything else you come up with," he teased, smiling at her.
She looked like she was still in her sleepwear, but night gown or dress, it looked fine either way. Ryan had a few sleep shirts like that: he could easily just wear them as day time clothes. Of course it looked a little weird to him since he was used to it as a sleep shirt, but to other's it'd probably look fine as just a normal t-shirt. He gave a grin back to the girl, she seemed nice. Then again, that was Ryan's optimistic, naive view of nearly everyone in the school, unless he personally saw them do something horrible to another person. Even if he did see that though, Ryan would still probably see good in them. It was just his way of looking at the world. It may turn out badly for him, but for now, that was his M.O. "Fifteen," he answered. He grinned at her. "Nice, I just turned fifteen in November... so, I'm fifteen and two months old, I suppose," he chuckled.
