Oh of course, it was time he had visited this area of the town, but he knew that no other wizards or witches would cross his path. It was obvious he was going to have to improve his tactics on certain attacks that were planned beforehand. Of course if anyone dare follow him, he would gladly teach them a lesson in doing so since he was usually so cautious. There was no smile or emotion on his face as he was wandering down the dark alley known as Knockturn Alley. Yes, not many traveled down here, a beggar had tried to take money from him after demanding it. Jacob just punched the guy square in the jaw without having to use his wand to cause any harm.
After all, Jacob was the muscle basically compared to the rest of Olivia's followers, but even with his bulky size he was no push-over. Only he would do something crazy like come here on his own, but he wouldn't disagree to any other Slytherin's that happened to pass their way down here. Grinning slightly as he brushed back his hair slightly, the shaggy dark-brown hair itself shifted back into place as he tried to move it out of his brown eyes. Wearing a blue jean jacket, with a black shirt underneath and black jeans to give him a certain unapproachable look. Just what Jacob had intended, especially after that encounter with the beggar.
The poor fool had attempted to reach for his wand, however, Jacob had knocked it out of his pathetic hands before he could even try. He was so tempted to step on the poor guy's hand, but pity ruled over him. Plus it would have been bad if he caused a scene so he left it at that, and no one had really stopped him or even helped him. Jacob sneered at any mudbloods that dared cross his path. Now, back to where he was headed, Jacob was heading straight towards the one path that lead him to Borgin and Burkes..the one place he knew many dangerous objects existed at. Even if some were enchanted with very evil devices attached to them, Jacob was content with just browsing for now.
Even a sales representative wouldn't help him right now as he would just wave them off as usual. No telling on what kind of things they would try with him. Finally just going with the flow, he noticed a strange item that had caught his attention. It looked like a monkey's paw, and what he remembered from legends was that it could grant three wishes. Then with each wish it granted, a finger would break each time it was granted..until finally after it was done with the user would then be strangled by the monkey paw. A useful tool if one wished to be killed, but Jacob was looking to injure not completely destroy someone just yet.
Nasty devices some of these things were, and then there was the box that looked like it had a strange key attached to it. In big bold letters saying "DO NOT OPEN," but we all know that Jacob was tempted to do so. Staying his hand as he didn't want the store manager to yell at him right now after all of this searching for the one store he could go to without some filthy blood traitor talking to him or even a muggle-born. Picking up a strange hour-glass type looking thing with sand in it, he wondered if it could stop time or if it was a voodoo device designed to put someone within the sand. Another useful killing machine without having to do the dirty work yourself, but most of this stuff was only useful for near death experiences.
So Jacob would continue browsing until someone from another house caught his attention or an attendant would actually be of actual assistance instead of trying to sell their most expensive damned tool of death.

theresa kelsey strode down that alleyway like she owned it; head held high, long chocolate locks flipped back over her shoulder, curls tumbling over one another and bouncing with her gait. her walk was confident, sexy and said she knew what she was doing down this shadowed corner of the world. she left her hood down, face in plain view as her chocolate gaze swept the alleyway, face impassive and to the point of cold. she had to look cold here, had to look inasccessable and unapproachable - it was the best way to survive the trip. only the idiots bounded down here with a grin on their stupid faces.
what was she doing down here? one might ask. theia was a slytherin, sure, but she was nothing like the likes of olivia montague - she was best friends with scorpius and albus, decent people who wouldn't skulk down here. yes theia called it skulking; just because she exuberated confidence from every pore it didn't mean she liked being here. on the contrary, she would much rather not however she was here on favour to her parents. they'd asked her to run and errand whilst at diagon alley for them, and theia had dared not refuse. seeing it as a chance that they might approve of her a little if she'd agreed.
striding into the shop she'd been instructed to, theia took a moment to pause and look in cool thoughtfullness about her. it was dark, shadows stretched out from each corner of the cold interior, but theia was not one to be afraid of the dark. infact she was oddly fascinated by a few of the ornatments and objects that caught her cold gaze, and waving away an attendant with a dismissive flick of her fingers and a curl of her top lip, she made to take a gaze about in vauge curiousity. of course this was not her usual shop, and she deigned never to come here again unless insisted but she was one to make the most of experiences, and so she moved between isles to look. that was when she almost ran straight into a fellow slytherin, and taking a step back and craning her neck up she slightly raised her left eyebrow. "jacob." she said, a statement devoid of any emotion besides slight irritation.

