The best place to pull a prank these days was always in the dungeon near the Slytherin's common room. No one ever thought to go right into the lair, and he was certain no one had followed him. Unable to actually converse with the many people here as he knew that most would ruin the prank if they even saw him. Right before students could see him he instantly used a bedazzling hex on himself to make himself invisible or seem so as it just made the illusion of what he was standing behind blend in with his features. No one could even tell he was there, but he was sure there were a few that could have detected his presence. Ivan let out a breath of relief as the last of the Slytherin students passed by him, but he had a select target in mind.
One of this hot-headed Slytherin boys with no patience at all for anyone not even bothering to take the time to talk to the muggleborns at the school. Ivan was going to take revenge for all those times a poor innocent muggle had been cast aside or astray by these brutes known as Slytherins. Pumping his fist to his chest, he was ready to throw a jinx at someone, but no, he had an even greater plan. Sneaking up against the wall wearing the usual Gryffindor colors, with the vest, pants and whatever else you could think of. No robes though since he didn't need them just yet, after all he wasn't going to class or anything.
Another few examples that he could think of off the top of his head was the fact that many other people could tell that most of his pranks were a success. Some of the other students he had pulled pranks on earlier in the year had found out who it was from a second party. This time, he was going to be flawless in his master plan, minus the fact his shoe was a little off on the floor tiles. So as soon as he moved it, anyone could notice him standing there as the hex itself was now broken even as some students rounded the corner. Ivan literally dived into the Potions classroom unaware if the teacher was in here or not, so he chanced it.
Closing the door silently behind him to not alert anyone to his presence, he looked around for things to use. While in the potions classroom, there were lots of things lying around, some toad's eyes, blast-ended skrewt's guts strewn up in a jar. Oh look, a chicken, but why would they need that down here? Shrugging his shoulders, Ivan decided to take an egg that the chicken had hatched, and threw it at the wall splattering it on the door. Grinning as he then got a brilliant idea from this. Moving over to the egg that was now just yolk and white stuff, he noticed the blood spots from where a chicken would have hatched from.
Shrugging his shoulders, he soon scraped it off the door pouring it into a bucket as he then tipped the door slightly open to make it stand up on top of the door. Sure this was an old-school trick that kids fell for all the time, but he thought there could have been more dynamics to it. Like, he could have stayed sitting in the corner and just used Wingardium Leviosa, which he had to keep it up as he exited the room. Making sure he was standing in the right place, and hid a little farther away, waiting for a curious student to fall victim to his little scheme.

A slew of curses erupted from Roxanne Weasley's mouth as she march down the many stair cases the never seemed to end. Roxanne was in a bit of a foul mood but normally these sour patches never lasted long on her. But even the most fun loving people reach their limits and Roxanne had reached hers today.
Roxanne had been in the middle of doing her potions homework when she realized that she left her potions book in class. Now she had to walk all the way down stairs to the dungeons where the potions class was held. It wouldn't normally of been a problem but the Gryffindor common room was on the top floor of the castle and the dungeons below the bottom floor. It was going to be quite a walk when all she wanted to do was relax and get her homework out of the way. It didn't much help her mood when the staircases kept moving trying to place her in the opposite direction she needed to go. Finally she reached the lower level she paused to catch her breath. "This is the price I pay for trying to be good and do my work. And they wonder why I step my toe over the line every so often." Roxanne mumbled to herself.
Roxanne paid no mind to all the loathing looks she was receiving from the Slytherin student. They didn't scare her and she wasn't afraid of being down in their territory. Roxanne figured she had a family member who was unfortunately sorted into this house, but that gave her every right to be down here as well as for the fact that the potions class was just down the hall. As Roxanne shot looks at those who had the nerve to give her one she thought she saw something move near the potions classroom but when she looked harder it was as if she had imagined the whole thing. Something wasn't right here.
Roxanne noted that the potions classroom door was ajar just slightly which was a bit strange since the door was either open completely or shut. Roxanne stood outside the door peeking in. The place was empty. Roxanne had a good idea of what was going on here, she never trusted an slightly open door. Roxanne pushed the door open with her foot and stepped back as a bucket tumbled down from the top and crashed onto the floor spewing a yellow like liquid onto the floor. "Eggs? Really?" She said out loud not impressed. "Obviously an amateur's work. Though if a Slytherin would of walked through this door it would have been funnier." She thought before she entered the room to find her Potions book. "There that damn thing is." Roxanne said as she scooped the book off the table she had been sitting at today.

