Seyton wasn't sure what he was doing. He'd started from the staff room on a course to the hospital tower to check up on some of the patients there, and somehow he had ended up in the trophy room, staring at the endless array of trophies and plaques covering its walls. Despite the fact that this room held the names of countless powerful people throughout the school's history, and therefore was quite a cool place to visit, it probably got the least amount of traffic through it as any room in the entire school. Some things never changed. It had been like that when Seyton was a student at Hogwarts, too. The room wasn't exciting enough to attract the attention of the young minds of students, but that didn't mean that it wasn't a good place for adults to go to for a bit of reminiscing.
The last time he had been in this room would have been... eight years ago, at the end of the year. His final day at Hogwarts, about an hour before the trains arrived to carry off students from the school and home for the end of the year. Now it seemed odd to him that he'd spent that precious amount of time here, in a room where students rarely ventured, but who could understand how his seventeen year old mind had worked? He'd done some pretty stupid things back then. Of course, for the trophy room, his reason for coming probably had something to do with the fact that she had been with him. At the end of the year feast it had been announced that Hufflepuff had won the house cup, with his own house of Gryffindor coming in a close second. Of course they'd had to venture up to the trophy room to gaze upon the trophy that told of house achievements from their final year at the school, teasing each other of whose house was better. It was a good memory, if he didn't think about what happened under a month later.
It was completely silent in the trophy room. Refreshingly so. Things had been kind of hectic a little while ago after one of the Weasley kids was attacked in the halls mysteriously. Seyton had gone to the school in a period of time when there wasn't a generation of Weasley's attending, but the family had been well known even back then. He couldn't imagine why Hugo would have been attacked, but he was sure that the school administration would get to the bottom of the situation soon enough. There had been a lot of hustle and bustle, and out of some paranoia Seyton had been wary to leave the hospital wing for even a half hour, even if there were other nurses on duty there. Just in case something else went wrong somewhere in the school and he was needed. Today was probably one of the first days he relaxed- or rather yesterday had been. Like many teachers and students he'd gone out to enjoy the Quidditch game, though he'd officially been on the job in case some poor player was injured. He'd seen a fair share of bludger-induced injuries back when he was a student. He'd caused a fair share of bludger-induced injuries back when he was a student. Thankfully, however, nothing very serious had happened and his good mood had carried over to today.
He stood in front of a wall covered with trophies and plaques from past years, commemorating the houses who had won the house championship over the years. There were tens and tens of house names up there, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin. Each house had had their fair amount of wins through the years. Seyton, however, focused in one one trophy in particular, one emblazoned with the year '2015' and the name 'Hufflepuff' neatly printed in calligraphy. He could still remember the disappointment of his house when their name had been called before Hufflepuff's. The two houses had been head to head in the house race throughout the year, and it had kind of sucked losing it in his final year at the school, but he'd been happy for the Hufflepuffs at the same time. Besides, Gryffindor had won the cup the year before, so it evened out, he supposed.
He let his finger trail along the trophy, tracing out the year and house, before he moved away, heading to the back of the room behind shelves and shelves of trophies, where the names of Quidditch captains and house heads were commemorated. Small crystal cups, one for each year, showed the names of past Quidditch captains. They were set up to look like mini Quidditch cups, which was a pretty cool effect. He quickly found the cup of 2015 Quidditch captains, his name proudly displayed along three others as the captain of his house's team. That had been a pretty awesome feeling, after five years of being on the team. He'd been thinking for a while that he might pursue a Quidditch career, but plans had fallen apart. Healing was a more practical solution anyway, wasn't it? Few people made it big in Quidditch.
He purposefully ignored one of the two other names on the cup, but eventually his eyes fell on it and his body instantly went tensed as it always did when he thought about his ex. His hand tightened around the cup in a sudden rush of anger at the memory of his seventeenth summer, and realizing that he could probably shatter the fragile cup with his tight grip he let go of it. Yeah, he literally let go. "Shit!" he watched the cup fall to the floor, hitting it near his feet and shattering into a million pieces on the ground, little shards spreading every which way. Nothing that a bit of magic couldn't fix, but still... how stupid could he get?