Jacob was just minding his own business at this time as he was wandering the many aisles again. Holding the monkey paw up as he realized that the other Slytherin had just bumped into him just then, but he quickly placed it back in it's case. Jacob was sure to be careful he didn't make sure to hold on to it while he wished he hadn't met her here. Theia was certainly one of the few people he didn't want to meet at the moment, and he was going to make sure she had no clue why he was here. So, he sneered slightly, but gave her a cool smile as his nose was still turned upwards towards her, looking rather intimidating. Sure, she could hex him in an instant but he could easily overpower her in a physical confrontation.
After all, he was slightly short-tempered, but he was in a good mood today so he merely just noticed her saying his name. Normally he would have scolded her for not watching out for herself when she was running into him. "Wow I'm surprised you could even remember my name," he said, his voice cool, only showing no emotion what so ever. It was level, and he was considering how he could use her already as his mind started working up an articulate plan that would let him get what he wanted out of this ordeal. Theia had chose the wrong day to walk into Borgin and Burkes, especially he was sure she had heard the many rumors surrounding him.
Even just by himself, he could be just as intimidating, but luckily for her he could have said something much worse. Craning his neck slightly down, but his eyes roamed further just so his nose was still slightly up-turned towards her. Acting like a snob already just to see how far he could test her patience, but he knew she hung out with that piece of filth, Albus. No, he wasn't going to mention that, especially after hearing about the two brothers getting into their argument. That had been amusing, "Shouldn't you be back at Hogwarts making yourself useful at Potter's side?" he snidely remarked once more. "I don't really care why you're here, but they do have a nice array of items to choose from, I must add," he finished.
Brushing some hair out of his way, he wondered how far he could test Theia's patience, even if they're dislike for each other wasn't to the point of hatred, though one could say that they definitely wouldn't be friends ever in the near future. Plus right now, he bet they were going to get into one of their usual arguments.

as jacob sneered at her theia rolled her eyes. oh she wasn't even going to bother responding to that look. with a slight raise of her eyebrows she shifted and look away, turning her torso toward the array of mysterious and mostly deadly objects as if she'd just cut jacob out of the conversation. which was what she was going. she didn't want to talk to the snobby sixth year, and so she ignored his look completely, keeping her cool even as he spoke at her.
"Wow I'm surprised you could even remember my name," she ignored him, not even allowing her facial expressions to alter in the tinest bit, only tilting her head slightly as if considering the object before her, one hand reaching out to trace the air over the top of an odd dog shaped object that obviously had hidden secrets. she wondered what it did, the tag beside it merely said 'exotic, don't touch' with a price that had far too many zero's. she could feel jacob looking at her still and she sighed lightly. "Shouldn't you be back at Hogwarts making yourself useful at Potter's side?... I don't really care why you're here, but they do have a nice array of items to choose from, I must add,"
theia blinked and after two moments turning her head to look at him, a faintly surprised look on her face. "oh! .. are you talking to me?" she asked innocently, looking about them both as if expecting someone else to be there, she was taunting him off course, and she was enjoying it. "i'm afraid you've misunderstand. by acknowledging you were here, i never meant to give you invitation to talk to me." theia raised an eyebrow and looked at him coldly. "allow me to rectify this by revoking said invitation ... go back to your lair, warrington." she rolled her eyes and made to walk deliberatly around him and along the rack of items, going back to ignoring him.

