theia descended the steps from the girls dormitaries, having just changed from her uniform into something she believed much more comfortable - meaning a favourite skirt of hers, and a nice top. she didn't care if it was winter, she didn't plan on going outside right now. actually, she hadn't honestly planned what she was going to do right now. with a sigh, her chocolate gaze flickered over the sea of faces within the common room, deeming none of them worthy of her presence, let alone a conversation, and so she decided to simply sit by herself. heading over to the ornate, elaborately carved fireplace where a fire flickered merrily within its boundary, theia paused and stood before a small innocent appearing first year. she wasn't opposed to chucking first years out of her seat, and so she chidled the damn creature until it withered under her fierce gaze and scampered away to a different seat, quickly vacating the area. with a triumphant, charming smile, theia slipping into the now empty armchair, relaxing into the soft supple leather and flicking her long curls over her shoulder to keep them out the way. for now, she'd take a few moments to relax, knowing this seat was a position of power as it face slightly outward and therefore provided a complete view of the entirity of the common room. she was sure someone interesting would turn up sooner or later and hopefully join her in the chair opposite her. because honestly, she had little else to be doing today. ooc , hope this is okay?? sorry it's so short /: pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

The blonde Slytherin smirked as he flew back down to land on the pitch, practice had been hard yet good, something the team needed and it was good to get back up in the air after a long day of classes. To feel the wind blow around as he flew with the quaffle was just amazing. Heading into the lockers, he didn’t bother storing his broom there, in fact he preferred to keep it in his dorm where he could keep an eye on it. Waving Albus off, he headed into the castle and down to the Slytherin common rooms where he simply breezed in and into his dorm without a word spoken. Placing his broom carefully on his bed, he stripped himself of the quidditch uniform. Casting a cleansing spell over him, he figured it would do until he got to the prefect's bathroom later on that night. Throwing on a comfortable shirt and a pair of jeans, he finally made his way back into the common room.
His grey eyes immediately spotted Theresa. She looked kinda bored. He smirked walking up to her with his arms crossed over his chest. "You're in my seat Theia," he spoke, looking down his nose at her. Well it was anybody's seat, and he honestly preferred the lounge, there was much more room than a chair, but it was fun kicking people out of both the chair and lounge. Oh what fun it was to watch the first and second years scurry off as if they would get an earful if they stayed around. Instead of waiting for a reply, he simply took the seat opposite her. "So," he started, not knowing what topic to bring up. School work was out of the question, what Slytherin wanted to talk about school when all they wanted to do was get out of it, and well quidditch was out too. "What’s up?" he asked, finally.

theia sighed loudly, moving her hand to inspect her nails out of little else to do. they were perfect of course - she made sure they were never anything but - yet still, it was a habit of hers. she glanced up sharply as she heard movement infront of her. ah ... that idiotic first year had returned in the hope of stealing the last available seat, having probably circled the common room and found everywhere else taken. theia laughed derisively, chocolate eyes cold as she curled her lip slightly in distaste. "i don't think so. move along." she said quietly, her voice light, lilting and almost playful were it not for the obvious undertone of dislike. the boy could sit on the floor for all she cared - or just stand. with a dismissive flick of her hand at him, the boy scurried away again, and theia returned to gazing at her nails. not bothering to pa attention as shadows of people flickered past, bustling in and out of the common room. theia raised her eyebrows slightly, eyes still down cast is dismissal of the rest of the room and its inhabitants. was it lunch already or something? she caught the flash of quidditch robes from the corner of her eye and nodded slightly. ah so practise had been on. theia pulled a face, turning her expression away completely and looking toward the flames. quidditch ... she certainly didn't like the sport. maybe it came from the first time she'd tried to ride and broom and it's chucked her off ... or maybe because the whole 'flying through the air, having your hair messed up, chipped nails, broken bones and mud and rain' idea didn't appeal in the slightest. well whatever it was, she disliked the sport and brooms themseleves. "You're in my seat Theia," theia glanced up in vauge surprise, not having been paying enough attention to hear anyway approach. her brown irires raised directly to meet a familiar face - scorpius malfoy - and she smirked slightly, shrugging languidly. " i wasn't awear that this was 'your' seat scorp." she said lightly. "if you're expecting an appology .. you'll be waiting a long time, so i suggets you sit." the smirk widened, almost a grin as she indicated toward the spare chair that the stupid first year had attempted to take. she watched him sit. "So," theia raised an eyebrow as he appeared to have difficulty searching for conversation, before he settled on. "What’s up?" theia rolled her eyes slightly and shrugged, llips parting as she sighed quietly. "nothing much.." she said honestly, thinking of how little there was going on these days. "how was practise?" she asked, shifting her legs so that she was sitting with them curled under her comfortably, though making sure the skirt stayed down of course. usually she wouldn't bother to ask about quidditch but hell, it was something to talk about until one of them could think of something better right? and even if theia hated playing quidditch, she didn't mind slytherin winning some glory. "fall off your broom?" she teased lightly, knowing that he wouldn't have but unable to help being one of those girls who just likes to taunt. pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

