The parents caught him literally red handed and the towns people came after him. The towns people set their home on fire while they were all in bed asleep and rather than being persecuted further they vanished, moving on to another place and, sub sequentially, faking their own deaths.

BIOGRAPHY:
Viviana was born one chilly January morning, in Romania, despite their descendents having not been native for many generations- it was tradition, to Remy and Juliette Lestoat. From the first coo that the infant made her parents were enthralled with her. She was the apple of their eyes, perfect in every way. There was no other person in the world that could rival her beauty and it was said that those that gazed upon her world fall into a state on unconditional devotion only to pacify whatever childish need that she had. This continued on into her adolescence at least when it came to her parents. Vivi had them wrapped around her little finger, but rather than being too terribly conniving she was a good girl, didn’t make any trouble, kept herself in check, and often could be seen doing small kindly gestures for complete strangers. Her allure was that of a charming, innocent young girl- sweet and lovable. But there was of course a catch, being half vampire, despite all the benefits of advanced healing, sharper senses, and heightened beauty came the inescapable thirst for blood. She was quick to anger and become anxious, especially whenever blood was present in the air.

Both she and her sister were raised with immense knowledge of their kind, their father hoping that it would better prepare them for the trials they would face when their impulse control was more feeble, as so often happened with age. The drinking of human blood was accepted in their family, encouraged even, but only from willing victims to avoid persecution. It had always been good in theory, until that fateful night when Viviana was eight, driving them out of Romania in favour her mother’s hometown of Dartmoor, where they could still have the isolation, but also the acceptance and familiarity compliments of Juliette- a pureblood wizard.

A few years later Viviana received her expected letter from Hogwarts and was sorted into Ravenclaw. Speculation as to why involved, according to her father, Vivi having what one might call an old soul, wisdom beyond her youth. She never had any reason to dispute such a claim. Her previous years at Hogwarts were spent like most other students, focusing on her studies, enjoying quality time with close friends, a boyfriend or two along the way, but unlike the majority Viv always had to be cautious of her bloodlust. The Cardinal Rule in her family; never drink from those that aren’t willing- is a constant weight on her mind. Especially since, in the past, Viviana has slipped up.