Quidditch was Angel, no Georgina’s favorite pastimes. Georgina winced at thinking about her middle name again, it still hurt her and always reminder of the same person whenever it was said out loud to her or she just thought about it. Perhaps she should just drop her middle name completely then she could forget about it? That seemed like a logical reason, but Georgina knew that she could never do it, part of her was still attached to him and probably always will be.
However, with that thought out of the way Georgina walked the corridors of Hogwarts, remembering her younger years when she used to roam the very halls of Hogwarts. Those were the days that she could be carefree and not have to worry about anything except helping Hufflepuff win the Quidditch Cup. She had actually wanted the Gryffindor vs. Slytherin match the day before, it was something she had a tendency to do, to come back to Hogwarts and watch the matches. There was also another reason for her to stop in throughout the year, and that was the Hogwarts Tournament that was going on. She loved how the school had opened it up so anyone could come and watching the champions participate in the tasks. It was always nice to see how the students had to think outside of the box to get through the task.
Georgina would only be at Hogwarts for the rest of the day, she had spent the night after the Quidditch match, but she did need to get back to Holyhead, Wales for her the Holyhead Harpies next practice; after all, she was the Captain of the team. However, she always seemed to forget just how popular she was amongst the younger girls and coming to Hogwarts proved it to her once again. She remembered on particular bouncy young blond that had asked for her autograph yesterday, she seemed rather ecstatic to get a photo signed for her. It always made Georgina smiled; she loved her fans after all and felt that they each deserved a free signed photo if they were to ever ask her for one.
Soon she realized where her feet had brought her, the third floor corridor. She knew what resided on this floor and how seldom students came to it unless they planned on having a midnight duel, she chuckled lightly to herself about that. She remembered being dragged to one when she was in her third year only to find that the person her friend was supposed to go up again had chickened out. Back then she didn’t think much of the trophy room other than the fact that it was a room full of random trophies. But now the room held memories for her, some of them good and some of them bad. She had her own name on a plaque in there, one that was added at the end of her seventh year, her name up at the top of it signifying that she was captain of the winning Quidditch team that year. She remembered just how proud she was of her team for earning the Quidditch cup that year and of course how joyous she was to be the captain of the winning team. She then decided to make a stop at the trophy room, perhaps she would dust off the plaque if none of the students had recently gotten detention to clean the trophy room that was.
“Shit!” along with a small clang she heard as she stepped foot into that room. Wait… She knew that voice, it couldn’t be could it? There was no way it could be him, not after seven years of distancing herself from him. Frozen in place she contemplated whether or not she should actually head in there as see if it really was in. She already had one foot in the room and managed to convince herself that there was no way that it could be him. There was no way that he’d be at Hogwarts the same time as her right?
And then her heart skipped a beat as her eyes landed on the back of his head, it was him, it really was Seyton Greyback. She felt her heart wince at the thought of his name, her mind going back to that painful memory from after her Seventh Year. No, she mustn’t let him have her react like this. She didn’t want him to think she was weak after all. She straighten herself up and noticed that what he dropped happened to be the other item that had her name on it, the Quidditch cup from her seventh year, yet it was smashed into pieces, did the sight of her name really make him that mad? Wait, why did she care? It was his father that had done the damage to her after all. She should just get out of there now before he would even realized that she was there; she could wander down another hall and come back later when he was gone, right?
But she still couldn’t move from that spot and instead pulled out her long hawthorn wand “Reparo,” and with a quick swish and a flick the trophy had put itself back together and up onto the shelf where it belonged.

Hearing the thuds of footsteps against the tiled floor, Seyton turned to look at whoever it was fully expecting to see another staff member, or maybe a student coming to the room out of curiosity. The woman who was standing there, though, was too old to be a student and definitely no member of the Hogwarts staff unless he had for some reason never met her. She was pretty; straight brown hair, brown eyes, and she stood a little bit shorter than he. There was something a little bit familiar about the woman, as though she had been a student at Hogwarts when he attended, but he didn't have the time to place her face in the second he looked at her for before he returned his attention to the scattered crystal at his feet.