He wasn’t expecting one, nor did he think she'd ever apologise for something, not even when she was younger. An apology and Theia did not go in the same sentence. Besides it wasn’t like he had written his name on the chair, hadn’t branded it in some way to say it was his. In fact everyone knew he preferred the black lounge, where he could sprawl out and still see the whole common room. Now that he had marked as his. He looked over at the lounge, noticing a few second year girls on it looking at him probably wondering if he was going to make them move. He had just sat down and didn’t exactly feel like tormenting them just yet, they looked too busy with their homework, yes Scorpius Malfoy was playing the nice guy at that moment.
He raised an eyebrow up at her, since when did she ask about his practice, that was until she asked if he fell of his broom. He should have known she was more into knowing other people's pain that actually interested in the game. "Oh so that's what was missing at practice, someone falling off their broom, I’ll have to try harder next time just to keep you happy," he smirked, her tone over voice was light and full of laughter. Like bloody hell he'd purposely fall off a broom, in fact he didn’t think he had been hit with a bludger much, he could recall a few hits and even a fall but then there were those that tended to always get hit, he was just too good for that. "Of course I could always take you and let you fall yourself, its positively fun," he was being sarcastic, how was falling fun exactly, well besides the air rushing around you, the fact that you knew you'd hit the ground sooner or later was the worst part.

theia glanced behind scorpius for a moment, catching a glance of a couple of younger students in scorp's usual seat. she knew he prefered the lounge, she was pretty sure everyone did. theia cast the second years a look of dislike before looking away back to scorp. what? she couldn't help disliking little children. they were far to irritating and weak and annoying and just generally... a pain. her chocolate gaze flickered back to scorpius as she heard him speak. "Oh so that's what was missing at practice, someone falling off their broom, I’ll have to try harder next time just to keep you happy," theia laughed lightly, the sound almost carefree and easy-going, nothing at all like theia really was. she looked at scorpius and half grinned, half smirked. " yeah i think you should. it's always amusing to see someone egotistical to fall off their broom." she grinned and shrugged lightly, showing she was joking. she didn't want him to fall really, she knew he could get hurt considering how high up they usually flew. "Of course I could always take you and let you fall yourself, its positively fun," theia rolled her eyes and shook her head. "you know i'd never go .. and you could never make me." she shrugged with a small smirk, not really joking - she would never get back on a broom ever, especially not to amuse others by falling off. sure, she knew scorp had been joking but still, she wanted to make sure he knew she'd never even let him try and drag her to the quidditch pitch. she'd bene a few times to cheer him and alb on at an actual match but honestly, it just wasn't her scene. pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