Jacob knew fully well what Theia was trying to, but he kept with his cool gaze as he remained rather calm, and collected. Instead Jacob didn't answer, merely walked up to her and almost grabbed her collar. Except, instead, he brushed past her, his shoulder bumping hers as he used a little more force than was necessary to move past her. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see you there, cause I figured you were just as insignificant as the rest of your group, if that's what you call it," he mused to her. The sneer didn't return though as he gave her a cool gaze that showed no emotion what-so-ever, but his eyes showed something much more than just wanting to wound her.
It was obvious things were going to get ugly and fast if things didn't turn around. Of course, Jacob had control over his emotions right now, and she hadn't even phased him with what she said. Picking up the same item from earlier, grinning softly at the same time at it. Even as he placed it back in the rack, he continued browsing the many items. Feigning ignorance and letting her go about her way if she disregarded the comment. Not even retorting to her earlier comments just to get her to talk to him again, pretending to ignore her like she had with him. It would probably bother her as much as him, while he wasn't even bothering to reach for his wand.
Jacob really was probably no threat to her since he wouldn't attack another Slytherin that was indeed a pure-blood, although she was in league with Albus Potter. That caused him to grit his teeth at times, and then there was Scorpius. It would be great to catch all three of them together at some point to create some mischief of his own. Tapping his finger thoughtfully against his chin, but he was actually keeping watch on Theia the whole time in case she tried to pull a spell off on him or even a hex.

theia glanced at jacob as he made to go straight for her. she narrowed her eyes slightly but refused to move out the way, rewarded with a sharp, heavy smack as his shoulder powered into hers and caused her to totter a step out the way. she hated that, she was graceful on her feet and she didn't like that he'd managed to do that. besides, that was definetly going to leave a bruise. as the throbbing pain echoing in her shoulder she ignored it and heard him speak, sighing in vauge irritation.
"Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't see you there, cause I figured you were just as insignificant as the rest of your group, if that's what you call it," theia raised her eyebrows, her gaze cold and steely. she did not apprechiate him bringing her friends into this, albus and scorpius were could people, and she was fiercely loyal to them. still, she knew what jacob was doing - looking for a reaction, and though her gaze hardened she kept good control of herself. "well if you learnt to look further than your nose, jakey...you might see a lot more." she shrugged lightly and raised both eyebrows, smirking slightly.
she made to walk away, not always one of theia's strong points - walking away from a fight; because oh yes that was what this was transcending into, but she had no real intention of letting this go just yet. turning her attention back to the shelves as she inspected something that was clearly cursed, her finger delicately tracing the air above the jewellery but not touching, she dropped her hand and glanced at jacob, tilting her head slightly, gaze filled with disdain for him. "then again, i can understand wit a nose like that, exactly how you find it so hard to see past.." she rolled her eyes and turned away - yes she was going to insult his looks. she knew some people thought him good looking but personally she didn't see the attraction what so ever.

Jacob wasn't even smiling at this point he was merely picking up an object that looked like it could easily be trashed considering it's dust it had on it. Jacob was getting closer to her breaking point, and he wondered how far she could go. Bringing his looks into this, was that the best she could do? I mean come on, even he wasn't hurt by that as he had abit of an ego sure. Right now, she was merely stroking it by walking away, and yes of course he was going to tempt her further. So, this was how the mighty Theia acted when she was backed into a corner, and it made him laugh on the spot.
The laugh echoed around the store, and then he placed his hand on one of the shelves as he continued laughing while she walked away. Oh, did he care? Hell no, that didn't matter to him since she decided to align herself with those blood traitors, oh yes, that was another thing that would annoy her. "So how does it feel, blood traitor, to actually fit in around this school while knowing you're just a walking time bomb. Geez, I pity you, resorting to my looks, as if I care," he said to her. Wand drawn now and he was looking serious again, yet there was a half-smirk approaching his lips. Even as he didn't sneer anymore it was obnoxious to him to do so.
Right now, he was on the verge of tipping her off her high floating castle, and if she dared try to manipulate him into doing a duel he would just fling one of the many ornaments at the shop at her. It was a suitable location to have a war, "Unless you care to damage this shop and risk getting the spell shot back at you I suggest we move outside if your ego can't take the insults any longer," he taunted her again.

