GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
- standing at 5ft2inches she's not usually the most noticed in a room, and she dislikes being overlooked and looked down on because of her height..hence the bright red hair. it's her most noticable feature for obvious reasons, and she loves it. she's always fought her eyes were pretty boring - just a plain chocolate brown - but actually in some lights they're more hazel. she's slim and she wishes she were more curvy, but with such small height to work on she remains slender.

- sleeping in... she's not much of a morning person, but she can get up if she needs to early.
- shopping...she's a typical girl in the sense that she enjoys shopping.
- quidditch...she's a sporty girl, despite the fashionable appearance, and she fulling gets into playing and watching quidditch.
- berite bots every flavour beans..who doesn't love them?! they've got to be the best sweets out there.
- muggle movies...she's a pureblood (well..kinda of) but she's not opposed to watching some good old fashioned muggle films.
- charms...some people may think it's silly and 'fluffy', but she loves charms and finds it a very useful subject.
- making new friends...she's quite a sociable gal, and she enjoys getting out there and talking to new people.
- surprising people...she may be small and look all..innocent and naive but she has a bit of a bite and she enjoys surprising people when she can snap back xD
- singing...she's pretty good at singing and sometimes she'll catch herself humming or singing quietly when she's thinking about something or happy.
- guys..well she's straight, who doesn't? ; )

CHARACTER DISLIKES:
- nasty people..she's not brilliant at defending herself, and so people who are really nasty get to her.
- muggleborn haters...she doesn't see anything wrong with people who are muggleborn and generally dislikes people who do.
- firewhisky..she tried some when she was little and was sick, ever since she can't even think about the stuff without feeling it.
- high heels...she's never been very good at walking in them, and she doesn't think they help her out that much anyway.
- Arrogance...she's a modest girlie, and she hates people who are too far up themselves to see which way is out.
- Detentions...she doesn't often get them, but she hates them anyway.
- Being late...she has to be on time to everything, or early..but she hates being late.
- Fashion faux pas...she's not judgemental, but sometimes..she has to bite her lip to avoid commenting or giving advice..you know - like seeing someone wearing socks and sandals..
- Being told what to do...well she has no trouble with authoritive figures, but fellow students trying to boss her around and such really get on her wick.
- Queue jumpers...they are the pit of society..people should not jump queue's, end of.

GOALS:
- To pass her O.W.Ls, and then her N.E.W.Ts
- To become a professional quidditch player...or..dragon tamer.. xD

- Falling...yes perhaps a strange fear seeing as she loves flying and quidditch and all, but the sensation of falling scares the crapness out of her.

- well it may seem inconsequential and silly to some people but...her first kiss. it was with a guy she really liked, and they'd been going out a while and it was just.. one of those perfect little moments kind of thing.

DEMENTOR:
- her worst memory is the first time she fell from her broom. she's terrified of falling..and that was when she realised it. she was thirteen, and she'd never fallen before, always felt completely safe and a little bit cocky on her broom..but suddenly someone bumped her in a game and she unexpectedly toppled right off, smaking her face on the broom as she went. it was the most terrifying moment in her life as she plummeted to the ground and broke several bones.

- naive... well she is young, but sometimes she has the trouble of trusting the wrong people and believing people can change; sees the best in people.

- forgiving...if you wrong her, she might be wary of you for a little while but she's forgiving.
- minimalist...she doesn't need a lot of stuff; she's not materialistic and she prefers just having the essentials rather than a lot of stuff she doesn't use or need.
- honest...she's honest not only people she hates liars, but also because she can't lie to say her life anyway.
- optimistic...she's always looking on the bright side of life..glass is half full kinda thing.
- happy-go-lucky...she's a cheerful girlie, not much gets her down and she'll always be humming or singing.
- fiesty...well she may seem all innocent and easy to pick on, but she's got a bit of a bite, a bit of fiest.
- open minded...she's open minded about things, and she's happy about hearing and taking in other peoples opinions and all rather than thinking her way of life is number one.
- loyal...she's incredibly loyal, and she'll stick by her friends no matter what.

BIOGRAPHY:
-Alarica was adopted from a muggle orphanage (unbeknowest to her) when she was only a few months old by a pureblood family known as the Amethysts. She grew up pretty normally, all except for her lack of friends in their neighborhood. She was pretty quiet but her naivety often caused people to pick on her a little. she had a close relationship with her family however, and she never really cared for the people picking on her - she learnt how to defend herself, stick up for herself.

When she was ten and her brother left for Hogwarts she went with their parents to the train station, but didn't want to let him go. If he was going, she said, she'd be going to Hogwarts with him. Running through the platform without her parent's knowledge, she found herself lost in the crowd of people at Platform 9 3/4. It took hours to find her, and that day had become her brother's worst memory.

That same year she lost her best friend to a rebounding spell, which is the reason she has a cruddy old necklace hanging around her neck. It's the "best" side of "best friends", a half heart with the paint and words chipped mostly away. She grew lonely without her brother, but she was always an optimist and so she stuck to amusing herself; making daisy chains at the nearby park, making friends with a few neighbourhood kids...anything to keep herself busy.

Not too long after she would recieve her letter from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, one of the reasons her parents have yet to tell her that she was adopted. She was discovered to have muggle abilities, despite actually being a muggleborn. "Hufflepuff!," the hat shouted, after quite a long period of indecision. That hat must have went through every house before placing her, that is until she muttered for it to "make up its' damn mind". She was embarassed due to all of the eyes on her, and the giggles of other newly sorted students.

Her attitude changed over the years, developing into the bubbly and hyperactive girl that everyone knows today. She kept her optimistic view on life, however, and continued to stick up for herself whenever people tried to pick on her, but generally she's had a good time at hogwarts so far, particulary after getting into quidditch as soon as she had her first flying lesson.