Scorpius watched her as she turned around to look at the second year students and hoped that she would leave them alone, they weren’t hurting anyone and he wasn’t wanting his usual seat. He caught her almost disgusted look at them before quickly turning back to him. He knew she didn’t particularly like the younger students but he always put that down to them always being in her seat, maybe there was something more going on?
He wasn’t that egotistical was he? He could think of others that would fit that description much better. He saw her shrug and brushed off her words, she was joking. It was hard to tell whether she was or not at times. She spoke, saying that there was no way she'd get on a broom just to fall. Theia and brooms didn’t go together. He could remember when she fell of the first time, oh how he had laughed along with the others, that was before he knew her. "Oh well," he shrugged not wanting to push the subject.
His mind wandered to the goblet of fire and wondered if she had entered her name in it. He himself had placed his name in the goblet late at night during one of his patrols. How many people had entered, was the question he wanted to know, how many would feel disappointed if they didn’t get chosen. He himself wouldn’t be upset much if he didn’t get chosen, he would shrug it off and aim for head boy the next year. "The tournament's coming up, did you enter?" he asked her.

theia sighed lightly, knowing that boredem definetly didn't become her well. she wasn't actually that harsh or mean or sarcastic ... she could be quite charming, but when she got bored, she tended to snap a little more. lack of patience, she could only presume. she didn't really mean to, she didn't like snapping, but, she just couldn't help being that way sometimes. she wondered if that was the difference between her being put into slytherin rather than hufflepuff - which she often wondered if it'd have suited her better ... then again, the image of disgust her parents faces' would've held if she had been... well .. that was enough for her to be devoted to slytherin. "Oh well," theia looked at scorp and smiled, glad that he wasn't pressing the whole 'quidditch thing'. she knew it must irritate some of her friends, for her to be slightly opposed to flying and all when they loved it, but it couldn't be helped that her interests differed from theirs, and she was glad scorpius was respecting that - rather than perhaps bringing up that time she'd made a fool herself, attempting to fly. "The tournament's coming up, did you enter?" theia glanced at scorp and nodded, grinning in an almost mischevious way. "of course... i assume you did too?" she asked in return, sure she'd heard that scorpius had entered his name, and knowing him she'd have bet he had anyway. theia herself... she'd entered as soon as she'd could. she hoped that this would be the perfect way to show her parents that she was worth their attention and praise. she could do it - show them she was worth something ... if she got chosen. pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

Oh so she had entered, well that increased the possibility of someone he knew from Slytherin being chosen. In fact he honestly hoped it was either him, Albus and well now Theia, he wouldn’t stand it if someone like Olivia or even Jacob somehow managed to get chosen. If they did then there was something seriously wrong with the goblet. "Uh yea, during a patrol late one night, about 2 weeks ago," he replied, nodding once to her. He would have been an idiot not to enter, he could even see the headlines in the daily prophet and even in the Hogwarts prophet: Minister's son too chicken to enter tournament'. Yea that was definitely not him. He still had the Malfoy reputation to uphold and even if he didn’t get chosen, at least he had entered right?
H leaned back in the chair, the warmth of the fire was so comforting and relaxing, it was almost like he could go to sleep, if he wanted to. But he didn’t exactly want to be rude to a friend and yes he classified Theia as a friend. It was rare he classified females as friends, most only wanted to date him for the popularity, for the chance to say that they dated the minister's son. Of course that all stopped when he begun going out with Aubrey and he was relieved. "Well then I hope you enjoy watching from the sidelines cause I’m going to get picked," he spoke with confidence although going up against Albus, he honestly believed his best friend would get chosen over him, of course he wouldn’t let on what he thought.