theia kept her cool, no way was she going to let this overgrown childish excuse for a slytherin get to her. no way no way no wa- "So how does it feel, blood traitor, to actually fit in around this school while knowing you're just a walking time bomb. Geez, I pity you, resorting to my looks, as if I care," theia rolled her eyed. "geez, i pity you, bringing blood into this... would you like me to spill some of yours so we can see exactly how dirty yours is?" he may have been pureblood or whatever, but that hardly meant that the life source flowing through his viens was blue now did it. she'd never cared about blood, she herself was a halfblood and she would carry a sign that told the world that if people were so bothered. "you talk about me being a time bomb? you wander around like you own the place, but you're always two seconds away from pressing 'self destruct'... maybe you should, it'd do the rest of us a favour."
theia knew she was bringing out all the cruel, cold quality that she had within her. oh she joked a bit like this with scorpius on occasion, joked being the key word - neither was ever serious and it was all fun. this was fun..sure..but in a different sense. this was a constant battle between the both of them for the upperhand, both thinking they had it over the other and yet not quite able to obtain it. jacob may think he had it but he didn't, then again theia was intelligent enough to understand that neither did she fully - only a fool would ever think they had the upperhand against someone like jacob, but she was playing him right back and she wasn't going to walk away. whatever he thought, whatever it looked like. she wasn't a quitter - ever.
"Unless you care to damage this shop and risk getting the spell shot back at you I suggest we move outside if your ego can't take the insults any longer,"theia looked at him and raised her eyebrows. "oh you call those insults?" theia asked in disbelief and allowed a light laugh to escape her, the sound filled with humour but there was an underlining of irritation. he was just boring her now. "jacob, you'd have to do much better than that to call those insults." she shrugged deftly, tilting her head and gazing at him coldly, giving nothing away. she didn't go for her wand...not yet anyway....

Jacob wasn't too worried about her insults as much as he was bringing his own blood into this, and then sneered slightly. Now he was giving her a mean scowl, but he still held a cool smile even as his emotions changed underneath. No longer in a great mood, he was now starting to dislike Theia more and more, as well as being in her presence. It was obvious she wasn't hindering his plans just yet, until she had to bring in the blood. Not even deciding to go with this, he soon started to cross his arms gently. Even as he was sauntering towards her, moving around the many columns of strange objects. Holding a strange object in his hands, it looked harmless enough.
"Oh so you're just defending yourself like the crude, snobby girl you really are within your self-centered universe when you know no one gives a damn about you at all? As far as I'm concerned your filth, and it's already showing...go clean yourself before talking to me again," he glared towards her. Now his cool, manipulative personality was showing itself, and even his intimidating nature was taking over. Yet he still wasn't showing his true colors just yet, but she was close to winning the battle for who was about to break first, even as his lips curled to snarl at her. Once more, he was calming himself down, and wasn't going to let his cool be ruined by a sixth year Slytherin GIRL.
I mean come on, she probably still liked hill billies and unicorns for her friends...chuckling to himself at that thought while in the meantime he was looking at all the objects around the store. A silent "Wingardium Leviosa" was uttered as he happened to pick up one of the few blunt objects there. Then without a warning, he flung the object at her as it was behind her aimed at her left leg.

as jacob folded his arms and skulked toward her theia frowned, standing square on to him and raising her chin defiantly. if he wanted to indimidate her he'd have to do it some other way, theia was not a scared little girl; she was fierce, proud and she knew how to stand up for herself. as he stalked toward her, she was tempted to transform into her animagus shape - the great white tigress could easily tear this piece of meat to pieces. perhaps that was why was so so impatient... so short-tempered? the tigress within wasn't patient.
"Oh so you're just defending yourself like the crude, snobby girl you really are within your self-centered universe when you know no one gives a damn about you at all? As far as I'm concerned your filth, and it's already showing...go clean yourself before talking to me again," theia sighed and made to check her nails, acting bored whilst a fire stoked within her veins, begging to curse this damn boy back to the hell where he came from. "are you done?" she asked innocently, expression bored and more than a little aggrevated. she didn't like being called filth and she was going to show it. "i'm cleaner than your hands will ever be jakey.." she raised an eyebrow at him, certaintly implying the dirty work he'd undoubtly done over the years. "and i have no wish to ever talk to you again.
she made to turn away, but the sight of him suddenly flinging something toward her made her turn back. her sharp eyes caught sight of where he was aiming and she quickly jumped aside, managing to just get out of the way. her top lip curled up in anger, okay now she was pissed. "you'll pay for that, boy." she snarled .. and then she changed and lept for him. a great powerful sleek ivory tigress, throwing it's weight at him, powerful front paws aiming for his chest to knock him back, sharp claws out to dig into his skin. she never usually fought dirty like this but he'd provoked her, she'd like to leave him with a scar as remnants of this. she knew by attacking him full on she'd left herself vulnerable for a second but she didn't care. she just wanted him to hurt. to shut up.

