Val Greyback

So this is Val Greyback. She is the second eldest daughter of the infamous Fenrir Greyback and fourth chld overall. She is different then some of her siblings as she lives with her father. Val is completly aware of who her father is, in fact she has a monthly reminder and this makes her extremely loyal to her father and siblings. She would do anything for any one of them. She is extremely social and somewhat functions like a politcian. She sees that winning friends brings influence and well she loves influence, power, and using it to get ahead. . Although she is rarely cruel to anyone, she uses their favor to fuel her ambition. Val is a brand new character so she is in need of everything.

Friends- Valerie will probably have a good number. Generally she is best friends/ confidants with only Slytherins but will befriend just about anyone with her charming nature.

Best Friends- Generally Slytherins (or other descendants of dark wizards) who don't mind the Greyback name. She will only talk about her real feelings with them. She loves her crew a lot and considers them ALMOST an extension of family.

Rivals- Valerie is incredibly competitive so rivalries are normally very intense with her. She will do anything to succeed and come out on top as long as it does not have negative implications on her family or her reputation.

Enemies- If you secure yourself in this area be warned. Valerie is very close with her father, you mess with Val by extension you mess with Fenrir Greyback. He tends to be protective of his daughters and the family name. Yet Val has convinced him that she was well-trained by him in the art of dueling and wil handle herself just fine.

Family- Val as a sister is devoted to her family. Regardless of how her siblings feel she will stand up for them, their family, and werewolves in general. Even though a few of her siblings may not see eye to eye with her or one another she loves them and will always defend them. (More specific relationships have to be defined!)

Love? -Valerie faces a few of the same issues in the idea of romance that a good number of Werewolves do. She wants to find love and live somewhat normally but could anyone really love what she is. She has a history of hurting people when she is transformed (not nearly as extensive as her father's though) and hates herself for it. She sees herself as having a one night a month problem but very few people understand that after that night she is good for a while and functions like everyone else. She would try and hide her condition but given her last name its pretty obvious.

So yeah feel free to plot and I will be up to just about anything!

Lysander & Valerie

Lysander is a giant bookworm and thus knows about the potion to help people like Valerie. Now that being said he would find it difficult to make the potion, but that would prove a very fun adventure to him. Maybe though making the potion the two could spawn a relationship with each other? Even though there is an age difference of one year Lysander doesn't believe in age as a factor in love.

[SEYTON MALCOLM GREYBACK]

Ohai little sister! So I have the eldest Greyback child, Seyton (I have a bit of an obsession with the fact that his name is pronounced satan. XD). He's currently a head nurse at Hogwarts, so threads are always possible with his siblings.

Seyton is a bit of... 'special' case. Fenrir actually lived with him and his mother for nearly four years around and after the second wizarding war. So the boy was extremely devoted to his father when he was young, even when Fenrir was caught and sent to Azkaban for his crimes for a while. Seyton's mother died when he was seven, soon before his father got out of Azkaban and found new 'families' and started to father all of the children that make up this very messed up family.

So of course Seyton never knew his siblings growing up 'cause their family is so unique. He was through Hogwarts before Zmeyette was even in her first year. And he hasn't spoken to their dear daddy since. See... he made a 'mistake' in his seventh year. He dated a muggleborn. Then he stupidly made the mistake of trying to introduce her to Fenrir without him finding out she was a muggleborn. It didn't work. Fenrir attacked her, putting her in a coma for three weeks, and effectively ended a year long relationship. The incident attacked Georgina away from Seyton, so Seyton confronted his dad with a vengeance, the two fought, and Seyton ended up in St. Mungo's himself. So Fenrir obviously no longer thinks well at all of his eldest son, and Seyton hates his father with every fibre of his being.

However, Seyton has nothing against siblings. He's not his father, so he knows it's unfair to treat Fenrir's other children like they are. But he still sees them around the school so it's more than possible that he's run into each sibling a few times, or maybe more. His Slytherin siblings he may be a bit more wary of than most, because he went through Hogwarts himself and knew that his Dad always wished he'd been placed in Slytherin, so he knows the reputation of Slytherins well.

Their relationship could be up to you, to be honest. If Val gave Seyton a chance, they could even be friends, but I don't know her as well as you do so I don't know what Val thinks of him. My guess is, off of her personality, she probably wouldn't be his biggest fan. I mean, she might have likely heard from their father about what happened between him and Seyton. Maybe she regards him as a traitor to their family and they've had a few bad encounters in the past? I don't know, it depends on how Val might view him.

Zmeyette Greyback & Valerie Greyback
Well seeing as most of the greyback children are turning out to be good or at least not have a close bond with Fenrir Zmeyette has been left without any true sibling she could depend on and be close to. Zmeyette was daddy's little girl and her mother was practically one of the few woman he actually really cared about. So Fenrir was in Zmeyette's life from the very beginning just taking a few lengthly absences. Zmeyette is not fond of those who don't support Fenrir or like him. I was always picturing that if Zmeyette would be close to any of her siblings it would be her younger sister that ended up in the same house as her. So I would really, really love if Zmeyette and Valerie could be close, really close, almost attached at the hip. But it is your call what you want their relationship to be like.

Lysander and Val- I could see Val being nice to him. Val refuses to use the Wolfsbane potion. She does not position herself near people on the full moon per say but does not neglect her werewolf self. She wants to perfect it for those who dislike their condition. She feels that since she grew up as a werewolf she never let it phase her but if others who once knew a normal life want to feel normal again, then awesome. She has read about the potion and heard about gruesome side effects. Desiring to be a healer, she thinks this would be a good way to launch her career. I could see Lysander being turned off by Val's fakeness at times. I think they would be more secret friends, I think I could see her playing matchmaker though if Lysander had his eyes on another lady though! She knows that her father and probably sister would basically eat him alive so out of respect she would probably decline a relationship with him.

Seyton and Val- Val is loyal to her family equally. That means father and siblings are both too important to measure to her. She would love Seyton with all her heart as he is still her older brother first and foremost and he is able to relate to her. Val (due to her age) probably thinks this whole conflict has been drawn out far too long and they should both get over it, though she would never voice it. She feels, because of her family's unique situation, that they have to stick together. Val is very clumsy, despite looking poised so a trip to the hospital wing will be in her near future. He would probably be the only one Val tells about her dreams of being a healer though.

Val and Zmeyette- I actually read over Z's app when I was plotting Val somewhat! I think Val's ambition and Zmeyette's uh, unfriendliness represent both "types" of Slytherin. Fenrir and Val's mom were never close and after the whole parenting issue Fenrir despises Val's mom like none other, therefore Val lived with Fenrir from age six onward. She is also a daddy's girl and loves her father very much and all of her siblings. I think although Z and Val may disagree on things, they will still be best friends and attached at the hip at the end of the day. I peg them as opposites but yet so similar because they both have a nice portion of Fenrir in their core. To Val family is everything and she will probably play peacemaker... a lot unless it is blatantly obvious to her what is right. Her rational thinking would probably help keep her siblings out of trouble as well. I think Z would probably be her confidant as far as her feelings about certain people go and I think they would probably be the pair of Slytherins the first years fear. They would simply be known as "The Greyback Girls" or "Fenrir's daughters" to his old friends.

Zmeyette Greyback & Valerie Greyback
Sounds good. I could see them getting along a lot but I could also see Zmey trying to tell Val not to hang around certain people, trying to steer her in the right direction, at least in Zmey's eyes. So I think they could bicker alot but at the end of the day still be the best of friends. and prehaps that maybe Val and Zmey did know each other before school, more of the reason why they are so close.