"Uh yea, during a patrol late one night, about 2 weeks ago," theia looked at scorpius and nodded slightly. "that's cool..." she murmered, tone light but without an undertone of anything else. she was pleased for scorp - of course, she'd been sure he would enter anyway but still, she was glad for him....even if it did mean she would be up against him and albus now in the whole 'getting chosen' process... but who knew. she wasn't cutting herself out of the competition; ministers son and famous potter or not to be chosen over. she settled in the chair further, stretching out her slender legs and slouching into the comfortable embrace of the chair more. the warmth of the fire was so endearing, so welcoming that she happily opened her arms to it - figuratively of course. she yawned lightly and lazily put her hand infront of her mouth, glancing at scorp in appology. she didn't mean to be rude ... theia wasn't a rude person, oddly, not even rude to people she disliked. of course with people she didn't like, she was more nasty but in an undercut way. sometimes it was hard to notice if theia didn't like you .. which made it all the more fun for her when she got to them later. those thoughts made her sound so cruel. she wasn't really. in fact, she could easily be referrred to as one of the nicer slytherins. well.. unless you got on her bad side, and then she'd get you but still, if she didn't really know you she didn't really bother you. infact, she could be incredibly charming and charismatic when she wanted to be, and when she was infront of people who liked to think they were her friends. yet really, the only people she could honestly call her friends where albus, scorpius and possibly dunstable - possibly. those were the only people she was genuine around, and she wasn't cruel to them. she teased and joked of course, and was sarcastic on occasion but she was loyal to them, and she enjoyed their conversation and all. "Well then I hope you enjoy watching from the sidelines cause I’m going to get picked," theia glanced at scorpius and laughed lightly, rolling her chocolate coloured eyes. "scorp...the only reason i'd be watching from the sidelines is after i've won and i get to sit back and enjoy my victory." she smirked, half grinning. she was honestly wishing on scorp and alb to get picking but of course, there was a bigger part of her begging to be chosen instead. and if she got picked .. hell when she got picked, she was going straight to the top. she was going to win this thing, and she wasn't going to let any damn thing get in her way. pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

He laughed, something he rarely done. Usually he chuckled to himself, but he just couldn’t help the warm, rich laughter from escaping his mouth. Oh how naive she was, the other, there was no way anyone could beat him, not James bloody Potter and certainly not a Slytherin. He was certain his name was getting pulled out of that goblet. "Well then I guess you should keep dreaming, perhaps you shouldn’t wake up if you're winning in your dreams cause you have no chance against me in reality." He smirked, the laughter still evident in his eyes.
Although Theia was a good friend, she certainly was as stubborn as him and it also annoyed him at times. Like now, couldn’t she just resign to the fact that he, Scorpius Malfoy, the minister's son was going to be the Slytherin champion and that there was nothing she could do about it. "Tell you what, I'll share the victory with you and Al when I win, does that sound fair?" he asked, tilting his head towards her. If she got chosen over him or Al and that was a small if, he seriously hoped there was a flying challenge. Yea it was a mean though, but he also hoped that if there was a flying challenge, that she'd get over her fear, that she'd be able to conquer it, maybe he could fuel that fear just a little now. "You know, there's more than likely a challenge involving brooms or even flight on some creature, are you sure you can do those type of challenges even with the threat of falling from a great height during the task?"