Ivan was wondering why the trap hadn't worked, but he realized that it had been another Gryffindor that had entered the room. Honestly he would have been more mad if she had pointed out at where he was, but it seemed she was just as oblivious, so he decided to go with it for now. Deciding to keep the pranks coming as he then whispered, "Accio bucket" with that he did make it fly straight towards him realizing he had just given away his position as well as breaking the Bedazzling Hex...although it would seem suspicious for a bucket to just stay there suspended in air for no real reason.
The jig was up and he would have to reveal himself sooner or later to her. Not that he really had a choice right now since the only other option would have been to club her over the head, but he would have only done that if she were a Slytherin. Yet, he recognized her, it was Roxanne Weasley, one of the few people in the world he didn't mind actually seeing right now. Although her comment about the prank being rather childish hurt his pride a little, but he could deal with that right now. Even as he was looking around right now, he was about to just give up on what he was doing altogether. Of course, he was sure she'd eventually spot him either way.
The master plan had been foiled, however, she had indeed opened the door anyways just to see what was in the bucket. Crafty, she was, and he was bound to find a new way to improve upon this tactic. Even a mindless prank such as this one had no effort put into it as Ivan really wasn't looking to rouse anyone's suspicion. Right now he was still in his invisible form sneaking up behind Roxanne Weasley then whispering in her ear. Surely, she would have heard the bucket swinging as it had rumbled on the floor towards him. Instantly having clutched it with his hands he then said, "Amateur, I'll have you know this was a lazy prank and I didn't go all out since I think Slytherin doesn't deserve a full on prank," he said to her.
Obviously a little annoyed she had the gall to mention how childish his little prank had been, but he had also given away who had set it up now too. Feeling like a moron for giving his position away, but then noticed that the Bedazzling Hex had faded from sight. Ivan was staring at Roxanne Weasley in the eyes, and their faces were inches apart as he backed up a bit so as to give her some space to stand at least. "Do you have a better way of doing it? I'm Ivan by the way," he said softly to her, realizing from the front how cute she looked.

With her potions book in hand, Roxanne was going to go back up to the Gryffindor Common Room and carry out her initial plans for tonight but she needed to d one more thing. Although Roxanne was a bit reckless and a major prankster, she didn't want to leave the potions classroom looking like this. Professor Liason was actually rather nice and she would hate to leave this behind. While it wasn't really her fault that the egg was splatter all over the floor in front of the entrance she didn't want to get blamed for it later seeing as she might be the last known person seen in the area.
Roxanne pulled out her wand from her back pocket and pointed it at the mess on the floor before muttering the word "Scourgify.". The remains of the egg vanished from the floor. Now Roxanne would not feel liable if someone slipped and broke their neck walking into class tomorrow. As Roxanne was replacing her wand into her back pocket, the silver bucket on the floor zoomed toward...well nothing. Roxanne looked curiously over toward the sound but the bucket remained motionless. Shrugging lightly she was about to leave the classroom to finish her homework when a voice stopped her in her tracks. The unknown voice sounded hurt and a tad defensive. Roxanne smirked and crossed her arms. "Ah, so you are the one behind this lame prank. But wouldn't you want to prank the Slytherins as best as you could, you know not all of them are dim-wits." Roxanne replied.
As she stood there for a moment a form was beginning to appear in front of her. Then suddenly she was standing inches away from Ivan, a fellow Gryffindor student who was a couple years above her. "Well if you are all for not putting in much effort into a prank, why not toss the bucket at their heads. Therefore you make sure you hit them, instead of possible having someone like me figure out whats going on and ruin it." Roxanne said with a sly smile. "I'm Roxanne Weasley." She stated, holding out her hand.