Jacob wasn't too worried, and even when she reverted to her tigress form, he laughed his head off. Starting to duck out of the way of her pounce since he saw it coming, and it was obviously too predictable except for one minor incision. It had cut his cheek lightly, and that's when he felt blood on his cheek. Eyes widened slightly as he turned towards her, and now his wand was out further as he had no expression on his face. A dead cold stare was staring directly at Theia as he no longer spoke at all, and now it was a serious rivalry gone awry. Even if she was trying to maul him, she would have definitely sent him to the hospital wing or worse.
Jacob knew how to stop matters from getting out of hand, but he could easily erase part of her memory to forget their encounter ever happened. Even so, he liked stirring up trouble and picked up the monkey's paw he had been holding earlier. No emotion apparent as she could probably see him staring at it, and was oh so tempted to use it on her. No matter the consequences, but he knew the folly of doing such a thing. If all of the fingers broke off, the victim was strangled to death and then it would return to it's normal state.
"You're one year too early to jump me, childish girl" he responded to her, his voice hinting at disapproval for having to resort to her tigress form. Even in a duel that was unfair, but then he had another comment. "I figured it out, you're just like the animal that you've become, always losing to your anger in the long run....is that how you solve all of your problems, charging in with a thought in your small brain?" he taunted making it worse. Of course he had the monkey's paw in his hand, and then tossed at her right after she finished charging. Jacob's next spell would probably incapacitate her since she wouldn't be able to defend very well in her animal form.
Even going as far as using the Imperius curse, but all in good time.

she saw him move and adjusted herself mid-air, feeling one of her claws nick at his cheek as she lept, neatly landing on all four paws and quickly turning on her powerful haunches to face him. she sneered, showing an impressive set of long, sharp canines she didn't have as a human. so she had drawn his blood...good. she kept the smirk-like grin on her face, perhaps looking odd in her tigress form but she didn't care. her eyes, almost amber as a tigress, glimmered savagely. this was a side of herself she didn't often show - never to albus or scorpius, only to her enemies. and to hell she hoped it burned this idiot.
"You're one year too early to jump me, childish girl" theia narrowed her eyes. she was hardly childish! he was the one throwing the strop, the one who'd childishly started all this. she sighed as though this bored her, which it did a little - she hated all this stupid pointless talk. "I figured it out, you're just like the animal that you've become, always losing to your anger in the long run....is that how you solve all of your problems, charging in with a thought in your small brain?" she snarled, opening her maw wide to reveal the sharp ivory daggers at him, the snarl errupting from her chest in an angered, pure sound. she did not like his self riteousness.
gathering herself, muscles tensing in ready to attack once more, she was suddenly thrown off course by his chucking off the monkey paw. as it hurtled toward her she only just managed to shift, catching it hard on her left shoulder. she growled angrily - irritated it had caught her and feeling a throb of pain from the contact. she goddarn hoped it wasn't diseased or something and she danced away nimbly on her powerful paws, attention momentarily half caught between the paw and jacob. why the hell had he done that?!

There was really only one way this was going to end, and Jacob would actually have to use force as he used his wand to aim it at her. Even as he closed his eyes, and let his senses hone in on her. This was going to be a little more devastating than he would have liked to do in the store. Angering the tigress was one thing, but what if they were caught destroying the place? After all the owner could easily cast them out during the midst of their fight as he looked at the dangerous object on the ground. Luckily, it could be saved and he would have to refer himself to this place later when no bumbling pesky morons were in his way.
Right now, he was angry and even as such there wasn't much about it he could do. Unable to actually fight back against a tigress after all. "It's also cowardly to attack in an animal form," he taunted again. He had to admit, her pelt looked rather sleek and almost wondered if he could tilt her towards his side. Not that he'd have a chance considering she hung out with Albus Potter, and that was enough reason to hate her more. Rage wasn't Jacob's strong suit, but he hadn't been set off like a time bomb just yet. Even their usual dislike for one another was on the verge of taking it to a whole new level.
While aiming his wand at her, he then looked towards her, daring her to come at him again. This time he was in a defensive stance, and obviously ready for whatever she had to throw at him. Letting her make the move, but she had made her move first last time. Even with the scratch he had on his cheek, he licked his own blood with his tongue. Smiling now, as he tasted it, she would pay for nicking his face. Sure, she had him, but that didn't mean it was going to be easy to score another hit.

