Definitely enemies considering she's a dark wizard and shows no remorse for anyone, I really have no clue how they'd really interact with each other either. Surely Rhea would have avoided St. Mungo's altogether when she was a kid and hates to be brought into facilities that have allowed muggle-borns in to it too. Luckily, the intense dislike would make for a great duel, but normally being with her sister's it's hard to get her alone. Anywho, yeah enemies.

Donovan is my Ancient Runes professor and he's surprisingly forty-two as well and was in Gryffindor when he was in Hogwarts. So I don't know if she was or not, but he studies Ancient runes all over the world. Most likely respect/acquiantances.

Well this is an interesting concept, Kingsley was too young to be head-master at the time Alexis would have been in Hogwarts, if that's where she was originally, but I can see her having respect for him after all of that. Anywho, that's all I really have for this.