Seeing movement out of the corner of his eye, he noticed her pulling out a wand and immediately felt bad that a stranger intended on cleaning up the disaster he'd created. "Oh, I can-" he began, trying to tell the woman to not both repairing his mess, but he let his voice trail off as she fixed the broken cup with a muttered word and a wave of her wand. "Um... thanks. Sorry for the trouble, I guess I'm just uh... clumsy." He wasn't a particularly outgoing guy. Well, once upon a time he'd been, but there weren't many people his age lurking the halls of Hogwarts these days for him to have to have that awkward 'first encounter' scenario with, so he was out of practice. Plus there was the fact that he was thoroughly embarrassed and flustered right now. What if the cup was such a delicate magical object that it couldn't have been repaired by a simple 'reparo'? He wouldn't fancy having to be the one to go to Kingsley and tell him that a crucial piece of Hogwarts history had been destroyed thanks to his temper, or thinking about all of the former students who, like him, might revisit the school and want to see remnants of their years at Hogwarts only to find one missing.
Clumsy wasn't a word he'd often use to describe himself. You didn't get to be a quidditch captain, and a beater, if you didn't have the coordination to whack the bludgers when they came near. Really, Seyton usually had excellent reflexes and control. He just got so flustered thinking about his father and what had easily been the worst summer of his life that grabbing the cup as it tumbled to the ground, or holding on to it, had been actions his brain apparently had been unable to comprehend. "Let's not tell my boss that I almost destroyed a Hogwarts artifact, kay?" he suggested with a bit of an awkward laugh as he turned to look at the woman. "Thank God for magic." He couldn't imagine what the world would be like without magic. He'd been surrounded by it since he was born; his mother had used it to prepare their food and give him his toys and anything else his young mind could wish for. Magic provided easy fixes to everything- er, well, almost everything. Sure, he had nothing against muggles, but he pitied them because right outside their doorstep there was a world where nearly anything was possible and amazing things could be accomplished, but they would never know of it or get to experience it themselves because they didn't have wizarding blood. Poor guys.
There was something quite definitely familiar about the woman... but Seyton just couldn't put his finger on it. Maybe she'd worked at St. Mungo's at one point? He hadn't known everyone there, only the ones in his department, but she could have been another healer in another department that he saw once or twice. He ignored the nagging feeling that he was missing something and decided that that was the correct answer. Well, whether he knew her or not, there was no harm in being friendly to someone else, especially if that someone else was a pretty girl, right? "I'm Seyton, by the way. Seyton Gra-" he smiled, extending his hand for her to shake if she so wished. He cut himself off before he gave away his last name. The wizarding world hadn't yet forgotten some of the terrible things Fenrir Greyback had done in his prime, even though he had been flying under the radar lately. There were many who were wary of Seyton simply because of his last name, and he preferred to get off on the right foot with others before letting them know who he was. "What brings you to Hogwarts? Are you with the ministry? A student's sister?" He knew that ministry officials were coming and going in the school all the time lately- a combination of preparations for the tournament as well as inquiries about what had happened to Hugo. It wouldn't be surprising if she were here because of the tournament.

“Oh I can-” she heard his voice as she waved her wand repairing the small trophy. It didn’t really matter that he could repair it, the fact was the one that he dropped had to be the one with both of their names on it. “Um... thanks. Sorry for the trouble, I guess I'm just uh... clumsy.” Clumsy? was that what he was calling it now. Or perhaps, he didn’t just realize that the trophy he dropped happened to have her name on it. Did he even reconized her? Sure it had been quite a few years, she couldn’t have changed that much could she? Though she knew that females tend to recognize people far more easily than males, perhaps this was the case. But there was also the case that the Seyton she knew was never clumsy. Oh how she wished that named didn’t tear right through her every time she thought it or heard it.
“ "Let's not tell my boss that I almost destroyed a Hogwarts artifact, kay?” she gave a slight nod letting him know that she didn’t plan on telling Professor Shacklebolt about his little mishap. Not that she would even think of doing something like that in the first place, after all she wasn’t one to be a snitch. “Thank God for magic.” She couldn’t help but agree with him for magic had helped her out of many sticky situations such as the one that happened the summer after her seventh year. She really did try not to think about it, but with him standing right there in front of her, it didn’t help at all.