theia watched jacob carefully, eyes slightly narrowed, long tail flicking slightly. "It's also cowardly to attack in an animal form," theia growled softly, making a small rumbling noise in her throat in dissagreement. no it wasn't - it was pressing your advantages, using what you had to come out on top. she kept her head low toward her front paws, arching her back slightly as she kept most of her power and weight on her back paws, ready to spring, muscles taut like a coil.
she moved slightly, near silent as her soft pads went right first then left as if pressing for an opening. then she found it. leaping forward and going for the first strike rather than waiting for him - seeing as he was in a defensive stance anyway - she pushed forward hard from the floor. she was going for a strike rather than trying to knock him. she was stronger physically in this body than her human one sure, but she was still the same weight and he had that advantage on her. so she'd go to strike rather than be physically overpowering.
with a snarl far more savage than intended she opened her maw and made to clamp her jaws on his shoulder. at first it would have looked like she was going for his face, but she would never have done that, instead aiming to lock her jaws on his left shoulder. the tigress' instincts became her as she learnt where to try and bite that would cause maximum impact. she wasn't really trying to be too harsh, just hurt him enough to get him to back off. not many people fought in their animagus form, but then again, not many had an animagus form that natrually liked to fight.
she landed and made to scatter away slightly to get distance, turning fast on her forepaws and trying to turn back before he could get her back. she knew she'd transfer back into her human form soon, but right now this was far too much fun to give up.

Jacob was definitely more agile now and when he was serious, a whole crowd of people would be stunned at how silent he could be. Then he got an idea an evil grin befell him as he used a bedazzling hex on himself making himself invisible to the rest of the room. It was honestly just a trick of the mind to make him blend in with whatever was behind him as he moved quickly out of the way before casting it. Soon as he was able to be up against a book shelf, he made sure not to make a noise, even if she could smell him it wouldn't help her. After all, his blood had dried now and now he was about to get revenge on her for that last attack.
Even as he recalled seeing many things that reminded him of the usual things that he could have done to Theia right now. Now Jacob was ready to explode and even as he pointed his wand at the ground it was obvious he was up to no good now. So many different options as he walked around the edge of the store, and he could even leave for an innocent bystander to walk into to freak out at the tigress. Jacob's grin stooped to the lowest evil he could think of and then without a second thought pulled on the tigress's tails, using his strength instead of magic.
The bedazzling hex flickering a little to show where he was, but as he tugged he didn't stop as if he was trying to rip it off from her, having to do a somersault to move across the room as he kept up the hex. It was using up his energy, but right now he was almost tempted to use Obliviate on her. Just make her forget why she was here and have her go elsewhere. Even as powerful as she may be he was fed up of facing her in her tigress form and then appeared behind her tapping his wand on her shoulder. Using the homorphus charm to revert her back to human form, and then yelling out "incarcerous" was all he said as ropes would appear at the end of his wand.
Easily binding his target as he was pointing at Theia to end this pointless duel now, and since she had become a tigress, Jacob was grinning as he would stare down at her. If this worked, she would be helpless from stopping him from doing anything he wanted.

the great tigress narrowed her golden eyes as her opponant dissapeared. damn, he'd used some kind of charm. this wasn't working anymore, theia needed to change back. she'd just decided as such when something suddenly grabbed her tail - hard. theia accidently let slip a small yelp, but as the tugging begame insistant theia snarled in fury. how dare he?! she twisted her head round awkwardly and snapped at his wrist, going for a full on powerful bite. as a tigress, she could lock her jaw around his wrist and just keep squeezing if she wanted.
she kept snapping at him, getting a vauge idea of where he was from the flickering of his hex and the direction of which the pulling was occuring. pain rippled all along her spine as he yanked, and she fought angrily, claws scrambling to gain purchase on the floor, wriggling her back in attempt to whip her tail from his grasp. the snarls she ommited wheere filled with pure rage and loathing. he'd pay for this.
finally he let go and theia made to leap away, just catching the tip of a wand on her back and suddenly.. she was transforming. theia felt the wrongness of the change forced upon her and she shuddered when she was back to human form, her spine still echoing with pain as she grabbed for her wand and turned to face him. "you did me a favour there." she snarled, voice a little breathless. "incarcerous" she didn't get a chance to collect herseld before ropes snapped out of his wand and wrapped chokingly around her. theia fell backward, landing hard and struggling in the tight ropes, one snapping across her mouth. if she could twist her wrist... she might be able to shoot a spell at him, or cut the ropes, and she fought the ropes violently, glaring up at her opponant, chest heaving with the effort. she was at his mercy right now and she hated it with every fibre of her body.