as scorpius laughed, theia raised her eyebrows, giving him a slightly chilled look. this is what she disliked - people disregarding her. she wasn't weak, not at all, and she wasn't stupid. this was the part of scorp that both irritated her and made her see him as an equal. it irritated her that he didn't take her seriously, and she considered the wand in her pocket as an abstract, vauge idea of flicking a curse his way. but alas, she knew that would be a little on the dramatic side. but what she saw of him as an equal - well, that was just for the fact that she was like him in the respect that she thought pretty much everyone else was beneath her, and that only she would come out on top. "Well then I guess you should keep dreaming, perhaps you shouldn’t wake up if you're winning in your dreams cause you have no chance against me in reality." theia flickered her gaze to him in almost disinterest, eyebrows still raised slightly though her chilled gaze relented a little. he was a friend after all ... "was that an attempt at witty humour scorp? you're out of practise my friend ... a pinprick would have stung more than that comment." theia rolled her eyes and yawned lightly, sending him a playful smirk to take any sting out of her own words. "Tell you what, I'll share the victory with you and Al when I win, does that sound fair?" theia laughed this time, the sound derisive and oddly soft. for a slytherin who loved to taunt it was appropriate, but there was a slightly dark edge to the laugh that showed a flash of irritation in return to scorpius. " the victory of what? shall you devise your own set of tasks in order for you to feel like one of the big guys whilst i represent our house? a feat which i have to say is far too much for you to handle." she said, the teasing edge still clear but there was perhaps a sharpness to her gaze that was warning him that she wasn't just playing with this. she was going to get this and she was going to win. "You know, there's more than likely a challenge involving brooms or even flight on some creature, are you sure you can do those type of challenges even with the threat of falling from a great height during the task?" theia sighed and shook her head in apparant dissapointment at scorp. "oh scorpius, must you stoop so low in attempt to claim to be better than me?" she rolled her eyes. "whoever said i couldn't fly? just because i don't choose too doesn't mean i'm not accomplished in it. heights? i revel in them, there're the best view from which to watch other people fall .. " she was talking metaphorically of course about the people falling - from grace, from pride, from respect.. it was all the same. theia glanced at scorpius and made an effort to wave away her slowly darkening mood. she didn't want this to turn into a verbal battle; it could be fun but not when it was with a friend - she disliked petty arguements. "so that aside, " she said, firmly brushing aside any chance of them starting to bicker and clearly indicating she didn't want to argue or anything, she changed the subject. ".. do you fancy doing something? there is nothing more boring than a lazy common room day with nobody to mess with." theia grinned, switching to her more playful, almost cheerful, charismatic side like a switch. pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

Humour, did she honestly think he was trying to be humorous, now that was a funny idea. "Dear Theia, I’m not trying to be funny, I’m merely stating the facts." He listened to her go on about devising his own tasks, how that would be so awesome to do, but of course if he done that, then no one would let him compete in them, they'd complain that he was cheating. He shot her a glare, one of the big guys, he was already one of those, why did he need to create his own tasks just for that. Far too much for him to handle, she did realise she was talking to him right. Nothing was too big for him to handle. "Well I’ll just let your naive brain keep telling you that, and then it will be priceless to see your face when my name is called from that goblet."
Had he stooped that low, why yes he had and if it were anyone else he probably would have meant it in a nasty way, but she had managed to turn it around back on him. Of course he was better than her, that was a given, everyone knew that...right? He shrugged her off, not bothering to reply to that. She went on about how she could fly, she just chose not to. Well that’s too bad he thought, even if she did manage to get chosen and came to a flying challenge, she'd be rusty. Ah a metaphor, he thought. Perhaps that was what made them click and fight constantly, they both liked to see people fall from grace, to place themselves above most people. "Well then I guess we'll just have to wait to see," he replied, tired of the words flying back and forth already.
Ah so it seemed like she felt the same as she changed the subject. He chuckled at her, she was bored and it seemed like she wanted to pick on someone. "Ah do I bore you that much?" he asked.

as scorp remained quiet about most of her quips she smirked lightly, the tinest pull at the corner of her lip. she'd consider that a small victory .. for now. not that this was much of a competition - more like banter between friends of course, but with theia's competitive spirit naturally things always felt like a battle from which she had to come out on top. she wasn't usually this narky but she couldn't help it with scorp, he seemed to have that arrogant sarcastic side that just brought out her taunts that bit more fluidly. the only difference between him and say .. someone she'd usually throw a hex at .. was that she actually liked scorpius' attitute. it boded well with her. it was nice to have someone who she could let the insults fly at and neither of them would really feel a scratch. it was a way to let off steam whilst knowing the other didn't care about what insult was being said, knowing it wasn't personal. people fall from grace, to place themselves above most people. "Well then I guess we'll just have to wait to see," theia's gaze flickered to scorpius, tearing away almost reluctantly from the flames. "hmm indeed we shall." she said, nonchalant, a hint of a smile on her face. so he did not wish to argue this further either. good. she was tired of the quips. "Ah do I bore you that much?" theia shifted so as to face scorp slightly in the chair and looked at him squarely. "sad but true ... you really aren't half as interesting as you like to believe." she grinned, teasing a little. she knew he thought of himself as 'all that' .. then again so did she about herself, so she didn't condone that sort of thought;. he was interesting to an extent.. everyone was interesting to an extent. but hey, he was interesting enough for her to consider him a friend right? lucky him. "sooo .. that's a yay or nay on the 'doing something interesting' idea..?" she raised an eyebrow and looked at him, moving to stand in one fluid motion and smoothing down her skirt as she looked at him, awaiting a response. "today would be nice." she said, rolling her eyes and trying to nudge him toward a yes or no. she rather hoped he said yes, she'd prefer his company to nobody's of course, and it'd be nice to go out and do something. pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

