The oddest combination of friends you would ever see. It begins with a fight, but finding Makenna to be as much as a fighter as Chun is, the slytherin would simply be too amused to continue. From then on, the two have become friends, however, the slytherin tries to keep it quiet. Something tells her that Olivia and Jacob would appreciate her humor. As for Makenna, she probably keeps the fact that its secret secret to avoid Makenna's temper.
... For some reason, I think I remember something about fishing. Let's go fishing.

Makenna might find Will a bit boring, but she doesn't mind him too much. After all, he's not a Gryffindor xPP But she does find him a bit of a downer at times. Like he's all prefect-y-like and never wants to go around causing mischief with her, except that might have something to do with him being a prefect. Will doesn't seem like the type to really cut her some slack either if he catches her up to no good.

I feel like Makenna is the type of person to get called into the headmaster's office... often. Very often. She's a troublemaker, from roughhousing to pranks, she's got it all covered. She's a headmaster's worst nightmare all packaged up into one =) So it might not seem like Makenna respects Kingsley, but she totally does! ...on some level.

Marlon likely looks to Jacob with reverence and stuff like that. He'll take all of Jacob's craziness (manipulation included) as long as he's accepted in there somehow... He would very much like to be used as a tool, as long as it gets him where he wants. Marlon's trying very hard to work his way out of poverty without anybody knowing, and he's hoping the trio could help him with that.

And I can't remember which ones of your characters are Quidditch players, but they would definitely be some sort of rivals because Makenna plays dirty >.< She got switched off Beater because she was being excessively aggressive and violent with the bat and Bludger, so I'm sure they don't like her too much either >.< Or at least on the field. And now she's playing Chaser!
Oooh ooh! And Makenna hates your Gryffindors with a PASSION. No personal reason or anything, she just hates them.

Haha Seizel's the Ravenclaw Quidditch Captain and the keeper, plus he's not too fond of people playing dirty. Of course that's when things could get bad, because he figures he's the smartest kid in Ravenclaw getting O's on everything he does without having to worry about studying. Well, he did read all the books in the library twice, or so he says. Boastful, intelligent, prefers being alone, but he loves practicing on the quidditch pitch a lot.

James Potter is the Gryffindor seeker, so she'd obviously have a hatred against him, plus he's the renowned Potter, and he'd probably dislike her for knowing him just from his name, haha. These are both for Makenna.

As for Jacob, well as long as they're not blood traitors, or mud-bloods he has no problem with them..I meant to say muggle-borns, that's Jacob's personality talking there.

Haha. I can see Makenna getting really pissed off at Seizel for being too good of a keeper and hitting a Bludger at him back in her Beater days =) And as to his intelligence, Makenna probably thinks he's all hoity-toity with his I'm so great at this booklearning business... Makenna's not particularly studious. Yeah, I'm going to go with they don't get along =)

Well, Marlon thinks he's a Muggleborn/Mudblood, but he's really from some wizarding family that had a random branch of Squibs. Any chance that the Warringtons would want to be that family? >.> Or maybe Jacob's part of the family that's paying for his tuition randomly so his magical Seeing ability can be used for ebil? Or whatever reason you like. I dunno, I'm trying to whore out these plots built into his character . Interested?

Same year, same house, so they would at least know of each other. They're both purebloods, though Layton doesn't follow the 'blood purist' stuff. He's laid back and go with the flow, and kind of loud at times. He's extremely dependable as well, so if she ever needed anything, he'd always be there to help her. Not that she'd want it. xD

Woot! That sounds great although I'm actually trying out a potential relationship thread type thing with Hector just to see if they would actually work. Do you want do a thread with them just as a sort of a trial run to see if/how they would work out (as friends and/or more)?

Ooh! Speaking of same house/same year thing, I think it would be really awesome if Layton was part of the group that helped Jos adjust to life at Hogwarts in Hufflepuff. I think since Layton is a pureblood, he would get some of the brunt of it when Jos turns to the thinking that she ought to be assimilating to her family's point of view to fit in with them. Jos is kind of flipflopping between assimilating to fit in with her family and following her own beliefs. I think that Jos wouldn't be able to bring herself to turn on her not-so-pure friends, but I think Layton might get a bit of her ranting (which would've been more common in her first year).
And I would love it if Layton were just a terrible influence on her in general. What do you think?