Jacob wasn't done at all as he sneered at her one last time, and then he was considering untying her. Even as he walked over to her, once she was out of her animagus form, looking at the many objects within the room and thought he could frame her. Not only that, but he really didn't want her to remember this encounter. Once more, his thoughts went back to using the obliviate spell since that was the only way to keep her from remembering any of this. If he ever encountered her again, it would surely be under other circumstances where he is with Olivia instead of just him being the one taking her on. It amused him in the slightest that she thought she could challenge him.
Her first mistake, was that he was a rather experienced seventh year who was also trying to learn legilimency, and it would be her downfall no matter what she did. Jacob could surely become part of the ministry easily as an obliviator, which would have shocked many. Even in the long run he was doubting his own interior at the time of it happening. Noticing the ropes had indeed incapacitated her as he walked around her in a stalking manner, he was unable to pin point the exact location he wanted to sear. Then had an even nastier thought while Theia was just lying there.
Squatting down beside her , he soon finally acknowledged her presence, and tapped the rope with his wand. It would start to tighten a little more as he spoke down to her, "Now learn your place, worm, and stay there like a good girl," he commented before reaching the exit. Carrying an object she probably couldn't see in his hand on the way out after having acquired what he had been looking for this whole time. A round ball with no markings on it, it was just a black orb. Once the door shut behind him, he left her to her own restraints, and he figured Theia would be out of the ropes within at least ten minutes, so he made haste to get out of that area.
Jacob would be well-prepared for next time when she tried transforming on him, and then she would have been sorry for crossing him again. Of course, he planned on having a few more people with him as she might as well, and this would just cause a whole huge fuss he was sure.
{End? Unless you want to have someone else jump in to help Theia}

Now during the time that Thersa was getting hurt by Jacob Warrington, where were her two best friends that were usually by her side? Only few knew of course. Well maybe more, because Albus was always getting bombarded by his teammates about preparing for matches, and he just happened to want so peace and quiet and thus he had taken his invisibility cloak and headed out of the common room with it on after telling Scorpius he just needed some alone time. There was the recent attack on Hugo, and the fact that him and James were still not getting along at all.
So the young Slytherin boy was walking along the hallways of Hogwarts under his invisibility cloak that he had inherited from his father. Though he may not have been and good terms with his father at the moment, he still was glad that he got the invisibility cloak instead of James. When he realized that the best place to escape everyone was to go off to Diagon Alley, now how was the young Potter Boy going to do that? By travel of Floo Network of course.
He ended up slipping outside and headed to the Green Houses where Professor Longbottom's office was located. He knew that Professor Longbottom kept a stash of Floo Powder above his fireplace, so it was perfect. Quickly he checked to make sure no one was in the office before slipping inside and over to the fire place. He took a small pink of Floo Powder in his hand before stepping into the fire and calling out "Diagon Al-" coughing up the ashes he didn't finish saying where he needed to go. And quicikly he was pulled into the Floo Network and the next thing he knew he was dropped off somewhere else.
Carefully he got up and brushed ashes off of his clothes and looked around, wondering for a moment where he was until he realized he was in Knockturn Alley. He knew he needed to get out of their quick, even if he was concealed in his invisibility cloak.
Albus was quickly walking down the street that was until he heard a small yelp. Now which way had that came from? And who was it? He had a feeling that he recognized it that was for sure. He picked up his pace as he tried to figure out where the sound had come from, and realized it came from Borgin and Burkes. Quickly he entered the shop, but unfortunately by the time he got to his best friend Theresa, she was already tied up and on the floor with the culprit walking out of site. Quickly Albus dropped his cloak off and went straight to her side as he pulled out his oak wand. “Theresa are you okay? Who did this to you?” he said softly before bringing his wand up to the ropes that were around her body. Softly he whispered “Diffindo,” to cut the ropes, being careful not to cut her as well. He really hoped that this wasn’t a result from the same person who attacked Hugo.