How could act like he didn’t even recognize her after what his father did to him? On the inside she was becoming quite angry with him, whether or not he realized it she didn’t know as she was trying her best to not let it show. “I'm Seyton, by the way. Seyton Gra-” the knife drove through her once more as she realized that he didn’t recognize her at all. The way he introduced himself was the way he had always because of who his father was. “What brings you to Hogwarts? Are you with the ministry? A student's sister?” and that final sentence just made her realize it even more. She hadn’t even thought of what to do in this situation, she knew that if he had tried to approach her since they fell apart she would run. But to talk to her without even recognizing her? What was she to do now?
She just felt speechless at the moment; it was as if she couldn’t talk at all. She was sure she looked pretty stupid standing there and not saying anything at all for a few moments, especially after he had just asked her a question. Finally, after she was able to bring herself to talk. “Oh I like to come back and watch the games, I used to be on a team here and miss Quidditch here at Hogwarts even though I’m on a quidditch team,” she wasn’t going to mention that she was on the Holyhead Harpies or a captain, no she didn’t want to fully give herself away in case he knew about the fact that she had made the team. Should she even say what her name is? She could just wait a bit first, see if he realized who she was after saying what team she played for.
Though as she waited for him to say something she couldn’t help but turn and look at the trophy that had been in pieces recently. It was one of the few good memories of Seyton that hadn’t been covered up by the horrible incident after their last year. She couldn’t figure out if she actually did miss him, or if the sight of seeing him now only confused her even more. After all, she had tried her best to distance herself from him in any way that she could think of.

"Really? That's pretty cool," he admitted with a grin. Once upon a time being a professional quidditch player had been a dream of his, but then again it was a dream of so many young students at Hogwarts who made their school quidditch teams. Eventually most of them would have to wizen up to the fact that the real world of Quidditch was much harder to make it in than Hogwarts because you were against so many other great players from so many other great wizarding schools. It was impractical to focus all of your hopes and dreams, aspirations and plans, on a career in Quidditch. There were better jobs, easier to get if you were wiling to put in the effort, out there. Healers, jobs at the ministry, any of the shops at Diagon Alley... Don't get him wrong, Seyton admired those who made a career in Quidditch, but it wasn't the path for him.
Maybe he was just so sure of that because of her and the memories that Quidditch brought. After all, he had no delusions about why he'd stopped following the sport. Every glimpse of a snitch, or chasers passing the quaffle, made him think of their games against each other and the teasing banter they would exchange before and after games. The thrill of Quidditch was lost when memories like those invaded his thoughts, and in the last couple of years he had fallen severely out of the Quidditch fandom. He couldn't even tell you who'd won the last Quidditch World Cup, or when the next one would come around.
"I was a player when I was a student here, too. Captain for a few years, and beater of the Gryffindor team." He laughed a little bit awkwardly at memories of his last couple of years at Hogwarts, sure that he seemed like an idiot spouting off useless facts to a girl he didn't even know the name of. "But life got in the way once I graduated, and I haven't followed the sport much since, I'm afraid." Life. Yes. Life in the form of his dear Daddy, ruining all he'd ever wanted, to put it in as dramatic a way as possible. Seyton's blood would never cease to boil at the mere thought of the man. It infuriated him that a mere action from Fenrir's part could utterly destroy Seyton's life so entirely. The fault was probably much the healer's, though. What was that saying? He couldn't remember it exactly, but it basically meant that things that occur only affect you if you let them affect you. Well, Seyton had certainly allowed his father's attack to affect him drastically. What was done was done, and it couldn't be changed, but it had certainly changed him. If only life were as easy to fix as a broken trophy, back to new with a simple muttered 'reparo'. If magic could do as amazing of things as it could, why shouldn't it be able to send him back in time to repair that Summer without it being illegal use of a Time Turner?
He glanced at the woman again, again getting the nagging feeling that he should know her... it was more than the simple 'passed you in the hall before' recognition. He just couldn't pinpoint it... a former quidditch opponent? Maybe a prefect from another house, back when he was a student at Hogwarts? Hell, she could even have been another intern or worker at St. Mungo's when he worked there that he just didn't recognize. He searched his brain, and came to many dead ends. Why the hell couldn't he recognize her!? Maybe narrowing down the search would help. "Say... I know it's not exactly polite to ask a lady her age, but... are you about twenty five by any chance? I feel like I should know you... maybe we went to school together."

