James was infuriated but he realized that everyone else was losing their cool just like him due to him. Of course, he was the instigator here, and soon he was calming down as his gaze flickered to Theia who stood in Scorpius's way. Sure, he would have hit her if he was blinded by rage, but he stopped short of her face as the wind would probably strike by her. Oh yes, that's how much force he had put behind it, the tip of his fist barely nicking her nose. Yet, he stepped back, and then huffed slightly, shoving his hands in his pockets. Walking away was the best option here as sense seemed to rule into James's mind. Yes, he was going to get him back later, however that would happen.

James was tired of this fighting, and he was too tired to argue anymore after considering the attack on Hugo had left him rather narrow-minded too. Not bothering to apologize, he merely brushed himself off. To be considered a brother, he would need to do much more than that, but he considered the silent rage he had chosen now. James knew of a few spots himself that no one else knew of despite being the eldest brother, he still knew his own secrets where no one would eavesdrop on his conversations. Not that he really cared as he soon walked away from the trio, turning his back to them in return. Not saying a word, yes that was best for now, as he had nothing to say.

Further talking would just reveal him to be more arrogant and naive than normal. James wondered what on Earth could have gotten into Albus to think he could think about getting away with attacking Hugo Weasley. Mere realization should have hit him then, but he rarely cared for the small details right now. Luckily, Alaya's words had finally reached him and nodded towards her, "Thank you, Alaya, you're right, dueling club is a -perfect- place to settle this with Scorpius, let's leave them to visit Hugo" he said over his shoulder in Scorpius's direction.

It was starting to end, and she was overjoyed that the situation was starting to come to an end. She did not want any more of this pointless fighting. In her eyes it had nothing to do with family, but more so facts. There was nothing that said that the slytherins in front of them did anything. For all they knew those three could be coming up with some plan of sorts to find out who did attach Hugo. She knew nothing about what was going on and she knew James did not know much if he knew anything.

Her wand was still out, as she did not trust the spells were over with. She listened to the threats and accusations with growing worry. She hoped James would just walk away. She let out a slight sight of relief when he said they should leave. However, she made sure James was the first to walk off before turning her back on group. She did not want to leave James there without any help, in case someone made another move to attack.

When James turned his back and started to walk off, Alaya lowered her guard. She put her wand away and looked at the three with sincerity. "I am sorry for that. We will visit Hugo later, but you three should go now. I am sure he would be thankful for seeing you" She stated calmly. She meant her words. Alaya knew that it would not amount to much of anything. She did not have much right to be saying anything really in this situation. However, she still felt the need to do so. "Lets hope that the next time we meet in this confrontational setting will be during the tournament" She nodded her head before walking over to James to see how he was doing with the situation. She needed to find out more about the siblings if she was to be any help, but she did not know how.

Merlin why couldn't James just leave already, oh wait he wouldn't be the annoying bloody Potter if he did. He saw the attack coming and then Theia was there pushing James back. How dare he, he was outnumbered and yet he still insisted on attacking, even without a wand. 

And after a few words, it was over, well it seemed like it was over but Scorpius was not yet finished with James. punishment needed to be given to him, he needed to learn that he couldn't go around using spells and his fists on people.

He glanced at Albus and Theia. Neither one had the authority that he did and it was times like these he was glad to get the prefects badge.
"Fifty points from gryffindor and be happy that's all it is," he hissed at James, not caring if he heard or not. Alaya could tell James later. Oh how he wanted to deduct one hundred and fifty points from gryffindor and give James enough detention for him to miss the whole tournament. But no, he and Theia would beat Potter fair and square. He nodded at Alaya, agreeing with her. Pocketing his wand he turned to Al and placed a comforting hand on his shoulder.
"Come on, let's see Hugo," he spoke, glancing at Theia as well.
