So to help get site plots moving faster so that we don’t sit in months for a long time, there are a few things that I’ve thought of that I would like everyone to vote for.
A. Put the word count of the site to no word count, but state in the rules that we don’t want to see one liners and at least one nicely written paragraph for your post.
B. Only have a no word count for site plot threads.
C. No, just keep the word count the same .
D. Other – make sure to state what your idea is.
Please, after you have voted, place your thoughts here.

Well, if we think it'd work, I say no word count for site plot threads. Maybe for a trial period, see how it helps things along? I'm a huge fan of word counts... I hate no word counts, but... it might help things, so it's worth a shot.

I think if it's strictly for like site events, and not like regular posts, or make it something short it would be easier. Personally I'd have no issue meeting the word count, and I like word counts myself because it helps people get at least half of what they give to others, that way you don't see someone post like 600 words and someone just reply with 150.

I don't necessarily agree with word count since I believe length doesn't matter so long as the piece is of quality and gives people something to work with. However, I know that's not always the case, and understand why a word count is necessary.
With that said, not having one on the site plot threads might make it easier. Honestly, I had no idea we had a word count limit for posts on the board until I saw it the other day.