she glared at jacob with unabashed hatred, watching him stalk toward her and narrowing her eyes. she didn't move, staring at him with loathing and standing her ground as he came close. she could have shuffled back if she wanted, but she wasn't going to - she wasn't afraid of him, not really. she just hated the asshole. "Now learn your place, worm, and stay there like a good girl," as the ropes tightened at his words she let out a muffled cough, air squeezed from her lungs at the tightness of those terrible ropes and she struggled slightly, disliking the added pressure around her.
she watched him leave, wishing she could spring free and leap at him. but alas, the ropes were far too tight. everyone else within the shop were studiously ignoring her and she glared at them too. damn it! frowning, theia tried to twist her wrist still, aiming the wand tip toward the nearest rope she could - her thighs. she could just about point her wrist down toward them, managing to muffle a 'diffindo' and yelping as she only succeeding it cutting her leg. "damn it" she cursed, shaking her head against the rope around her mouth and continuing to struggle, despite the burn of the ropes on her skin.
“Theresa are you okay? Who did this to you?” the voice made her jump, letting out a very undignifed squeak and blinking in surprise as she saw albus standing infront of her. where the heck did he come from? she managed a nod, not really able to speak right now. a blush burning in her cheeks of the humiliation of being found like this - tied up, completely at anyones mercy if they felt like randomly hexing her. “Diffindo,” as alb cut the ropes they loosened considerable and she breathed out in relief, quickly shifting and tearing them off her in aggitation, rubbing her wrists, rightening the cut her spell had made, and rubbing her back from where it still ached. who knew having your tail pulled could hurt so much?
"t-thanks." she said, voice a little odd, she ran a hand through her hair and made to stand, pushing herself up and frowning as the shop assistant glared at her for the trouble. looking at alb she sighed. "jacob warrington ... i wasn't looking for the trouble, but he was pushing for it... bit off more than i can chew though." she said, hating admiting it and ducking her head slightly, a little ashamed still.

“t-thanks.” Albus smiled at his Theia as she thanked him. He was always glad to help her out, but what if he hadn’t accidently ended up in Knockturn Alley? What would’ve happened to his good friend then? Well he was just glad that he did accidently end up there, he didn’t want to think what would’ve happened to Theia. He knew what kind of shady characters ended up in Knockturn Alley, that was for sure.
“jacob warrington ... i wasn't looking for the trouble, but he was pushing for it... bit off more than i can chew though.” He looked up at her as she told him who it was. Jacob Warrington, she hated that guys a lot. He always seemed to think it was fun to pick on other people a lot. “Hey don’t be ashamed,” he said as he held his hand out to her so that he could help her get off of the floor. “Warrington’s a bully and takes things a bit too extreme, you should know that,” and that’s when it hit him. Why hadn’t he thought of this before? Jacob was always the one to take it further than need it. Could it be that perhaps it was Jacob that had attacked Hugo? Albus gritted his teeth just thinking about the older Sltyherin. Always making fun of him ‘cause he was a Potter, if Jacob wanted to pick a fight he should’ve came to him, not hurt Hugo or Theia. “Come on, we need to get out of here quick, and find Scorpius so that we can let him know what happened. I think I can send him a message to meet us in the Shrieking Shack,” he said quietly as he dug in his pocket for a bit of Floo Powder he had so that they could get back to Hogwarts.
He would tell Theia what he thought of, but Knockturn Alley wasn’t the best place for that. Who knows how many of the shady characters down the dark shopping alley knew of Jacob Warrington and would tell him what Albus had just thought of. He took a pinch of Floo Powder and placed it in Theia’s hand. “Go to Professor Longbottom’s Fireplace. He’s isn’t going to care that we show up there if he’s in his office, he knows I sneak off from time to time to just think,” he said softly before he stood up the rest of the way and took put a pinch of Floo Powder for himself. He stepped over to the fireplace and waited, he wanted Theia to head out first, just in case Jacob decided to come back.