Ivan was concerned that he had brought this up at the wrong time. It was so hard to keep a straight face as he realized that Roxanne Weasley was actually talking to him, realizing how beautiful she was right on the spot. Even so, he had mocked him, so it was obvious that he wasn't going to take anything out on her. After all, like she said it was better to prank a Slytherin by just staying invisible and hitting them over the head with a bucket instead. Even as he was walking to move forward he accidentally tripped over his foot almost landing straight into her chest. Of course, he corrected his stance almost instantly so he didn't get a face full of flying fists.
Even if he was clumsy at times, there was still that charm he had to him with his messy bed-hair look giving him that charming appeal many liked about him. Finally just going with the flow, he looked around for another reason to change the current subject they were on, even if pranks were fine and dandy. Soon was he was talking to her, using his natural voice, which was deep, and he didn't know if there was anything wrong with it at all. Feeling a little under-dressed with the way she had been talking to him, "Well, if you are here to help me out to find a better way to prank Slytherin, you didn't even notice me standing in the hall. I could have easily tripped you, although I suppose that would have been more unexpected as well," he said.
Realizing how comical it would have been to see a Slytherin trip over their own feet, but he was curious as to how this young girl, being a fifth year could outsmart even him in some of the pranks he had caused. Sure, some of them weren't well thought out, but he didn't need to since he targeted the slightly duller ones. Getting away with pranks was his main trademark, and right now he could have gotten away with it if he just walked away. Holding out his own hand, he responded, "IVan Kirke, pleasure to meet you Roxanne," he said to her. Feeling her soft skin made him jump a little, and felt like a little child on the inside.
Something was strange about her, like he could see her being his prank buddy for more than just the rest of the school year, but shook that thought aside. "So, you ready to show me how you do pranks?" he asked her, knowing that the Weasley's were famous for many of their pranks.

Roxanne always loved to tease and challenge guys, part of the reason why her brother, Fred, was always so protective of her. She always put herself in positions that might not always be the best, especially if she was talking to the wrong person. But Ivan, well he knew her brother, so she was aware of the type of guy he was. Ivan was a prankster who was admired by many females due to his charm and bed head look. Overall Roxanne was quite aware that Ivan was a good guy therefore she did not feel the need to clock him upside the head when he almost landed face first in her chest. She simply just raised her eyebrow at him and stated, "I hope that was an accident." Roxanne was not the type of girl to keep quiet about things and if she wanted to speak up she would. Most girl's wouldn't want to call a guy on something like that.
Trip me? Roxanne thought for a moment. Ivan wouldn't have dared trip her. "Ah, but if you would have tripped me than you would of felt bad compared to it being a slytherin. Therefore you most likely would of revealed yourself to make sure I was okay." She claimed. "It would be the gentleman thing to do, right Ivan?" Roxanne asked, a bright smile on her face. Boy did she love teasing people.
Roxanne instantly felt comfortable with Ivan, though the two have been in the same house for the pass five year they never really talked. Roxanne could tell they were of the same nature. "I don't think you are ready for the way I do pranks." Roxanne teased, placing a hand on her hip. "I don't do pranks like everyone else. I like to go on a big scale." Roxanne said.

Ivan was curious about Roxanne's form even as she stood there before him looking like a heavenly goddess despite her being a fifth year. Having not talked to her much, but he knew fully well what her brother was like. Plus how protective he was of her sister, not that she needed it considering she could hold her own against these measley pranks that Ivan pulled. Surely, he would have came out to actually make sure she was alright, and now he was cleaning up the mess on the door since there were still remains of the egg being left. Repairo was useful for that as he shifted his wand at the wall, and the egg suddenly reformed with the shell in tact too. Tapping his wand against it to make sure it was alright, and it didn't crack at all.
Just the way he had found it, and then smiled towards Roxanne as she assumed that he would have made it to her side to most likely be able to help her up. "I guess you got me pegged for a good guy already, haha, and yes of course I would check on you. I'm not going to let you fall, I'd catch you in my strong arms. Then try to woe you away," he teased, giving her a faint blush. Surely, he was popular, but not in that way as his usual target was Slytherins, but no one ever knew it was him.
"Anyways, so what kind of large scale thing are we talking about, like champions large scale or entire school widescale?" he asked Roxanne politely now helping make sure that everything was alright. Walking up to her he brushed a hand against her cheek to wipe off some excess egg. "Sorry you had something on your cheek, it's good now," he said removing it from her face...even after having felt how smooth her skin was.