“Really? That's pretty cool,” she nodded, still looking at the trophy wondering why she was still standing here? What was keeping her from walking away at the moment and why was she even listening to the one person that she had been trying to avoid for years? Perhaps it was because she found it rude to just walk away from someone without even saying anything, but she thought she could with Seyton if she were to ever run into him, but she never expected to run into him and he didn’t even recognize her. Maybe he repressed the memory of her so that he wouldn’t even know her if she showed up out of nowhere.
“I was a player when I was a student here, too. Captain for a few years, and beater of the Gryffindor team,” well of course she knew that he was a player, after all it was through Quidditch that the two of them had met. She remembered a time when they were both on the field together, taunting each other as they were on opposite teams. It was really a wonder how they got along off of the field as they were always so competitive on the field. “But life got in the way once I graduated, and I haven't followed the sport much since, I'm afraid.” so that would explain why he didn’t recognize her easily. If he had been following Quidditch he would’ve know that she was on the Holyhead Harpies. She knew that her looks had changed since she was a student at Hogwarts, but she had figured he’d at least knew that she was on a Quidditch team. But apparently not, why would he even stop paying attention to Quidditch?
“Say... I know it's not exactly polite to ask a lady her age, but... are you about twenty five by any chance? I feel like I should know you... maybe we went to school together.” Georgina felt herself freeze in place. What should she say to this? Should she tell him who she really is? Or let him continue guessing. Her mind was racing as well as her heart. She wasn’t sure that she wanted him to know who she was. What if he went looking for her? What would she do about that? How would she even be able to handle it? Why were things so difficult these days? If only Marissa was there, she’d knew what to do in this type of situation, though at the same time she’d probably would never had even talked to Seyton. Just glare at him and walk away. So Marissa wasn’t the best example to come up with in this kind of a situation. “You should know me. I was on the Hufflepuff Quidditch team the same time you were on the Gryffindor Quidditch team,” she said softly before turning and looking at him one more time. “Now if you’ll excuse me, I must get going,” and with that she headed on out of the trophy room, her hand lightly brushed against his side on accident before she disappeared down the hallway. She needed to leave Hogwarts for the day. She would come back for the next match, but she would have to be more careful about running into Seyton next time. But at least now she knew that he worked there.

She wasn't a very talkative woman, was she? She seemed... troubled, somehow? Uncomfortable with the situation, with being around him. Was she in some sort of trouble? Scared? Something was definitely bugging her, but despite the familiarity she was completely a stranger for him. If he could only just put his finger on why exactly he felt like he knew her, like he'd seen her before... that feeling grew with every second. When something like this started to bug Seyton it gnawed at his brain until it drove him completely insane... Hopefully once she answered his question things could be cleared up. She must have just been another student at Hogwarts, nothing to worry himself over. Still, he hated that he couldn't put a name to her face.
"You should know me. I was on the Hufflepuff Quidditch team the same time you were on the Gryffindor Quidditch team,"
Just like that everything clipped into place for him. Angel. The word was on his lips, but wouldn't come out as he stared at her, completely frozen. How could he not have recognized her? This was the girl he'd spent countless hours looking at while they dated, memorizing her face, practically worshipping her as the most beautiful girl in the world to him... a few years had made him completely forgotten her face. He felt terrible. He felt guilty. He felt elated. He felt angry. He felt numb. Almost as soon as the words were out of her lips she turned and left, and he was vaguely aware of her hand brushing against his side as she did. Every muscle in the werewolf's body screamed at him to hurry up and follow after her, to right the wrong that was his fault from eight years before, but he couldn't move an inch. He just stared at the spot where she'd been, unmoving.
It seemed like hours later, though it was probably only a few seconds or maybe a minute, when his limbs finally responded. He bolted, running through the trophy room (not really caring if he knocked over a few trophies or not, it was hardly the last thing on his mind), and out into the hallway after her. He couldn't lose her. Not now. Not again. The nurse looked to his left, and to his right, but he couldn't see her anywhere. "Angel?!" Ha. As if she would answer his calling. Picking a direction at random he ran that way, turning the corner to find just another empty hallway. A quick search in the other direction resulted in the same. Angel was gone. Again.
