That’s right we are looking to add a couple of moderators to our admin team! The moderators will be in charge of moving the dead threads (via the ones that have chars that are deleted after an activity check), regular finished threads, (as the main admins will move the site plot threads). We will also need at least one person that reads threads to make sure they are following the rules. It would also be great to have one of the people be the type that goes out and posts our advertisement on other threads, but really we want the person who reads other threads than just their own. Moderators will also be have to be listened to by the members of the site. So if you are a moderator and see that someone is pushing the line with something, please talk to them. They will also be able to modify people’s mini profiles in case someone is breaking one of the rules with their graphics or something else. They will not be able to change member groups, that is something only the admins can do. That means they cannot accept applications either, but they can give advice. There may also be times that a moderator will be allowed to run certain events, it depends on how busy the four of us admins get. That’s about all I can think of right now, but more powers may get added to a moderator depending on what happens in the future. Please fill out the code below and post it in here. Please be as through as possible, The more effort you put into this, the more likely you’ll become a member of the staff team. As for how many we are going to have added, well that will be figured out after we close and lock this thread. This thread will be open until July 15, 2011.

CHARACTERS: Lucy Sanguini, Hector Wulfe, Victoire Weasley, Felicity Jones, Jayma Johanson, and Samael Salvador.
EXPERIENCE: Well, I would love to link to sites but most of them are dead and have actually been deleted from ProBoards. I was an admin on a site called Amanecer, Nouvelle Menace, another Twilight site where the name escapes me (), I was also a moderator on a couple other sites. Unfortunately, when I opened a couple of my own sites, things died? I'm not sure why. But I do have lots of experience with administering and moderating things, they don't call me the thread stalker for nothing! I also have ten years of RP experience under my belt.
YOUR FIRST DAY: Umm, April 14th, 2011 at 7:34 am.
SKILLS: I like advertising, so I could help you guys out with that. I'm also pretty good with skins. But I don't have programs for graphics, and I don't have a mind for codes . But I am pretty nice to people, and have a good sense of mind when it comes to enforcing the rules. I have super fast internet so that I can read millions of threads each day. I'm super friendly, pretty good at taking directions, and really good at stalking threads.
ANYTHING ELSE: You don't have to pick me, but it would be nice! I'm sorry I couldn't provide links. I do know that if you choose me that I will follow every direction clearly, and that I would be very fair to all of our members. I enjoy advertising, so I wouldn't mind that on that job. I just think that as a well liked member that I would make a good candidate, as well as the fact that I can be used for the random jobs you guys don't want to do! I LOVE updating the claims too! I just want you guys to know that I think it would be a good person to hire for the job. I'm organized, on pretty much everyday, post often, have lots of different relationships with all the members on here, and I take directions very well! EXPERIENCE: Uh well actually i've had quite a lot lols. I opened a site a long long time ago when i first started, when i didn't really know what i was doing so it died within a few months. since then i've opened several, shame to say they didn't really survive - a twilight one and a stables one. my first stables one had to be shut down due to a few family issues on my part, however after that, about three odd years ago now, i created seven oak stables and it still lives. it's been through many many renovations and temporary shut downs however it still lives, and you can see it right here. i've been co-admin and moderators on several sites before, but i had to dip out of rping for a while due to a few personal issues, and so since returning a year ago i've simply kept to owning seven oak stables.

SKILLS: well as i've said i've owner several sites and such, so i really know my way around proboards and i've gotten pretty dab hand at codes and such - finding them, figuring out why they wont work! lols and such. i know how to keep people in line, but i'm not one of those power hungry people and i'm happy to answer any Q&A's people might have, throw out advertisements everywhere and i looove reading other peoples threads and getting really involved with everyone and all that XD i dabble in graphics, though i am definetly not as good as kassy and kara and everyone, but i try and i know a little bit : D and i have to say, i love to keep things tidy so i'll be perfectly happy to keep updating claims if you need me to do that and moving threads and such ... just whatever you'd like me to do. but yes, generally i have a few skills i think could come in handy : )

CHARACTERS: Jaycen Tate, Lucas Shunpike, Fred Weasley, Frank Longbottom, Seyton Greyback, Chasity Amethyst, Elijah Frost, and Regina Crawford
EXPERIENCE: I've run two sites of my own, both of which are now closed and deleted due to lack of member interest so a link isn't possible. =\ But one of them ran for over half of a year. Each were Proboards, as well, and I did the coding myself. Power's Academy is Pepper's site which I helped code, and I was a sort of 'unofficial staff' there, since I knew the password to her admin account and could do whatever she asked of me when she was not able.
YOUR FIRST DAY: April Fifth!
SKILLS: My skills would be coding. Until recently I was rather terrible at graphics, and though I am improving since Pepper and I got Photoshop on the laptop, I'm nowhere near the skill level of other members of the site yet. I've stalked Proboards Support and used so many of their codes that I can usually find any that someone may be looking for, and I have a good knowledge of coding myself. Not enough to create my own codes, but enough that I can tweak some to fit a site more than the given code. Now that it is Summer I'm almost certain to be online whenever Pepper's not, except for some weekends and the times specified in our away thread over the Summer. That means that I'll have plenty of time for advertising, and stalking threads, which I do anyway. Basically I'm flexible. I can do almost anything you might want me to do, and I'll have the time to do it.
ANYTHING ELSE: Well... I'm dedicated to the site. I know posting recently hasn't reflected this especially, but there was so much going on with our RL lives and exams and everything that both Pepper and I got rather overwhelmed. Over the next while you'll see a definite posting increase from me, so don't worry. Basically what I mean is that you can be sure I won't be disappearing from the site any time soon. I despise people who do that. I want NMS to succeed and be around for years, so I'll do anything in my power to help it out, whether my best way to help is being a member or a mod. I like to think I'm friendly. I generally know who everyone's characters are, and chat with 'em all in the chatango, so I'm not a lurker. EXPERIENCE: I've run many sites of my own. Most recently Power's Academy which ran actively for five months before life became too hectic for myself and the other admin to manage. We're hoping to bring it back this Summer. Anyways, I've also been a mod here, but our admin has disappeared and it isn't looking so good for the site. this is another site of mine, which currently is just used as a test site for coding etc. I set it up, but don't currently have the time to run it, so it's on hold. It's now used mainly to test things, but... yeah, that's kind of an example of a site arranged by me codingwise... and uh... I could link you to more sites that I've been a mod on, but hopefully you get the picture. All other sites are dead, anyways.