Roxanne adjusted the potions book in her arm which caused her to remember that she had homework to do which she had planned on doing for once. But fate was determined to have her not complete it tonight. Although Roxanne would admit this little encounter was plenty more pleasant than sitting in the common room reading about the draught of peace. Roxanne was sure she would never need the potion during this year as Professor Liason had said. This Weasley girl would be able to handle the pressure but letting off a few pranks and not taking these exams so seriously. Yeah they would determine her future schooling and careers but she knew not to fret about it because that would make things worse on her.
Roxanne watched as Ivan put the egg back together, something she had forgotten to do when she cleared the egg's guts from the floor. Suddenly she was laughing so hard at Ivan's comment about how he would have caught her in his strong arms and wooed her. "Yes, because I'm the typical damsel in distress...please." She said sarcastically as she flipped a piece of her hair back. Roxanne had been raised to take care of herself, she wouldn't need a guys help for anything. Unless it was her brother or father but even her male cousins weren't allowed to help her without Roxanne putting up a fight.
With her eyes gleaming with mischievous Roxanne said, "Champions scale. I figure why not prepare them for the tasks they have coming. See if they can spot a simple prank or not." Roxanne has a smirk on her face that dropped when Ivan reached out and wiped something off her cheek which she was told was some egg. "Thank you." She said giving Ivan a sweet smile as a small blush rose to her cheeks, but with her tan complexion it was hard to see.

Ivan was just merely quirking an eyebrow in Roxanne's direction as she seemed to go into a fit of her own giggling, but he wasn't aware the effect it had on him. Suddenly he was joining in on the laughter at realizing how silly he had sounded just then as he was not usually that type of gentleman. Surely, he had his pranks to pull, but he did at least have an honorable side many could look past to get to know him. Right now, she was just happening to see how honest he could be depending on her reaction he would continue to appear genuine. Most of the Weasleys and Potters were hard to handle enough on their own. Roxanne was already proving that, and that she was fun to be around already.
There wasn't a person in this world that could top Ivan for jokes, but he found himself just admiring her more and more. The cute blush on her cheek made him blush in return as it was hard to see on his own complexion due to his tanned nature in return. Of course, his bed-head hair brought many of the girls fawning over him at times, yet right now wasn't the time to be thinking about that. Smirking, he then responded to her previous statement, "Oh sorry, I'll just drop you then after catching you and see how well you fair. I'm sure you can levitate yourself while being dropped. Of course, I wouldn't be that mean. Plus I'd have to consider you retaliating too. Like I said, I'm not that mean, so we wont' have to worry about crossing that bridge, as for champions scale, you thinking something where they fall on a bunch of marbles? Or trigger some trap where they get dowsed in honey and cover them in the left over of pillow casings?" he tilted his head curiously.
There were so many options available to them, and then another question escaped his lips. "Well, I have to ask, how would we get all the champions in one room in the first place?" he asked her curiously.