He caught the faint little smile on her face. It was something she didn’t really do much of and so to him it was a big thing. Theia smiling, so where was the apocalypse? It was a typical answer from her, but it made him more eager for the ceremony to arrive.
She wasn’t meant to agree with that, how could he, the son of the minister, a Malfoy be boring. She must have been thinking of another blonde headed guy, surely he wasn’t boring, he could laugh at that. "And you ain't all that either," he retorted, smirking at her. Insults were one thing, coming from a friend was another. He knew when she was being serious and when she was only playing, although that had taken him a while to figure out. She was only playing, something they often done and wondered if Albus got annoyed of them constantly being at each other's throats. Of course Theia was a good friend, almost like a best friend and although she was annoying at times, she had definitely grown on him.
Yay or nay, hmm now that was a tough decision to make...not. He watched her stand and smooth out her skirt, his eyes lingering on her hands for a moment longer than normal before drifting up to her face. Hey he was a typical male, and he did find certain qualities about her attractive. He could look but not touch, there was no harm in that right? "Of course it’s a yay, anything to drive boredom away," he replied, as he stood slowly, making her wait even longer, a smirk was on his face. "So what did you have in mind?"

"And you ain't all that either," theia raised her eyebrows and looked at scorp. "au contaire mon amis... i'm more than 'all that' scorp." she grinned and shrugged lightly. ah she did enjoy her verbal sparring with scorpius - it was such fun. it must annoy the heck out of albus at times, then again it must provide some entertainment. it was only play really, theia never meant harm to scorpius - he was she'd say a best friend, and she knew he could take a joke as easily as she could from her friends. sure her and albus teased by that was lighter, this was mostly constant verbal sparring, often witnessed as harsher but theia never meant any harm, and she knew scorp didn't either. this was just how their friendship worked. as she smoothed out her skirt she saw his eyes linger on her hands before flickering to her face. oh she didn't mind. she was a woman well accustomed to men and their whims and desires, and she knew how they. she was used to being looked at, and flaunted what she had accordingly. she didn't care if people muttered behind her back, if she wanted to look good they could be jelous all they wanted. she wasn't like those naive idiots who thought it was all personality. guys were visual, they went for what they saw first, and if the girl had decent personality it was a bonus. "like what you see?" she teased. scorpius was just a friend and that's all he ever had been and all he ever would be, but she'd tease if she wanted. she raised an eyebrow. "my face is up here you know.." she laughed lightly and pointed toward her face with a grin before his eyes flickered to her face. "Of course it’s a yay, anything to drive boredom away," theia raised both eyebrows. "oh good...for a moment i thought you weren't going to answer.." she rolled her chocolate irisis and watched him stand irritatingly slowly ."So what did you have in mind?" theia rolled her eyes again and shook her head. "now if i knew that my dear scoooorpius, i would've gone and done it ages ago... " she pulled a face, bored and restless. "that brain of yours got any ideas? or are you just a pretty face?" she half taunted playfully with a grin. pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