SKILLS: Coding would be the main one, I'd say. I'm always willing to advertise, too. When I get stuck in an advertising spree mode I've been known to advertise on 100+ sites in one go. xD I have no life. Having been an admin myself I know how to keep a firm hold on members and control, so I can easily read over more threads than I already do to make sure the rules are being follow and make them be followed if they're not. Like said before, I have no life, and when JD's not on I usually am, so I'd often be around to update claims lists, etc. Whatever you need me to do, I can do! 'Cept for graphics. Those I'm quite terrible at, I'm afraid. =\ Sorry!

EXPERIENCE: I joined a site ( Hogwarts: The Next Generation) in 2005, I believe it was in December. I was promoted to Mod a couple of weeks later and by late February I was a co-admin. I was in charge of claiming lists, making sure people would follow the rules and updating custom titles and accepting people. I don't remember the link, I will go look for it in one of my documents, but the board was deleted in May of 2010 by the main admin, due to the fact that our members had personal issues to deal with in RL and were moving on.

SKILLS: GRAPHICS! I love working on Photoshop, I feel like a kid on Christmas whenever I open it and start working my magic. I might not be the best but I love improving my skills. I'm very good at updating and organizing lists.

EXPERIENCE: Well through out my many years of roleplaying I have had my fair share in being apart of an admin team and running a site myself. I have been everything from a moderator to top admin. Here are some of the links that I can provide you with.

• Undying Loyalties - This was a site that I owned and created. It was a Harry Potter Site set in the seventh year. The site was actually running rather well. It was open for a few good active months but then died because I couldn't find staff to help me. They kept disappearing and leaving and I would replace them and the replacements would leave. It was very saddening to me and my members. I think if I had found a steady staff team it might of still be open today. The site is on maintenance mode but if you like I will take it off there so you can see the rest of the site.
  
• The Legacy Continues - This was a Post Potter site set in the same year as this one. We were just getting off the ground and I was doing all the work. All the graphics on both sites are made by me. My co-admin Amber was going through a lot in real life and had two/three jobs she was juggling. It didn't feel right for me to continue on with the site without her since we came up with the concept together.
  
• Alohomora- This site was a Harry Potter based one in their fourth year. This site was running for a while then shut down and then reopened. I joined the staff the second time around. Once again real life got in the way of many of the staff members and amber and myself moved to Inconsistencies which turned into The Legacy Continues.
  
• Beauxrumarts - One of the first sites I was helping run..EPIC FAIL! But hey it was a learning lesson for us.
  
• Also I did a Twilight site but I can't seem to find the link in my emails. But that site did pretty well for a few months as well.
  

YOUR FIRST DAY: My first day was May 5th, 2011 with Roxanne Lyla Weasley. (looks like I'm the late running XD)

SKILLS: I'm good at graphics as the most recent sites I've made have been decorated with my graphics. I also am good at updating things quickly and staying on top of it. I would usually do all the updates before posting on my own sites. I am fairly decent with coding but I do struggle a bit in that area. I am very helpful to people who need help around the site since I've asked a load of question so I've learned a lot about what is allowed on the site and what isn't. I am really friendly, unless posting XD. I work better when I know what my job is instead of just being labeled as a Mod and having no idea what needs to be done. I'm good at staying organized on the site as well. My only downfall is that for advertising my comp takes awhile to load other sites and such since I have a slow Internet that might be the only problem I have keeping up with.

ANYTHING ELSE: Well I decided to apply for this position even though I have a lot of characters and am working on the other project but I really want to see this site survive and expand to a good amount of members so they can have a place to RP without fearing about the staff disappearing and the site closing down, I know all too well about how important a good staff team is to the survival of a site. I enjoy this site way too much to not lend a hand to keep it running. I would just be extremely pleased and happy to help you guys but just being apart of the site makes me happy enough. I'm sure with whoever you pick the site will be around for a long time!

(Unfortunately, I can't provide any links regarding Ayeka.net. The site has gone through a few crashes, and one RPG I admin at is private.)

• I'm currently a moderator over at Ayeka.net on the gaming boards. I also co-admin a small Big Eyes Small Mouth System RPG on there called Sparks with Divides.
  
• Before the site's first crash, I was an admin for a Tenchi Muyo RPG.
  
• Admined a small Zoids RPG over here. It's death was all members going to university for the first time, and being unable to contribute to it much (myself included in there.)
  
• Currently admin at a small-scale mobster RPG here.
  
• Have admined in a few other small RPGs, mostly anime-related.