The sound of laughter erupted in the room as Roxanne giggled at how ridiculous Ivan's statement was and Ivan laughing just because it was contagious. Roxanne enjoyed the sound of laughter, she was raised around it. Most of her childhood was spent at the joke shop her father owned so the sound always made her feel better. Roxanne could never be down in the dumps especially whenever someone else was laughing and enjoying themselves. The laughter quieted down some as Roxanne stared at Ivan. He was rather cute, not the typical type she saw herself being attracted to, but she was aware that there was some sort of attraction there; something she couldn't deny.
"Well I am a witch, so levitating wouldn't be that hard of a task." Roxanne shot back although she wasn't really sure she had that ability to levitate herself in such a quick motion before hitting the ground. But like Ivan had said Roxanne wouldn't have to worry about it. "Of course you wouldn't do that because you would rather woo me." Roxanne laughed.
"I think I like the second option the best. Covering them with honey and feathers would be quite entertaining. I think even magic might have a bit of trouble getting through the sticky situation." Roxanne said with a smirk. Roxanne wasn't entirely sure just yet on how they would get each of the champions in one place. "Hmmmm..." She said aloud as she began to think. It didn't take long before the idea popped in her head. "I got it! We send them all an official looking letter telling them to meet here for information on the first task." Roxanne said beaming that she thought of the idea. "They will all be so focused and curious about the first task that they wouldn't think twice about the letter." She said with certainty.

Ivan wasn’t about to let her have all the fun by herself, even if she was just spouting out the idea off the top of her head and merely adding on to his own. Sure, he didn’t mind the fact that his own idea had its own merits, but honestly not putting much thought into them ruined the points into using his own pranks. Starting to pace back and forth as he considered the many factors they had to consider as well, the main one being how to time when the actual stuff went off. Or if any of the champions actually fell for such a ploy in general, but surely the two Gryffindor’s would gladly be part of it. Ivan knew fully well that James was capable of taking a hit, and even then he would sort of know who pulled it. That gave him another thought too, perhaps James could be an inside man on the job.
”You know, we could have your one cousin, the one Champion to get in on this prank, I’m sure he wouldn’t mind. Plus, you know how he is with pranks, and he would love it if the two Slytherin champions, Theia and Scorpius were the main butt of the prank, so what do you think about that?” he asked her, but as miniscule and childish as the prank sounded, it was a sure-fire way to be a success if they had more Gryffindors active in this ploy. Plus with the help of one of the major pranksters in the school on their side it would definitely be all the more helpful, however, it all depended on Roxanne Weasley. After all, she was the master-mind in all for this idea, and he was planning on keeping it simple in the long run. Even so, he knew the Gryffindor’s would probably be the only ones laughing their asses off while it was happening to them.
Once more, Ivan started pacing again, as he considered their options, however, nodded to Roxanne again. Definitely thinking this over a little too much considering it was just a simple, classic prank that they could both easily cover up in the long run. Writing an anonymous letter to the champions would work out just fine for him as he then grinned at Roxanne, ”I think you should be the one to write the invitations since my writing would probably give it away as it’s pretty horrible,” he admitted, blushing a little bit, finally leaning against the wall again starting to make his way slowly towards the hall that lead upstairs…beckoning her to follow.

Roxanne stood there for a moment picturing it all in her head. The whole prank, oh how it would be amusing. The shock on the Hufflepuff's faces, the disgusted faces of the Ravenclaw's, the enjoyment on her fellow Gryffindor's faces, and most of all the anger on the Slytherin's faces would be worth it all. A small smirk fell over her lips as she imagined it all happening and Ivan and herself getting away with it.
Roxanne was pulled from her head when Ivan began to talk about involving her cousin James. Roxanne was quite sure that her cousin would love this idea, especially since Slytherin's were going to be involved, most importantly Scorpius was going to be there who James really didn't like at all. "Ah yes that is a brilliant idea. That way if any of them have doubts James could go around saying he is sure that it is legit." Roxanne said with excitement. "I'll talk to him about it tonight." Roxanne added. "You know, maybe you are more talented with these pranks than I originally thought." Roxanne said giving Ivan a smile before following him out the door.
"Oh and about the handwriting, I'm just going to do it with a little spell so it can't be traced back to any of us." Roxanne stated.

