Hey all
Just letting you know that I haven't forgotten or abandon the site or everyone. My wrist has been painful for a while. I've been to the docs and he's told me one thing, went to pyhsiotherapy and was told it could be something else so I don't know how long it will be before I can start posting again. as it is I'm typing this with my left hand and it's hard. I'll try and keep you up to date with what happening

i just woke up with it one morning. the doc says its a growth thats inflaming the nerves and tendons, but the physio thinks it might be a torn cartilage. gotta see a specialist though. its currently strapped up, so i'm getting pain every now and then, but not as bad as before, mind you the tape they used is starting to dig in and become annoying and painful as well, especially between the thumnb and finger

UPDATE: so my wrist is still sore and still strapped up. I have to get an MRI done on it sometime this month. Doctor is completely f**king useless, he's now saying there is nothing wrong with it. My normal physio referred me to a senior physiotherapist for one session and he reckons the lunate bone (one of the small bones in the wrist) could have twisted with possible ligament damage, which after reading different articles I found out it's the most common dislocated bone in the wrist and the one that deteriorates more than the others, just what I didn't need to hear . Guess the only way to find out what the hell is wrong with it is doing the MRI. Like usual if it hurts too much I won't post but you may see me in the chatbox

hey guys, another update. Well i had my MRI last friday and have finally gotten the results. I have 2 ganglion cysts in my wrist, one which is causing swelling in it and the other well is just there. Anyways i've read up on them and all of the sites i've read say they can be seen as a lump on the wrist, but mine are invisible ones, meaning the surface of the skin isnt raised. Found this site was informative. The physio's looking at getting a wrist splint for me to help decrease the size of them. The damn thing still painful though. But at least i know whats wrong now *dances*