He rolled his eyes, if she honestly thought that, well then she was sadly mistaken and he wasn’t going to make it his mission to correct her, oh no, he was going to let her find that out that hard way. Yup she was going to fall from her high pedestal sooner or later.
Oh she had caught him looking at her. Why hey she couldn’t blame him, he was a guy and she was a girl well actually it didn’t matter what gender she was for him, he wasn’t at all that fussy. "I might," he shrugged, "Although one might say you're wearing too much clothing, I however think you're wearing too little clothing." She commented on her face being above her shoulders. Well of course it was, unless she had a secret alien body no one knew about. And oh her comment was just asking for it. "Oh really, well you might wanna keep a close eye on your face, someone might decide to hex it off."
Stretching the muscles in his arms, it felt good to feel blood flowing back into them, the slight burn as the muscles stretched, ah it was a good feeling. Theia seemed...happy that he agreed with and he simply shrugged it off. Well what was the point in asking if he wanted to do something if she hadn’t the fainted idea on what to do, and there she went asking about his brain and face. "Well dear Theia, I’m sorry to say but my brain decided to take leave the moment I sat down, I guess it didn’t want to put up with you," he replied with a faint smile on his face.

"I might," she looked at him and raised an eyebrow, waiting for him to continue on with the insult that had to be coming." Although one might say you're wearing too much clothing, I however think you're wearing too little clothing." ah there it was. theia smirked slightly and shrugged. "what are you talking about? everyone else seems to apprechiate my fashion sense. you're just the odd one.... i never figured you as prude scorp." she rolled her eyes lightly. actually, she wasn't really one to go around dressing like - well .. dressing as though you weren't even wearing a skirt. theia was one of those guys that had to have the best of ever - designer labels and all - and so she liked to look good.. she just never looked like - well, a skank. "Oh really, well you might wanna keep a close eye on your face, someone might decide to hex it off." theia raised her eyebrows and looked at him, looking mock upset. "why would anybody want to do that to me?" she pouted slightly but hey, she couldn't keep it up and ended up grinning slightly, shrugging. sure she had her enemies, but they wouldn't dare try anything - besides olivia and jacob, the other people who disliked her could hardly do anything to her face. theia would own them. she didn't like being dissed to her face - behind her back sure, whatever.. say what you will. but she did not like being disrespect. oddly however she wasn't really disliked by that many people, she could be charismatic when she wanted to and though she tended not to generally like many people (albus and scorpius being exceptions) she had found it useful to have peopple on her side. "Well dear Theia, I’m sorry to say but my brain decided to take leave the moment I sat down, I guess it didn’t want to put up with you," theia put on a mock hurt expression, looking balefully up at scorp - now that he stood, she was slightly shorter than him. "you know.. you're so mean to me scorpius... it's a wonder why i call you my friend." she joked, shrugging lightly and letting the expression fall away to a smirk. she didn't do 'sad' or 'upset'. it wasn't her thing. they had an odd kind of friendship, but they were friends nonetheless. "well .. come on then. let's... walk and talk." she shrugged, sure something interesting would come their way eventually, and she stepped forward to link arms with him and head toward the door out into the corridor. yes she linked arms. she was that sort of person...on occasion. ooc - lols these two do make me chuckle! pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

Oh he was definitely not prude. Would someone who was prude walk around without a shirt on or get up out of bed with nothing more than a pair of boxer shorts on, well if she thought he was prude then she didn’t really know him at all. "Prude, me, certainly not, you must have me confused with another blonde," he shrugged it off.
He laughed when she asked about anyone wanting to hex her face off. Oh well if she kept this up she won’t have to worry about anyone but him. Ok he would exactly hex it off, just send a few spells her way for her annoyance. Although he figured there were a couple of people that wanted to hex everyone and anyone they could find and deem unworthy. "Just saying, be careful," once more he shrugged his shoulders. He caught her grin and he too felt the corners of his mouth lift into a smile of sorts. How on earth did these two become best friends, most would think they were enemies and rivals, always bickering and at each other’s throats, ah well that was a mystery that Scorp was still trying to understand.
He laughed, him mean to her, what about all the times she was mean to him. Man it felt good to get a little payback, after all they did say payback was a bitch. "Cause you love me," he stated as if it was something he said to her thousands of times. And well he did love Theia as a friend. She was good to keep around, a little oestrogen in their little testosterone group never hurt anyone. He was glad she didn’t mention anything about hexes and Gryffindors, he would have had to decline in that, what would Aubrey think if he want around hexing her own housemates for fun. Of course they didn’t mean he couldn’t hex a Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw.
Walk and talk, he didn’t particularly like the sound of that especially from Theia, but nevertheless he wouldn’t deny a friend. Linking his own arm with hers, he felt the slight tug from her and she headed towards the door. Well why was she in such a hurry to get out of there?