Ivan thought about that for a moment, and he would indeed bring it up with James too. After all, with him and Alaya knowing about the prank, it would be all the more fun to help pull it off. Being legit was the whole thing that would make the plan easily able to be executed, after all. It was a devious plan that involved a lot of time to prepare too, and he wasn't about to let this all go to waste. Especially if he wanted to impress Roxanne Weasley a little bit, not that he needed her acceptance to plan anything awesome. Every other student around him would be jealous and want to be in his shoes.
Not that many could see him lasting with anyone due to his nature being a prankster and actually going out having fun unlike most students that would prefer studying or flying outside in the quidditch pitch. Ivan did understand the joys of flying, however, not so much to actually join a team or anything. After all, he wasn't about to get into it while all the positions had filled up easily, and finally he started to continue pacing back and forth. Even as he stopped pacing to look at her and heard her tell him about the hand-writing he merely nodded. Ivan was getting lost in thought on how to make it fool proof as they were walking out of the dungeon.
Looking around to make sure no one else was in the corridors to stop them from doing their little evil deed, but it didn't really matter if anyone listened to them. Hearing the last part wouldn't do anyone any good in general. Finally, he just tilted his head back and smirked as he spoke to her, "You know, I shouldn't be surprised that you're this devious, sure the beauty may hide it, but after all, can't be helped. Just like me, the blood of a trickster runs in my veins," he mused to her, no blush showing as he hadn't really meant it as a compliment at the time.
Just a general saying, but he was used to being fluent like that, acting cool, despite how nervous he was always on the inside around pretty girls. Not that it didn't help that Roxanne was walking with him back towards the dorm, but he wasn't looking at her at the moment.

The two of them began their ascend from the Dungeons and toward the Gryffindor tower. Roxanne made sure to not leave behind her potions book, the very book she had left behind earlier in the day causing this little meeting. Roxanne was thinking of going to the library to finish her homework, she was sure it was going to be open for another couple hours before the curfew set in. She knew if she returned to the common room she would be distracted by Ivan and James wanting to talk about the prank they were setting up to pull. She really couldn't afford to leave her homework to the side and risk losing more points toward her grade and house.
Roxanne smiled at Ivan's statement thinking that it was quite a fine compliment. "Why thank you." She said. "It's definitely in my blood given who my father is." She added. "Its nice to find someone with the same soul that isn't family." Roxanne really meant what she said. The two had not known each other long nor very well but already Roxanne felt at ease with Ivan and she felt excited that already they had planned an epic prank. "The school better be on the look out for us." Roxanne laughed lightly before leaning over a bit to place a soft kiss on Ivan's cheek.
"I'm off to the library to be a good little student and finish my school work." Roxanne said tucking her long dark hair behind her ear before starting up the steps heading to the library. She paused for a moment at the top of the first floor and looked back. "Have a good night Ivan." She said sending him a sweet smile before she turned and headed to her destination, the smile never leaving her face.

Ivan was smiling as he watched Roxanne walking away, and then snickered slightly at the thought of them all being surprised by tar flying over their form. Sure it was a little out there for them to actually pull this all off, but he noticed that she was more radiant as she was smiling towards him, mentally keeping that image in his mind. After all, he really didn't want her to know that he thought she was cute just yet, as they had just honestly met, plus he didn't know what she'd think of dating a seventh year who'd be leaving Hogwarts that year. Of course, it seemed she was a girl after his own heart, and he wasn't going to let her go just yet.
Oh no, he was going to make sure she didn't leave his vision, and once he had his hook latched onto her, well, he knew there were other fish in the sea. Plus, it hadn't been too long ago since he had dated Lily Potter, and surely she would have known about that already. Ivan shrugged it off, but they had agreed to be friends, not the awkward type either at least. Having ended on good terms, at least to him they did, and Ivan had been the one to bring it up. After all, it would have been awkward if they kept going at the rate they were.
"Well, I can't wait to pull this off, and yes, they definitely better watch out, none of them will know what hit them besides those two obviously. Since I'm pretty sure James would forewarn Alaya not to panic, but he wouldn't explain in full detail about the prank at least. Either way, good night, Roxanne, get some sleep will you? I don't want to be the one keeping you up by banging pots and pans in the common room," he said to her, going to make the other preparations, the main task was finding out where to get all those feathers. As well as sneaking some tar out from the dungeons to get it up to the room they needed to set it up.
It seemed like it would take too much planning, but he was excited, keeping the same smile on his face that he had given her too.
