JENSEN BERNARD EKERN

Hello! This is my first character here, and I’m rather pumped because this looks like a great place. (:

Anyway, this is Jensen Ekern. Jensen is twenty-five and a graduate from Hogwarts, Hufflepuff house. He’s of average stature; he stands at about 5’9. However, he is a professional Quidditch player… a chaser for the Appleby Arrows! He has been on the team for about six years now, as he tried out a year or so after he graduated from Hogwarts. He lives in his own house, but his two youngest siblings, Arielle and Erick, live with him, since their mother abandoned them. His other sibling, Meredith, lives out and about… Jensen doesn’t exactly know her whereabouts because he hasn’t seen her in years. Jensen also has a seven year old Cocker Spaniel named Lance.
When it comes to things that he likes, he enjoys playing his guitar and does have a knack for playing by ear. He likes caring for other people and being friendly and making friends... And he especially loves flying and playing quidditch. (:

So here’s what I’ve got!

Friends
Friends are pretty easy to come by for Jensen, at least, once the person gets to know him. They have to get beyond his choice to be a thief/pickpocket, a liar, a cheater (not in the relationship sense… or quidditch, for that matter), and his inability to keep secrets. They also have to deal with the fact that he is overall very talkative and friendly, and has a tendency to be a bit of a hypocrite. Overall though, he is very happy and you’ll never know when he isn’t.
Beneath all of that! He is a very nice, caring, and loyal guy. He’s very laid back and is more of a follower than a leader, and much prefers the outdoors to the indoors… hence his choice in career.
Enemies
Jensen won’t really consider anyone an enemy. But surely there will be people that don’t like him! Especially because of his choice in hobby, and his lying… etc. Jensen would probably just shrug an enemy sort off because he doesn’t really care.
Loves
Well, I do have a final set for him, Lenna Kruger, but this is still open for people that might crush on him… if that’s even possible haha.



GRIFFIN JAMES HEITING

This is my second and last char for awhile, Griffin Heiting. He's 29 and from Chicago, Illinois, and attended the Salem Academy of Magic. There, he was in the house that would be the equivalent of Hufflepuff, and played as a Beater, and ended up being captain his sixth and seventh years of school. You can tell that was his position by his size; he's 6'4 and 225 pounds, and is now the flying instructor at Hogwarts, and is teaching another class too, that is like a wizarding version of Gym. (: He studied for two years about broomsticks, so you can come to him for any problems with your broom... He hasn't seen his family in 3 years, since he quit playing for the USA Quidditch team, and after his fiancé cheated on him. He has two pets; a cat and an owl.

Friends
Wow, so I made Griffin incredibly nice. He's incredibly laid-back, and will take pretty much any type of beating. He's very friendly, nice, and loyal, and is very protective of his friends and things of the like. He can be rather competitive, and has trust issues and does indeed get irritated easily. But... you don't really see the negative attributes of his because he's good at hiding them. He loves people, and especially loves teaching kids.
Enemies
Well, anyone against the USA quidditch team, probably... anyone that provokes him... he isn't afraid to tear a person down either verbally or physically. And also anyone that breaks his trust.
Loves
Anything goes here. Griffin is incredibly romantic and sweet, but isn't for the old-fashioned things like showing up at a girl's door with chocolate and flowers. He'd probably treat a girl with every respect in the world and after what happened to him, he'd probably be a bit careful in this area. Although... someone in this would probably have to be patient as he's still getting over what happened to him.

But anyway, any plot ideas are welcome. (:

[SEYTON MALCOLM GREYBACK]

Jensen and Seyton

Ohai there! Finally someone Seyton's age who isn't his final! XD

So, Seyton and Jensen would have gone to school together, the only difference being that Seyton was in Gryffindor house. Other than that, they're quite alike. Both avid Quidditch players, though Seyton took a different route than professional quidditch after a whole fiasco that happened with his father after graduation, both loyal, both friendly, etc. Seyton was a beater on the Gryffindor Quidditch team from his third to seventh years, and captain in his sixth and seventh. So perhaps they would have had a sort of friendly rivalry going on, back in their school days? Maybe even friends? Seyton is Fenrir Greyback's son, and a werewolf, but as far away from his father personality-wise as you can get, so he doesn't discriminate against Hufflepuffs at all. Hell, when they would have been in their sixth and seven years he became close to and started dating the Hufflepuff Quidditch captain Georgina Harper, so he definitely doesn't discriminate based on house and I can't see any reason why he wouldn't have liked Jensen, or vice versa.

These two could have been friendly rivals on the Quidditch pitch and maybe casual friends off of it? Not like super close, but the type of friends who would hang out every so often and maybe help each other with their studies once in a while? Whether they kept that friendship after school or not is up to you. The only thing that may factor into that is that after the Summer after their seventh year Seyton stopped following Quidditch altogether, finding memories of it too harsh because of Georgina (you can check out his history for more info, if you want) and dove himself into healing. So their shared love of Quidditch would have kind of faded off a bit... but maybe they could have still kept in touch, somehow? A letter every few months or something of the sort? I dunno, I'm just super happy that there's another 25 year old on the site that Seyton can plot with. XD

Yeah, I like your ideas! Jensen wouldn’t really care about being rivals, even friendly, because he’s laid back like that and would probably just go along with it. Being friends however would make Jensen happy, especially quidditch friends! Though, since he doesn’t follow it, I could see Jensen still meeting up with him once and awhile? Or letter writing works too. (: Otherwise maybe I thought of this… Jensen usually just sees one healer for his injuries and such but maybe she’s out of town and Jensen runs into Seyton because he needed to see a different healer? They could keep in contact post-that I think. I don’t know haha. But yes, for sure friends of some sort!

If Ancient Runes was his favorite class then Jensen would be the one to have found him out and talked to him. I really have no other plot idea for them.

By gosh, they may have been around the same age, but he was in Ravenclaw, around his sixth year. So I'm thinking mutual acquaintances, plus Bart's an auror now, so yeah, not sure where you want to go with this one. Okay he was one year younger than him, however, I don't know if he would know of him, probably only due to the reputation he got from hearing about Kingsley being his father.

Those are all the ones I can think of as most of my other ones are students or too old. xD

Okay Flying instructor too, so yeah uhm, about that.

Maybe I do got pairings for this, haha, well I'm sure he'd be well-respected among his staff members, which of course he is. None of them seem to have a problem with him and won't turn their backs on him either. If they did, it would all be part of his own intricate plan in the long run.

Donovan x Griffin

The Ancient Runes professor and fellow staff member, usually always up for a good time if asked to go out to a party or a few drinks. Donovan may say he's not the life of the party but he can sure act like it, since his previous house when he had gone to Hogwarts had been Gryffindor after all.

Jacob - Well, he would hate Jacob immensely due to his rude, short-tempered attitude.

As for all of the others, I think a couple of the faves would be Seizel and James, since they're both on the quidditch teams. Also, I think I had put that Seizel had joined the Ravenclaw quidditch team on his first year after showing how splendid he was going to start flying haha. Other than that, I got nothing else for any of my other characters.