"Prude, me, certainly not, you must have me confused with another blonde," theia raised an eyebrow at scorpius, a half smirk on her face lifting the corner of her mouth. " oh don't take it to heart, it was a joke scorp." she said with a small grin and a roll of her eyes. she knew he wasn't a prude - hell, what slytherin would be prude? ravenclaws and hufflepuffs on the other hand? pfft, she didn't even go into the whole 'gryffindors' thing - what with scorpius' relationship with that aubrey girl. huh now there was something theia didn't really understand. sure, she wasn't really one to care about house rivalry, but on principle she was a little less pleasant to the other houses, until or unless she got to know them. but it was odd, a little, to her that out of all the girls scorp could undoubtable have (not that she'd ever go into that for worry of expanding his ego further), he'd picked a gryffindor. not just any gryffindor, but that far to bubbly, over-ly happy about the world gryffindor. ah well, the heart wants what it wants right? theia didn't really ever mention any gryffindor remarks anymore, she knew the boundaries with scorp and she respected him and his decisions. so no, she wasn't going to go into the whole 'dissing his girlfriend' thing. "Just saying, be careful," theia rolled her eyes. "me? careful? ... always." she said lightly, joking. was she careful? well not always, she had a tendancy to jump into things, but she was clever, and she hardly ever put her foot in anything. she was good with words, and could easily talk herself out of things - most of the time. "Cause you love me," theia raised her eyebrows. glancing at him with a thoughtful look. "hmm .. weirdly i can't seem to deny that." she said, shrugging. well it was true she supposed, she did love both scorpius and albus as friends, and she didn't care to admit it. she wasn't one of those 'lovey dovey' girls, she didn't wear pink and swoon over compliments and respond to the word love with ' omigosh i love you too' .. psh no. she never felt the need for the word 'love', but it was there. as scorpius linked arms with her, seeming a little reluctant she glanced up at him, arching one eyebrow. "we could always cause some mayhem with a ravenclaw or innocent little huffie?" she suggested with a small shrug, leaving out the 'or gryffindor' part that almost came out of her lips. no, she knew scorp wouldn't apprechiate that, so she simply stuck to the finders and the smart-ass's for an idea on who to hex. ooc - nada! pic credit - hannah leigh @ caution

He raised an eyebrow at her, careful and Theia in the same sentence just did not go, thankfully Theia had him and Al. Scorpius couldn’t help but laugh at Theia, oh how he loved the girl for her remarks and when she couldn’t deny that she didn’t love him well it just reaffirmed that they indeed were friends, but then who wouldn’t love him, the handsome son of the minister of magic, yup people just couldn’t resist him.
Mayhem on a Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff, now he definitely liked the sound of that. It had been far too long since he had been in a bit of mischief, what with most of his time taken up with either school work, quidditch or Aubrey. He honestly missed hanging out with Theia and made a mental note to make more time for her and Al. He was grateful she didn’t mention Gryffindor although he wouldn’t have minded, as long as it wasn’t Aubrey or a friend of hers it was fine. But then again it seemed like his girlfriend knew everyone in her house. Yea Gryffindor was a no go zone at the moment. "Lets terrorise a Hufflepuff, they're always fun to play with, Ravenclaws tend to try and outsmart us with their brains," he replied to her, "unless you feel like a bit of back chat from a Ravenclaw." He added, although personally he was up to having fun with a poor innocent Hufflepuff, they were always the easiest to cause mayhem with; just all depended on what Theia wanted to do.
